Usual current warm up. Then 20kg x 8, 45kg x 6, 60kg x 1, 70kg x 1, 80kg x 1, 90kg x 1 and then 100kg x 1. Stopped there

Two Hand Pinch / Saxon work
to 86.4kg x 4 x 1 and 1 x 2 (6 total)

Bwt: dropped to 327.6lbs (gonna drop some more)

Mobster what your diet changes to lowering you bodyweight

Right now next to none. I'll drop some just by coming off. If I wanted to keep[ my gains I'd amend my diet to help maintain. But I no longer need to grow as I might have done in the past

I'll try and up my activity (I was out today around 8.15am getting steps). Then cut back a LITTLE on food.

Upped the weight plus killed the last 3 reps too
to 86.9kg x 3 x 1 and 1 x 3 reps (boom!)

Bwt: 325.9lbs. Down 8lbs from all time high of 334lbs
 
That is awesome you got some photos used for and article, nice quality photos at that.

Down 8lbs that's some nice weight decrease I am sure you and your body are going to feel alot better the more you go down.

Double Overhand Thick Bar Deadlift. The bar is 2-inch thick / 50mm. Doing it double over hand (both hands knuckles forward) is harder than mixed.

On a thick bar it's world class (or was). I'd still be in the running at many such competitions. However, I wanna hit 5 plates a side on this bar - so 209.5kg + collars. My all time best was 221kg or so (about 480lbs) and I had air under 500lbs when I competed in the Mighty Mitts at the Arnold in 2010

Also spotted Karl (3 attempts at 190kg). Shortly after, when he was benching 100kg/220lbs, the bench broke. Two welds failed and he was lucky (as was Ken and myself as we'd used it previously) not get get hurt badly

Even so I am by myself most days and while I might flex the odd bicep as I pass a mirror I've nothing to compare it to. The best most recent example is when my leg training partner / buddy Kirk presented me with a T-Shirt late last year for helping him double his body-weight on bench press. Kirk weighs about 170-180lbs or so. In a photo we had taken of us both wearing the same shirt I'm around 320lbs - so 140lbs heavier and a full head taller. THEN you get a sense of 'oh I AM big' lol

I like some good uptempo training now and then. I used to do this program that was 4 minute sets. Basically you did as many reps as you can and then rest for 20 seconds. Then rep again, then 20 second break. Until you hit 4 minutes. Next week it went to 10 second breaks. And then 5 second breaks. I can't remember the name of the program though. It has been like 10 years since I ran that one. Great for a change though.
 
How you feeling at that weight mobster ? You make me feel short I'm only 5'11 😂 also wanted to say always enjoy listening to you speak on the podcast it's great stuff 💪

It has been like 10 years since I ran that one. Great for a change though.

The bicep tricep workout today will be a faster tempo than I normally use.

It's a blend (Fall yes): Cut Stack 150: Testosterone P 50mg/ml, Trenbolone A 50mg/ml, Drostanolone P 50mg/ml

As I've not used ANY of the above as they are I'll start with 2ml a week (M/T) and if I'm ok with the sides increase that to 4ml (as before). My conditioning as I am now at around 320+ IS improving. As is my natural test levels if only based on libido lol
