Alright so since I’m already going to crash my natural testosterone production, I’m leaning towards doing a cycle in 2 weeks after I get my bloods done. My plan is to use 400mg of test or just under(I plan to pin 16units every Monday, Wednesday and Friday) so just under 400mg a week. and 40-50mg of anavar. I’ve messaged
@Raptor Labs in regards getting hcg and an ai. And then my plan is to drop back to a trt dosage once done with the cycle. What everyone thoughts and opinions on that? Also I’m not to keen on the use of glp’s…I have quite a slow digestion as it is, I am pretty good with discipline when it comes to eating so I’m more leaning towards ghrp6 and cjc 1295, as I’ve had great success in body recomp with them in the past…but in terms of peptides in general I don’t know if I need to add them.
In terms of updates of my training and diet, the only thing that has changed is my intake of the watermelon. So I’ve dropped about 110* calories and about 23g of carbs/sugar from not having that in my diet. Still doing the 8.5km a day and still doing the calisthenics and free weights. I now have access to a bench press an Olympic barbell with 90kg a leg extension machin and leg curl machine etc. so my workouts will be including bench press, incline press, incline dumbbell press, skull crushers and pull overs etc
I do know I need to keep up with daily exercise and keep posting about my intake and how I’m feeling and how my endurance/strength is going. So I’m gonna start posting a lot more
