She is currently having surgery for her hamstring tendon repair. Will be out of gym 3 weeks. Here are photos of her from yesterday. Note she hasn't trained any lower body in 4 weeks.

Super impressive as always. Sorry to see the hamstring required surgical intervention, that sucks. 🩵
At least she will be stronger than before. Surgeon said he expects her to be as strong as she was before the injury within 12 months. I will take that any day. She was insane strength when it happened.

hamstring injuries are common among sprinters and speed athletes. surprised that is the injury she is dealing with but shows how hard she works the legs

Looking great! Specially for a strength athlete! How is recovery going from the procedure?
She is in some pain but not too bad. She will stay out of gym for 2 weeks while she is wearing these pumps on her calves tkk ok prevent blood clots. We will concentrate on machines and any maybe adjustable bench. The hard part will be getting into a comfortable position while wearing a hip brace for the next 6 weeks. Whatever she can do painfree she will attempt. It's a good thing we did upper body 4X week the last 4 weeks. Taking 2 weeks off is actually going to benefit both of us.

I am glad to hear she is doing good. Sounds like she has a good care taker! Y'all take care of yourselves. Y'all be back at it soon enough.

She is doing a great job. @RoidRage69 one thing you can't say is that she isn't a hard worker because she really busts her butt hard in the gym. I bet she's the toughest SOB in your entire gym, and everyone knows it.

And to keep up with and maybe out perform roadrage69! I don't know big guy she a tough gal better watch out she going to make you look bad! Lol

I would guess about 15% but only because she carries all her fat on her butt and legs. If she carried it like a Man I would say under 10%.
Bros, 15% for a female is super low.

Bros, she looks shredded. What body fat percentage do you think she is? I would say she's super lean. @RoidRage69
Thx I have no idea really my scale I think reads high! Says like 21% I think. But it’s not accurate maybe Mid to high teens.

Note that out of the gym also includes no lower body for 3 months. I can start Physical Therapy at 6 weeks!! Cannot start squats or deadlift like movements till 3months!!! Do by back to gym in 2-3 weeks means upperbody only whatever I can do comfortable with brace & crutches. And sitting. I have 3 inch incision under my left butt cheek fold! 💪🌸🙏🏻 but will be back crutches and all.

Wow. If anyone can bounce back from this better than ever you can RRW. Having RR in your corner and seeing what he had to do with his own recovery will at least provide a bit of a template for what is going to transpire over the next few months. Your immense focus and drive will see you through this, just don't let your competitive instincts rush things too much 😉. 🩵

Sister, no way it's 21%. Those scales are not accurate. You should get it tested sometime professionally.
