Approved Log My testosterone tbol cycle log

Alright so feeling much better now. Woke up yesterday and felt off almost like I had a cold or something. I think it’s probably related to my testosterone levels being saturated now. Woke up today and felt the same but went to gym anyway. Did chest/back and starting tomorrow routine is back to normal.

Hammer incline chest press: 45x20 70x12 80x10 90x 8 100x6(2 more reps than last week!)
Hammer strength lat pulldown: 90x12 100x12
105x12 110x9
Hammer chest press: 45x12 70x8 70x8 70x8
Cable row: 150x10 150x10 150x10
Machine fly: 100x12 100x12 100x12
Straight Arm pulldown: 100x15 100x15 100x15 100x15

After going to gym I definitely feel better. Think my body is trying to adjust to the test levels now. No big deal just can’t let it stop me! Tomorrow is shoulder day which is also still my favorite day!
@BrightFuture the gym time is crucial to get your Test levels out
well done on training
cardio?

Also forgot to add that I got more N2Guard on the way! Today I had my 13th injection. Did both the testosterone and deca in the same syringe but different needles. Also did it in my right ventricular glute. Didn’t feel a thing.
very good, n2guard is a must , I just got my new bottle :)

Alright feeling much better! Today was shoulder day. Also, one of the guys at the gym came up to me and said man I remember when you first started coming, you are pushing some good weights now keep it up. Thought that was awesome. Pretty sure I have seen him benching 3 plates before.

Hammer strength shoulder press: 45x15 70x12 80x8 90x6
Lateral raise: 4 sets of 15 reps 12.5pounds(nice and slow 2 second hold at top)
Reverse fly: 4 sets 12 reps 75 pounds
Facepulls: 5 sets 15 reps 100 pounds
Hammer strength shoulder shrugs: 4 sets 15 reps 90 pounds

Cardio before and after. Also, this was the first week I used the Beligas test and this is the first time I haven’t had any swelling. Thinking Beligas is the brand for me. The Beligas is 450mg as opposed to the 400mg Ultima because I didn’t see the equivalent mg when I purchased it.

Feeling good and motivated. Tomorrow is leg day!

Also, I really wanted to push for more on the overhead press today but shoulders felt a tad weak but I think it’s because I did chest and back yesterday. Probably not a good idea to do shoulder the day after chest for me atleast.

@BrightFuture see people come up because you growing, doing better and better :)
on the shoulder press dont do too much, thats how injuries start, pressing overhead on shoulders

That is great that you have a gym with positive people like that

I'm a big fan of the Hammer Strength as well

Hammer Strength is great for the pecs and shoulders

most important thing is that you keep up the good work

focus on complimenting yourself versus getting compliments from others

@BrightFuture nice to see you doing good bro.....keep it up.........

Alright so thought I was doing better after Wednesday but wasn’t. I took a few days off. Mentally I have just not been all there and been super tired. Felt pretty good Saturday and Sunday. Felt even better today. So thinking tomorrow it’s time to hit it hard again. I am assuming this had something to do with my test levels and how my body is saturated now. Think my body needed some time to adjust because I am feeling much less tired today and just all around mentally better. Food prep attached. Chicken and veggies like always but this time it’s teriyaki and a spicy Asian sauce! Tastes very good!

Also forgot to mention that I am now 216 pounds and I started at 225.

Man I am feeling so much better my energy levels are back! Wish I went to the gym this morning instead of taking 1 more day. Tomorrow is chest/back and after that it’s back to normal schedule.

Incline Hammer Press: 4 sets 15, 12, 10, 8
Barbell row: 4 sets 15, 12, 10, 8
Dumbbell bench: 4 sets 8-10 reps
Hammer strength pull down: 4 sets 8-12 reps
Machine fly: 4 sets 15-20 reps
Machine row: 4 sets 15-20 reps
30 minutes cardio before and after.

Also this is week 8 of the 14 week cycle. Today is my second time using the Beligas test instead of the Ultima. Based on my first injection with the Beligas from last week, it definitely seems that my skin/muscle likes it much better. Nowhere near as much swelling or puffiness.

@BrightFuture Beligas is a good brand I like it way more than Ultima good pick
back to the training i like it

and clean meals super prep

You need to add your weights used in each set.
@RoidRage69 is right, we need to see how strong you getting
listen to RR he does some big lifts he's a VET

Alright I am back and feeling good. Slept great last night and woke up without the night sweats. Only complaint was I think I slept in a weird position because I could feel it in my left shoulder. Decided to do just chest today then back tomorrow. I didn’t want to do shoulders the day after chest.

