In the gym...🏋️🏋️🏋️

Not sure if in a little plateau or if I'm still recovering from gastro every lift was matched this week compared to the week before, cardio's been lower then I wanted it but I'm prioritising recovery a bit more as I had been sick all the week before.



Mental health:🧠🧠

Things have been a bit better this week, some how I'm much more snappy when I'm on a cruise which is weird, on cycle I'm very very chilled but this week I've had no patients for anything.

Shits been rather fucked . The other half is still away, her nans been here looking after the boys and they have been trashing the house leaving me responsible for cleaning when I should be resting and recovering.

At least you are not regressing brother even though you are unhappy with this weeks progress. Gastro took its toll and now will be a bit of a road to full recovery. Still looking fabulous bro, and weight is increasing slightly, so this g's are all moving in the right direction. Need to be a bit patient legend, with everything. 🩵

Myself personally I have felt the same way many times before.
From an Endocrinological & Neurotransmitter perspective our bodies are flooded with high levels of hormones like Testosterone, Estrogen E2, Dht, Igf1, Dopamine, Gaba, Seratonin & vasopresson.
Making us feel Alpha ranked & more confident & in control with high energy & libido.

From Psychological & Psychological perspectives with body dismorphia at play for some, we feel happier with our bodies & results from training hitting new highs & P.b's we trigger the Dopamine response reward pathway which makes us feel content, rewarded & happy.

Gabba making us feel relaxed & chilled at the same time.

Seratonin making us feel emotionally stable, confident, focused & happy while on a cycle.

I am exactly the same brother. Very chilled on cycle and nothing really bothers me. The whole Deca aggression thing is a total mystery to me 🤷‍♂️🩵

The Alpha mentality is both a psychological and behavioral state that can be characterized by high levels of confidence, assertiveness, decisiveness, and a proactive approach to leadership and life.

While the Alpha state is often associated with the desire to dominate & control.
Anyone can have a pre-existing approach to a positive mindset, behavioural responses, thoughts, feelings, morals etc & focus on self-mastery, emotional intelligence, and taking responsibility for one's own path rather than being reactive which has everything like you say to do with the person that you are in the first place.

The reactive Alpha state is not just f@#k this I'm going to bash this c#*t for coming too close & overtaking me on the road.

It is also He said, She said this & now I'm going to blame them or I'm in control of my own life & life's pathways so F%$k it I have nothing else to lose so I'm going to go down a self destructive path with disregard to my health & anyone who has my best interests & health in mind or for those who love me & who I care for having no regard for what the long term consequences of my actions for them are emotionally & physically by impacting their lives & well-being when emotional & financial burdens from medical treatment bills from consequences of ill health caused by disregard for my own health & safety start to take their toll.

High testosterone levels do not necessarily cause aggression; rather, research suggests they enhance motivation, focus, and status-seeking behavior, which can induce a feeling of being calmer and more uppie (energized) when levels are optimized.

It is important to understand that high testosterone does not directly mean roid rage or blaming other people & emotionality & physically lashing out, infact, it often facilitates prosocial behaviors altruism, cooperation & empathy.

Yes Humans although we are still Animals, we have the ability to have a unique understanding of our own thoughts & actions.

That is Unless there is an underlying developmental & physiological dysfunction causing mental health problems from the very start.

There are no other reasons apart from our environment & our upringing to react in an Animal based Alpha way if we have insight & control of our own mental & physical behaviours.

It is important to understand also that Animal Alphas do not just act dominate & aggressive, they also possess the same ability as us Humans to be protective & what appears to be as empathetically tolerant & understanding of those in their herds, pride's, groups, Packs, flocks etc behaviours also

Cycle has the green light so new log kicks off on the 6th of April!!!!

i dont get your question his e2 levels are fine already for his situation at 89
 
A certain amount of estrogen is necessary for your Hgh injections to work properly.
I'll find out
80 & up is fine.
Below 80 & your Hgh injections will not be working for you properly

Hope so brother. Pushed the 35 db on my chest on the right with ease but left wasn't playing so dropped back to 30's and they more or less flew up

As I stated yesterday considering cycle starts next week test has been bumped to 350mg a week.

50mg daily because my e2 isn't high enough to make the most out of my hgh.

I could have it in range if I went back to 2 big shots while on 250 but I do prefer daily or close to daily injections. I feel it's much more stable it's also less volume per shot.

**Especially if you were in theory running 700mg of test a week that would be 7 shots at 0.4ml (40units) opposed to 2 shots at 1.4ml. That's not counting if you were also say running 400eq or Decca that would be another 2ml possibly in a single shot.**

Not a fan if it can be avoided because I have in the past been prone to lumps especially when I do glutes

Hell I do it with my mots c and nad+ in the morning

And with my hgh before bed so may as well run oils the same way.

So I wanted to take a moment to show you just how far you can come in a year.

Now if over the next year I can repeat the success with @Gains Man guiding my hands as my coach. And we add the right tissue in the right spots I truly believe even tho I'll be no where near my weight cap that I could be seriously competitive next year..

1. Upper chest (BIG one)
  • Needs more thickness to match your legs
  • Will massively improve front relaxed + side chest
2. Delts (especially lateral + rear)
  • You’ve got size, but need more cap
  • This creates that Classic “frame illusion"

  • From the front you’ll look insane once this comes up
  • Think: more flare, not just thickness

All in all this log was a complete success, I learnt so much about the process of tracking and keeping myself accountable.



My partner and I have had a pre decent fight once she got home from placement as she took our good set of kitchen scales so for the last week I've been seriously over eating (by aprox 30%) so a few weeks at set cals before starting to push up the food slowly. In other words I've softened up way more then I had planned to before starting my growth phase. But since she is in prep and 4 weeks out it isn't the end of the world I'll just compensate for a few weeks and be right back on track

I’ve got a more expensive set of kitchen scales, and the cheapo $15 Coles ones as a back-up & honestly I don’t notice any difference between the two when weighing things over 5 grams 😂 neither are good for measuring salt or supplements (weighing less than 2-3 grams) - for those I’ve found a little precision scale to be a good solution 😊

I'm legit it was way off. Like 30% I was pissed but a few days should Declan the little bit of over eating

Me too , I've got the little micro scales for salt as well just pre weigh it at the start of the day then sprinkle it evenly on everything.
