Is rice probably considered one of the best tolerated carbs to eat? I actually prefer lentils but I see some people say it can cause stomach issues?
Individual what we can tolerate. Like all things we digest, inject affects everyone differently. If you have no issues with Lentils that good to go💪

Ive never really eaten alot of lentils so never really paid attention if it affects my gut or not. I will try it out and see how my body responds to lentils and beans. I suppose if I have issues my digestive enzymes and pineapple should help out a bit. Anyway this ozempic sure makes me full. I bet I only had 400 cals for my after workout meal and I am full. Had homemade vegetable beef soup. They say while taking this drug, soup is one of the best things to eat. Makes you full fast.

Is definitely considered easy to digest compared to other sources of complex carbs but I agree with Pigsy that everyone responds a bit different and if lentils work good for you then keep eating them if you like. There are several body building style diets that preference white rice though, like the vertical diet for example, is very popular right now.

Yes started on Monday at a tiny dose of .25mg/week
Weeks 1-4 .25mg
Weeks 5-8 .5mg
Weeks 9+ 1mg

I can't digest lentils although just like beans and peas they are one of the best and healthiest options. our ancestors millions of years ago thrived on these foods and evolved and got bigger thanks to those foods. so they are extremely good IF you can tolerate them. you can take a digestive enzyme before which will help break them down
 
i like bone broth soup with lentils and lemon. its a cheap option living in a poor country

Semaglutide is going extremely well. Feeling full after about 400-500 cals each meal. Eating 3 meals per day. Weight is down 6 lbs since starting on Monday. No side effects. Blood sugars are also doing extremely well. Probably better than they have been in 30 years. No longer taking berberine or cinnamon/chromium as its no longer needed as its not very effective compared to semaglutide.

After that 16 week cycle will do 6-8 weeks of TRT and then a 8 week summer cutting cycle with Test, Anavar, and Winstrol.

@RoidRage69 weight is coming down, are you sure you want to bulk? seems you can get down easy to 250lbs before a bulk, you went from 300lbs to now 262 already not far

Yes I want to drop as much as I can so I can get healthy again. I think ive been on it for 12 weeks.
good point to drop a few things but consider getting down to 250 imo

Goal is as low as 245 by Jan 22. I will be happy if I get to 249.9
 
I don’t think I’ve ever tried lentils. I may have to give them a go also

@RoidRage69 you're doing well even dropped some bodyfat, i can see that eating less has a huge impact on you via semaglutide

My traps are definitely growing. I never really trained them much until this year. When I was powerlifting I never did them. I like to hold the top for a few seconds. Really gets a good pump.

Forgot to mention that I notice I am much hotter and sweat alot more since starting the semaglutide. Soaking wet when I do cardio and just hotter feeling all day. In fact half the time I dont have a shirt on.
@RoidRage69 you feel your temperature is up, have you measured it before after?
 
My temp is the same I just feel warmer and am sweating more when doing cardio.
@RoidRage69 thats fine but your diet changed a lot it seems. And you're not sharing it, so it's hard to say reasons here.

I know when clients change diets, and I believe you changed yours up.

That’s great. There are mixed reviews about semaglutide and muscle loss. Be interesting to see how you do.
I am thinking it depletes muscle glycogen stores. That’s what it feels like. I will be eating lots of carbs on Sunday. Going to make a pizza and eat the whole thing.

I am no longer doing any fasting and no more keto diet. I am eating less on lifting days due to the fact this drug causes you to be full and am not hungry until at least 4 hours after each meal. My lifting days are most likely around 2200 cals and non lifting days around 2000 cals. When I was doing the fasting/keto on non lifting days and with carb ups on lifting days I was getting 2500-3000 on lifting days and 1250-1500 on non lifting days. My fats are also way down on all days. Most likely 50-75 grams. Protein is 200 per day.

I think Primo or equipoise would be good options for you if you want injectable
 
anavar is good but it's expensive and it is liver toxic

It's a either or for me. Cos I've seen female members ask what woman specific workout they need to do and I've replied 'what works for men works for women too' (cos we have pretty much the same muscles and the biggest difference would be the pelvis for childbirth) vs you both having the same needs, targets and requirements.

Case in point: my buddy Kirk trains legs with me. Same workout. He's shorter so on some kit, which rarely gets adjusted, he'll have an advantage cos of the range of movement. But he trains a LOT more than I do (6 days vs my 4) and has been known to train legs the day after training with me (f**k that lol). So deffo needs more, does different stuff etc and so. Hence why we see a LOT of variety in the logs.

My buddies at Powerhouse will occasionally jump in and have a go when I do grip specific stuff but rarely train it year round like I do. Same as me when I'll jump in with them if we're doing the same movement.

I actually think I could add extra sessions in for me as I believe I recover faster from my workouts than my wife. If course it all changes when we adjust cals from deficit to surplus. Then she has a much faster recovery vs mine.
