I’m actually really happy with the vascularity holding, I was never a vascular person as I used to be quite overweight but my most recent cut really helped. Vascularity is very impressive.

@Presk Bros, I got a lot of respect for you. 10 kilograms up is a lot, and it definitely looks like it was a lot of quality mass too, not just a bunch of fat and water.

Came in to today’s workout with the mission to get 3PPS on the squat movement, which was a 20kg gain from last week. Smashed it out of the park and didn’t compromise on form. Legs felt like slabs of concrete had been poured into my shoes after the session.

Thankyou brother! Body comp has definitely not taken a hit at all, I've managed to stay lean and the rebound out of the cut has been fantastic13kegs in 8 weeks is fucking fire brother!! And staying that lean too. Chest looking thick bruzzy
I came out of a cut/maintenance and I had never been that lean in my life, seems like the weight is piling on but the body comp is remaining. If anything, just look bigger and fuller. I did have some water issues due to stress/life factor that have now subsided and washed away, and recently there was a bump from the 96ish region to 100kg due to the increase of HGH to 6iu from 4.Looking good mate.
13kg gain in 8 weeks seems like a lot? Was a decent chunk of that initial water weight gain or something?

They’re Reebok Legacy IV’s, made for squatting/olympic lifts so the heels are 10/10 with a lot of support!Switch those shoes for squatting to work boots. The gels etc used in the heels lack support

Notes:
Slaughtered my body on my pull day after 2 days back to back off. Niggling issues in my wrist have resolved, thanks to the BPC/TB provided graciously by @War Born Peptides
Followed it up by legs today, extremely cold day so I warmed up with 5m on the bike, pedalling hard to get the heart rate up
Proceeded to make legs public enemy number 1 and took it right out![]()
