So what I’ve been using atm is

Test 400 by @HybridLabs

My rating of the oils would be this
@HybridLabs must really have done this gear so
Fine because I haven’t had any pain (even from dhb) just typical minor swelling that goes in a day or 2 after from injection site.

My concern was dhb at the time I first used it but literally I had no issue whatsoever and the smell of the dhb is somewhat different yet smells quality.

Gains came on very good, I’ve posted bloods earlier before and i will be paying for new bloods in about a week or 2 to show overall test estro prolactin progresterone the works.

I thank @HybridLabs for their honesty as I was a bit hesitant at first but now I can vouch for him to have such quality clean and pure oils.

Hey guys so here’s my update for log.

Back and traps
1: chest supported t bar row 6 sets 3 working sets and my last set was 4 x20kg for 9 reps ( I don’t want to go heavier then this and lose focus on the squeeze on my back for ego)

2: lat pull-down full stack 4 sets 3 hard working and 4th set was a triple drop set.

3: under hand hamme strength single arm
Pull-down 3 sets max weight on this was 4x20kg for 6 reps

4: hammer strength single arm row
2 sets at maximum output 6x20kg plates each side for 11 sets with last 3 reps a static Hold

Traps:
1: shrugs using a chest press plate loaded machine. 5 sets as I pyramid up but with shrugs I’ve always been super strong and worked up to 300kg for 8 reps

2: hammer strength low row machine
3 sets with 3x20kg each side and here I shrug up and back as I feel this in mid/upper back very well.

Felt a little bloated after but guessing that was the stoppage of aromasin but glad to be using it again.

I have pic but nothing interesting just to give you an idea of my back now. No good lighting but something

1 compound eg deadlifts.

When you find exercises you know you connect with you stick by them and Maby even play around with form (elbow placement,how high or low you bring it) try find different angles on those same exercises that you love and watch it feel even more better or new.

also I’ve always been big on dead’s and real pulls but never really felt these but one thing I did feel which alot of other people will object is farmer walks and I mean heavy farmer walks where your mind is focus not on how heavy the fucker is but the rythm of how you move to execute this. I keep every muscle locked in and tight and I’ll move 300kg from one area of gym to the other.

I haven’t done them in ages because new age gyms don’t have the space for doing these or at the gym I’m at now people walk infront or you and that distracts you or even throws you off being locked in with the muscles.
 
Todays log

It’s a rest day for me today so my carbs are low and I’ve also upped my cardio to 45min fasted.

I didn’t go work today only to actually rest and recover cause I do feel semi beat up but also lethargic from last nights injections (had to inject a fair bit)

I’ve also hit sauna and ice bath today too at one of the spa places and that has made me feel good but sleepy as so after my 2 meals I’m going to sleep like a baby till tomorro.

Tomorro will be
Chest/biceps/calves

I want to take a photo of a certain chest press machine as it’s oldschool, if any of you guys have this chest machine then I want you to do shrugs on it because the arm path for this machine is epic on traps and you will definitely have boulders on ur neck.

Overall every muscle group has been growing, I still do need to punish some certain muscles to grow as they lag just a bit but as far as growth it’s been spectacular

Bodyfat/water retention
I have only gained a small amount around my waist but i honestly things that’s just water retention and there was some days even my face would be a little puffy but now that has dropped down a bit as I’ve increased aromasin to 12.5mg eod as I increased test I should
Have increased the ai too but currently on 1400mg test 500mg dhb 300mg npp

Current cycle dose
Here is where I started to change things around and tweek a few things too.
Test is high at 1400mg
Dhb will stay at 500mg
And I’ll slowly start to pull npp out within 2 weeks.
Anavar has started on Sunday at 60mg and will be run for last 5 weeks for a small boost.

There was a small hiccup with the igf1 but the source is definitely amazing as his sorting it out even while on holiday. I decided that I will run the igf1 during my cruise to better hold on to what I have and as for my cruise dose I will be on roughly 150mg - 250mg split into smaller shots to keep things from going out of whack.

Future cycle
I will be cruising from 5 to 6 weeks but depends on my health markers and usually they bounce back real fast with my protocol to bring health markers fast.