Incline hammer chest press: 45x20 70x12 80x10 90x8 100x6
Dumbbell Bench: 50x12 55x10 60x8 65x6
Machine Fly: 4 sets 15 reps 100 pounds
Incline dumbbell fly: 4 sets 15 reps 15 pounds

Also did some tricep work at end. One thing to note is the ease at which the 90 pounds on the incline chest press feels. More specifically on getting it started. With that machine you start in the negative position and the ease of getting it up was surprising. Also did cardio before and after.

All in all I am feeling great and my energy levels are back.

So feeling great! Tomorrow is back day. Plan for tomorrow is below:

Barbell row: 4 sets 8-12 reps
Hammer Lat Pulldown: 4 sets 12-15 reps
Cable seated row: 4 sets 12-15 reps
Cable Vbar pulldown: 4 sets 15 reps
Straight Arm Pulldown: 4 sets 15 reps

Also plan to throw in biceps at the end. Plan to do cardio before and after. Will post up weights tomorrow.

Hug a spare pillow when you're asleep

I am 110% back!! Feel amazing! Sleeping good and night sweats gone! Not saying anything bad about Ultima just think maybe my body didn’t agree with it. Gym was a sauna today so think I am going back to to gym 4am starting tomorrow to avoid that. My hands sweat a lot even before starting a cycle so that’s unrelated but it makes grip a bit sketchy at timrs which results in fewer reps.

Barbell row: 135x15 155x12 175x10 225x3
Hammer strength pulldown: 90x15 100x12 110x8 110x8 (hands we’re getting slippery otherwise I would have easily done more reps)
Cable row: 120x20 135x12 150x9 165x4 (hands were slippery)
Close grip pulldown; 120x12 120x12 120x12 120x12
Straight arm pulldown: 100x15 110x12 100x12 100x12

Did 15 minutes of cardio before and after. Less than ideal but I will kick it up once I start going at 4am again tomorrow.

@BrightFuture 110% back is good and love the push again
forget Ultima, use Beligas and Canadian Peptides from Greg @domestic-supply.com
push it push it HARD

So tomorrow I plan to do legs then Friday shoulders and arms. Next week I will be back to the 5 day split. Plan for tomorrow is below:

Hammer strength squat: 4 sets 6-12 reps
Romanian deadlifts: 4 sets 10-12 reps
Leg press: 4 sets 12-15 reps
Leg curl: 4 sets 12-20 reps
Leg extensions: 4 sets 12-20 reps
Calf raise: 4 sets 15-20 reps

And of course cardio! Feeling motivated and excited! Will post weights and actual reps tomorrow after workout.

Also a side note, I saw someone in the gym today that I haven’t seen in nearly 2 years. He came up and was like man you’re looking solid! He said he wasn’t quite sure if it was me or not until he got closer and got a better look at my face. Thought that was pretty cool.

@BrightFuture motivation is high perfect slam it hard
LEVEL up right now

Bro good to hear your back to feeling good again, my hands get sweaty too bro chalk definitely a good idea

Good job on the back workout bro looks solid 💪

You doing great bro. Keep grindin

Today was a great day. Good solid leg workout. I replaced the hammer squat with the hammer strength leg press. This to me feels far superior to the squat and the regular machine leg press. More challenging but I pushed hard. The starting weight on it is 54 pounds so that is included in the below weights.

Hammer strength leg press: 144x15 234x15 324x15 414x12 464x8
Barbell Romanian deadlift 115x12(felt too light) 135x12 135x12 135x12
Calf raise: 175x20 195x20 215x16 235x14
Leg extension: 120x20 135x13 120x14 120x12
Leg curl: 120x20 135x20 135x12 135x12

Great leg workout and probably my favorite leg workout I have had. When it comes to Romanian deadlifts, how challenging should the weight be? 135 feels maybe a bit light but I also want to make sure I don’t go overboard and strain my lower back either. The 135 felt great on hamstrings and lower back but not sure if I should try to do more.

I also did 15 minutes cardio before and after. Went with 15 minutes since it was leg day. I pushed myself pretty hard and absolutely loved it. Loved seeing the hammer strength leg press loaded up with all those plates. Plan to do more next time.

All in all I feel great and pumped for what the future holds with all this!

