Using sarms + special diet

Which diets can you use if you're going to use sarms.
my friend said that you can't eat certain foods with them because of the interaction
I’m gonna be trying a combination of a vegetarian/egg style diet.
I’m gonna be using GW cardarine + S23. because of the way cardarine burns fat in the body if you aren’t eating a proper diet it won't do anything for you in terms of fat loss.

what? interaction with what? you think there are food that cause problems with sarms? what? dont ever talk to your friend again... saying you cant eat vegetarian is so ignorant i dont even know where to start... DO NOT talk to him again about any of this...

obviously with fat loss, you need to eat in a deficit and so thats something you need to focus on but the nonsense otherwise is ridiculous

You can eat a vegetarian diet with sarms, steroids or anything else. I am not sure why anyone would say that aside from the fact that they are just not truly understanding diet

If you want fat loss go high protein low carbs and lots of cardio with sarms you'll do well.