Training updates
Yesterday I did chest/biceps

Bench press
3 working sets but with bench I wanted to really focus on TUT with 140kg so I would slow it for a 2 down 2 up with tempo and I just want my body to get use to that sort of stress and even tho rep range went down a bit the absolute mind muscle connection was just epic. I kept rep range at 10 reps but last was at 8 as I went even slower for a deep stretch too.

Single arm Decline hammer strength press
I’ve never been the one to feel these as good with 2 hands but the feel with one arm for this press was what I wanted. Usually I’ll do chest dips but at this gym they didn’t have that
3 sets 12 reps each slow and controlled

Dumbbell incline press
3 sets with 60kg 12, 11, 11
Already pumped and gassing out but was worth it. I have the best connection with incline so I wanted to change exercises in a different order to day.

Pec deck
3 sets
These I can load the full stack and still do good form aslong as everything is primed and locked in so it’s in the chest and not shoulders.
Last set was like 21’s for bicep only for chest this time.

Biceps

Barbell curl ez bar
3 sets 30kg/40kg/50kg and rep ranges were 15/11/8
Biceps always get extremely pumped and probably my easiest muscle to grow tho I keep exercises to 2 now

Rope Hammer curl
3 sets with one drop set.
I think lower bicep/forearms pump up the most with these and again I can’t wash my face after due to bicep in the way lol.

Today is my recovery/rest day
I did ditch my cardio this morning for extra sleep so I got 9 hours as usually I get 7 so I feel good. I’ll be posting good photos and more soon

Afternoon guys

Today was a high carb day and starting wait was
132.8kg

I’m a bit under the weather as everyone is here and my body feels like a wreck but the show must continue.

Today I hit shoulders/triceps and even tho my body was trashed from the cold and flu going around I just went in and pumped it out. Decided to drop down on volume and strength just to try focus on squeeze and feel since I can’t give my all.

Warm up - 15min of front side rear raises with light weights for moderate reps just to get blood in and start sweating it ouy

Hammer strength shoulder press
3 working sets 15 to 20 reps 120kg and slow esp on negatives

I want to also share this side lateral idea with a lot of you if you have issues ever feeling them because this is usually a staple for me every fortnight and Maby try on warm up with weight you can easily do

Grab dumbbells and walk over to a pillar or wall or anything where you can bend a bit and fall back so your ass is leaning on the wall, from hear set up your shoulder form with a forward bend (how far you want to bend forward is upto you) now keep your ass pushed into the wall and make your legs keep ur ass secure so when you do your sets it takes a lot of swaying and and going back and forth out of it.
Play around with that and when you get it right you will literally feel only side delts jist pump up with blood.

You can go heavy but go to a weight your comfertable you can achieve were you know if you lose feel you back down in weight.

This has always given me very wide and round delts.

Reverse pec Dec 3 sets 20 to 15 reps and last set a drop.

Calf raise machine front delt press.
I hold this in a hammer grip on the shoulder padding’s and start pressing them up as it hammers my front delts just keep a bend always in knees.


Triceps

Dips was for 3 sets only bodyweight for 15, joints and body felt achy due to feeling crook.

Press downs 2 sets for reps nothing special

Overhead cable press 2 sets.

Sorry I know triceps are not as informative but I just noticed I was feeling shit. And since then till now I’ve been in bed drained and fatigued skipping work but still eating my meals.

Next 2 days are low carb and no training just cardio.

Hopefully you guys are not under the weather but in Sydney it’s crazy with the cold and the rain atm.

Today was chest/biceps day and even tho I was sick for the past 4 to 5 days i still pushed out good number but no increase in weight just same heavy weight for Same amount of reps.

I know I haven’t posted up diet but today I’m going to write out my meals so you guys have a idea

Meal 1: 5whole eggs/3 egg white omellete and 200g oats with a scoop of protein and some blue Berries and kiwi

Meal 2
120g cream of rice mixed with 2 scoops protein and a grapefruit

Trained
Intra workout supp
60g vitargo/eaas/celtic salt

Post workout
120g cocopops and 2 scoops whey protein with glutamine and creatine

Meal 3: 270g lean steak with 320g Jasmine rice

Meal 4 270g chicken breast 300g jasmine rice

Meal 5 270 g lean steak 280g jasmine rice

Meal 6 300g light Greek yoghurt, 1 Scopp protein and blueberries and peanut butter.

