Water weight and inflammation has dipped off, body has tightened up again and we’re back to making physical progression. Bloods to be pulled to ensure everything is on track next week, before making any more AAS increases.

We are officially at week 8 of the bulk, and flying through with absolutely no issues. My bulk will likely be pushed further than 16 weeks as my body composition and conditioning has not dipped.

I came out of a cut/maintenance and I had never been that lean in my life, seems like the weight is piling on but the body comp is remaining. If anything, just look bigger and fuller. I did have some water issues due to stress/life factor that have now subsided and washed away, and recently there was a bump from the 96ish region to 100kg due to the increase of HGH to 6iu from 4.
Bulking is working really well!

Followed it up by legs today, extremely cold day so I warmed up with 5m on the bike, pedalling hard to get the heart rate up
Proceeded to make legs public enemy number 1 and took it right out 😈
