Meal 1 is pre meal no shake whilst in lethal combat with my son (2.5years) trying to actually get out of the door meal two upon arriving home 30 mins after I ate

Is it a possibility to make shake night before, let it sit in refrigerator and bring when you go out the door? :)

The only thing I would add is cycle support, can you add a liver kidney support supplement when you cycle up? With TUDCA and milk thistle.

I’ve got this crackpot idea that a lot of these big dudes just don’t need to eat as much or eat as much protein to get big…. But what if they did?! 🤷‍♂️🤣

Like @Mobster is pretty much a huge guy. Even if he cut down he would be an nfl sized guy all day. He says he never ate 4-5-600 grams of protein. He definitely didn’t need to. Then again, Ronnie did! Cutler did! Who else?

Day one of log ended with around 230/50 protein ending with a shake and 200ish grams of the nut mix fuck that shit vanished whilst playing Xbox lol

My first meal today was 80g was 300g raw weight of steak easy

Last lean proper bulk I did was around
350g p
150/200g F
300/400 c
4500/5200 cals

This is what I’ll be aiming for
I’m a bricklayer so active as it gets plus one of the best 🤣🤣

I heard lots about the company that makes it need2buildmuscle from the podcast and they sound awesome, and everyone logs them well and the forum speaks highly of them and I would also like to try and support them but the shipping was more than the product, and that extra money is going to the postie not n2bm and was already getting hammered by the exchange rate and its now more than my dole cheque 😂


@LevButlerov has given me a bunch of good supplement advice and I just started taking proviron two days ago and will add turinabol next Thursday :) I stopped taking a liver toxic medication I've been on for three years a few weeks ago to prepare.

I have not been able to find anything even remotely like n2guard. Went to health shops and supplement stores and then chemist warehouse, etc looking to find TUDCA with no luck and best I could do was the milk thistle in the pic, that's from chemist warehouse.

It's made in NZ but shipping will be cheap enough. If it's a problem I'm happy to order for a group of you guys and send a bulk load over for you to deal with. Let me know what you think of it anyway.

Yes please bro, cost is not prohibitive to ship from Australia to NZ with couriers and stuff, I do it a fair bit and Aussies buy nicotine vape juice from here all the time and I used to import it from NZ when I loved in Oz and it was like $10. That's a small bottle also. The regular post system through Australia Post / NZ Post is a different story, however... 😆

Here in the UK there's a company that sells, among others, Kangeroo meat: Kezie Food

Nice! It's weird with kangaroo in Australia because they're a pest to farmers and the government has to run culling campaigns, and there's laws against breeding them.

So there's this abundant food source that goes to waste in my opinion. Could solve the pest problem and help with food too but that doesn't happen at all.

Because of the laws there's only a handful of small operators that pay tourists on working holiday viass and rural folk to shoot them with guns which is super inefficient. I met a guy who was a "roo shoota" once, he was a full blown hillbilly the likes of which I didn't know existed up until meeting him.

Then they mostly get made into dog food and some sold as fancy game meat packaged up nicely in the supermarket for yuppies to buy. There's a few burger joints that do kangaroo burgers too.

Kangaroo meat is so lean it has the "rabbit starvation" problem where there's so little fat on it that you cannot survive on it alone.

They outline the whole grey market legal situation with loose regulation, selling things as pet food like they do to sell CBD on the counter at IGA for example, and then do full on lab testing of the top 4 brands, summarise all the studies and find some links where the supplement companies created shell companies to cheat in various regulatory processes and shit like that... and that was at the big brands like Red Seal and stuff, not back shed operations 😂 it's shady as shit and we'll worth a watch.

Although customs clued on to the vape juice a while back now no imports from nz containing nicotine get through,all good though everyone in Australia runs disposables for years now

@Bigdan85 There is definitely room to improve this diet. Focusing too much on macros gets people into trouble. I'm seeing too much processed food in here. I would rather use stick to whole food options and not worry as much as to macros.
This is what I’ll have before 12 tomorrow one shake before gym if I ago the other will be in my oats ready for my return.

Also my body will tolerate high fats I’ve never really been over 15%bf it will burn it off
And appreciate any advice that’s given

if you want more carb options you can load up on potatoes, fruits, raw oats, etc. @Bigdan85

Guys like @Mobster definitely don't "need" as much protein to get or stay big. A guy like me, I'm fighting my genetics to keep gaining weight and get bigger. Same way some guys need to fight hard to lose weight but it I get fluffy I can shake it off like nothn.

Bricky and gym is a heavy combo bro any tradie will understand that for sure. Looking at ya i dont think you need to worry too much about quantity of food as such just keep the food clean. Clean carbs, clean cuts of meat protein.

I'm having the same issue with n2guard as you guys. I heard lots about the company that makes it need2buildmuscle from the podcast and they sound awesome, and everyone logs them well and the forum speaks highly of them and I would also like to try and support them but the shipping was more than the product, and that extra money is going to the postie not n2bm and was already getting hammered by the exchange rate and its now more than my dole cheque 😂


@LevButlerov has given me a bunch of good supplement advice and I just started taking proviron two days ago and will add turinabol next Thursday :) I stopped taking a liver toxic medication I've been on for three years a few weeks ago to prepare.

I have not been able to find anything even remotely like n2guard. Went to health shops and supplement stores and then chemist warehouse, etc looking to find TUDCA with no luck and best I could do was the milk thistle in the pic, that's from chemist warehouse.

It's made in NZ but shipping will be cheap enough. If it's a problem I'm happy to order for a group of you guys and send a bulk load over for you to deal with. Let me know what you think of it anyway.