I’m going to change meal 2 back to chicken and rice and post workout to cream of rice and protein as I feel my stomachs rejecting and getting bloated. I wanted to trial this for a week to see how I go but I prefer more solid food and less protein powder.

If anyone has any suggestions for diet wether to increase my medium carb day or to add or drop anything plz let me know as any feedback certainly helps

the issue with the food is you lack fiber and you lack probiotics and digestive enzymes

if you add more fiber and probiotics with digestive enzymes you wont be so bloated

Yeah you definitely right.

I have psyllium husk and I should take more of it tbh. Digestive enzymes I’m using Aswel but I need to buy probiotics.

If you're puking from rice and chicken then yeah definitely change things up that's not good unless the chicken was not cooked properly
I usually bbq my chicken and definitely it was cooked. Tbh I sometimes think it’s my body rejecting certain foods after a while. For 9 weeks constant majority of meals have been rice rice.

I do have a question brothers. I want to change one meal of rice to something else like wheat bread as my body digest bread real good.

Today digesting has gone better and now I’ve upped my fibre as requested by you guys thank you.
 
Also next Friday I will be doing full bloods including test levels/estro/prog/prolactin and everything. As im coming to the end of this cycle In a few weeks.

I’ll be cruising at 200mg test and igf1 lr3
Also with this cruise I want to drop down one meal except on low carb days just to give my digestion a bit of a break and also lower protein and carbs a little bit as I don’t want to put on any unwanted fat.

One last question, should I run the anti e till last injection of blast and stop it at cruise?

I’ve changed my food around today and I actually feel much better.

Meal 2 now is 2 steak sandwiches with herbs and spices and avocado.

Training was real damn good and pumps felt good and not feeling so bloated or full.

I feel the less protein powders I use the better I feel too.
 
Morning brothers

Today was shoulders/triceps/claves

1 dumbell shoulder press
3 working sets 60kg x 8/8/6 last set was more slower on negatives but was such a good pump. Had it on a slight incline also as I want to hit kris front delt as I feel it’s falling behind.

2 single arm side lateral raise
4 sets max 20kg but strict with form 15/12/10

3 incline bench bent over rear delt raise
This I performed with only 7.5kg all sets but rep range 15+ and pump was real good once I connected properly.

4 reverse pec deci
3 sets 12 to 15 reps but heavier weight.

5 cable bench side lateral raise
These are my finishers that I really focus on pump and blood in the muscles. No point going extremely heavy but heavy enough not to lose the feel.

Triceps
There was no dips or close grip bench press today as I solely wanted to focus more on strict reps

Single arm cable pull-down
4 sets extremely strict for 10 to 12 reps

V bar pull-down extremely strict 3 sets with the whole stack for 14. Reps

Dumbell overhead press
60kg overhead on slight incline which helps more for the feel. And my triceps were sore and pumped.
 
Steak sandwiches are so good. They never get boring.
Tell me about it. I digest bread so fast so I want to put bread back into my diet but steak sandwiches you can’t go wrong

I just want to point out something I do for my own gain. If I’ve reach limit of donating blood I do my own version and yes I know it looks messed on photo but I assure you it’s all 110% sterile.

When I feel like shit and I know my hemeocratic levels are up rbc I drain blood to bring it down. After doing this I honestly feel so much better but I want everyone to plz keep this in mind and to donate blood because we do not want thick blood and have a stroke or worse. It will also reduce blood pressure a bit too.

Next week I’ll be spending $200 on bloods just to see where everything is at and Ive also dropped the dhb as I’m coming towards the end of cycle in a few weeks.

I also want to let you guys know to also look into moringa powder and the benefits it comes with. After 4 weeks using it my cortisol levels have droppped my sleep has become so much more better and when it comes to bloods my cholesterol has never looked better.

I know it’s usually my liver enzymes that get shot to shit only when I use tren and an oral so hopefully the numbers are not too high but after a month they drop to baseline.

Evening guys.

Quick update I am gonna have to reduce some food intake because im having a hard time now taking in the food.

I ate chicken and rice and honestly I started puking it out. I’m bloated right now and it’s an ugly feeling but it could be the aftermath of being sick or that small change of meal as I mentioned.