Also, I got 6 weeks left on the cycle. Currently running the deca from Beligas at 150mg a week. Any issues with me increasing that to 300mg? Not to worried about some bloating because I know that’s temporary.

Yeah I saw some liquid chalk on Amazon. Suppose to not leave any residue on anything and easy to wash off hands. Mostly would just like it for back day because that’s the day where the sweaty hands become a problem. I hate having to stop short on a set just because my grip is slipping because my hands get so sweaty lol.

i dont think you need more Deca stay with 150mgs/week
listen you will go up on the next cycle, post this cycle we should go self TRT then blast again

Yeah I am considering cruising on 200mg test after this. The mental benefits have been so enormous. Granted I don’t know if that’s 100% the test or not. Sure it’s culmination of that, the intense workouts, improved diet plus out of military now my sleep schedule is consistent and never interrupted. The sleep thing was a big thing for me. I still have problems occasionally. When I was in my 20s the lack of sleep that comes with military didn’t affect me. Overtime though it started having a major impact to the point where I could barely sleep at all. I don’t regret my time serving though.

@BrightFuture i would stay on self trt for sure 200mgs of test is good dose, test 150-200 range
you'll do well with a TRT log too

Make sure you have an excellent weekend and keep it up

I like how you're keeping the weight under control

sounds like you had a hell of a leg workout good job

We have a guy bath the gym that uses that liquid chalk. It gets everywhere lol

That what I'm talkin about

Alright so doing something a little different this week. Decided to move leg day to Monday since no one in my gym seems to do leg day on Monday. Makes it easier. So yesterday workout below:

Hammer strength leg press: 144x15 234x15 324x15 414x12 464x11
Barbell Romanian deadlift 135x12 135x12 135x12 135x12
Calf raise: 175x20 195x20 215x18 235x15
Leg extension: 120x20 135x16 135x10 120x13
Leg curl: 120x20 135x20 135x12 135x12

Today was chest. Still struggling with this left shoulder. I can’t seem to do more than 1 pressing movement in a single workout. The hammer strength incline feels great and gives a good pump, better than anything else. However, anything else, including dumbbells feels odd on the left shoulder.

With that being said, what can I do? Is just the incline hammer chest press enough for chest press?

Hammer incline press: 45x20 70x15 80x12 90x8 100x7
Hammer chest press: 45x12 70x10 70x6(wanted to do more but my left shoulder just didn’t feel confident)
Incline dumbbell fly: 4 sets 15 reps 20 pounds
Machine fly: 4 sets 15 reps 100 pounds

I also did cardio before and after and I did some tricep pump work at end.

What more can I do for chest because I think I need to stop doing 2 presses in a workout. I assume I can add in an extra set or 2 for the incline and machine fly. But what else? I don’t want my chest to be a weak point.

Machine fly: 4 sets 15 reps 100 pounds

Best chest builder will be the flat db bench

If they have a dip machine try it out and see if you can do it pain free.
We have one of those hammer strength plate loaded ones and I love it. I use it on arm day as it’s my favorite tricep exercise. Although I could probably lean into it more and include chest. Will try that and see how it goes. This never hurts at all.

They also got a regular dip machine as well.

Also here is the meal prep picture from Sunday. Just realized I never posted it. Chicken is sweet and spicy bbq sauce mixed with a spicy Asian style sauce. Best tasting meal prep yet.

Tomorrow is back day!

@BrightFuture careful with left shoulder, if you have issues with shoulder, dont do any presses
just stick to lower body and pulls, takes time to recover
your chest will NOT be weak bro, you will just hit it in 2 weeks for now do more legs

and meal prep NICE

hate to be the bearer of bad news but I had the same thing happened to me but it was on my right side.. I ignored it for several months until the inflammation got really bad and I went and got MRI and turns out my shoulder was torn.

I would go get that same thing done and you'll see unfortunately you're going to have to let that thing heal which will take a very long time it's basically got a fill in with some scar tissue unless you need surgery which hopefully you do not

I have had my shoulder checked and it’s just a bone island. Doctor said it may make some things uncomfortable but it’s nothing to be overly concerned about. They said it will never go away. So as it stands now, I can incline hammer press and also hammer shoulder press without issues. So I will just stick with those for presses. I love doing both of those and they are my 2 favorite exercises in the gym.

it could be a bone island
But it could also be a tear as well

make sure you follow up with your doctor
it should start getting better if that's the diagnosis