I got one last meal and I might just reduce it a bit. Tomorro is low carb with fasted cardio and I hope that helps too. Might start doing more cardio next week post workout

Yeah bro that’s me doing it myself, I keep someone near me just as precaution but Red Cross here only lets us donate every 3 months. On cycle I rather take out every 5 weeks but not as much as Red Cross. Just enough to keep me in good range. Today I feel like a million dollars.

nice man, i donate every chance i get. its good for us but also good for the community. where i donate they tell us where the blood goes, like to what hospital or clinic so its pretty cool to see that someone actually got steve's blood lol!

I have come to the conclusion I am going to go straight into a cruise as of today. I just feel the next 2 weeks wouldn’t really yield much of anything so I want to just drop the npp and anavar and go into my cruise.

Cruise will go for around 6 weeks as I know within this time I change a lot diet wise also training volume will go down also.

Diet wise I will be adding more greens and fruits and also dropping protein down from 250g per meal to 200g - 220g

Carbs will slowly be reduced down but not by much as I don’t want to go too soft when I’m in my cruise from all the excess carbs. So there will be no high carb days just medium and low carb days with a little tweek.

I will be stopping my aromasin on Thursday and also the t3 aswel because again I want to give my body the break.

No pre workouts or stims just one coffee a day


I wanted to ask tho
i have igf1 lr3 ans ipamorelan

would using these on cruise help or would it compramise next cycle? any input would be good

I would hold off on the IGF-1 until you start another bulk. Take advantage of the glycogen/ nitrogen shuttling that it does. You want to be in a huge surplus for it to give the best results.

why not just drop to 300mgs testosterone/week and drop the igf1 also
stay on just sports TRT dose

Usually I never been the type to cycle over 12 weeks as I start to just stall esp on fast acting compounds, so when I feel like my body has had enough I just jump into a cruise of 250mg split into 2 injections a week Mon/thurs if 125mg to keep hormone levels from going to shit.

Usually I’ll cruise for about 5 to 6 weeks then blast again. I won’t blast until I know my bloods are in a good spot and that cholesterol kidneys and liver are primed for the next blast.

I loved the feel of the dhb and I will definitely be running it again in next blast along with test deca and Maby eq. Igf1 I’ll run with slin for the first 5 weeks on and off too. Will most likely be my last growth blast because the next cycle after that will be a hard out cutting phase for 16 weeks.

Decline hammer strength machine.
3 sets probably 4 plates aside for minimum 7 reps

Incline flies 4 sets. This was done with moderate/heavy weight.

Front delt raise dumbbell
4 sets

Hammer strength shoulder press
3 sets

Reverse pec deck 3 sets

I am focusing on shoulderprimarily front delts after chest to add more size to my fronts. Shoulders do have their own day few days later but I just need to add more size to my fronts.

Yeah that’s the plan.

What do you reckon of the cycle I plan on doing

1 - 14wks 1000mg test
1 - 12wks 600mg deca
1 - 12wks 400mg dhb
1 - 5wks insulin (not sure if I’ll run long acting or fast yet)
1 - 5wks 25 to 50mg anadrol (still deciding if I will add)

No Ai will be used but I will have aromasin on hand and knowing my body and how it works on cycle I may use it from week 7 onwards

A cycle like this I know I will grow but cause we heading into winter soon it will be a mass builder with some water weight which I’m not fussed about but I will be keeping diet strict in the sense of keeping as much fat gain low as possible.

What do you think? I know your very experienced and Any input on structuring a cycle in a pros eyes would be appreciated

Front delt raise I can easily hit 20 to 25s real good but if I go to a weight where I really do start to have form go off a bit it’s 30s but I wouldn’t really reccomend that. I rather get weight a little lighter but making it more challenging.
 
not a bad job at all you got some good exercises done
Honestly I do have some wide ass shoulders and when I do single arm dumbbell upright rows that’s what rounds them out aswel. When doing the movement I just do it as if I’m pulling the cord to a lawn mower but going controlled with the movement so I total those delts. One stage at my biggest I use to upright row 60kg and the feel was epic. So much blood in the muscle o really just stuck to that then press then rear delts and they started dominating my body
