@ugfreak

This is the first time in two weeks hitting legs, I must admit it went very well last night, it was one of those workouts that everything I did just went flawless and I felt damn good during the workout.

I felt like pushing within reason, I haven't squatted for a few months, last night I said let's see what happens. I put up 315lbs for 10 reps and could have gotten more or moved more weight, I was playing it safe and said 315lbs for 10 great start let's stop here for this week.

I also put up 810lbs on leg press for 12 reps and it went up no problem. I was very pleased. Laying leg curls also went excellent, hit a new pr with those 150lbs.

Also hit 210lbs on leg extensions most I've done this year so far, everything is falling into place.

Also if i can i want to start buying more grass feed organic products it costs more, i feel my body will thank me in the long run.

Maybe being sick was not shuch a bad thing as I've come back rested and stronger, I am very thankful for that.

Enjoy the update everyone!

Hello everyone I hope all of you are doing well today. I believe I've reached a point in my cycle where everything is clicking and coming together.

I hit a 470lb rack pull for 5 reps on Thursday, most I've done all cycle so far, my goal is 500lbs for 1-2 reps, I am 30lbs away from that goal.

Last time I ran a cycle it was 200+ mg of test and 400 primo, this time around I'm running 300mg test and 300mg primo.

I bring this up because I've noticed no difference in 300- 400 when running primo, the test could be what is beneficial here running it a bit higher, my strength is has greatly improved at this point, when compared with my last cycle.

I feel this also could just be the fact that I've evolved with my training and my program, so progress is just that much better while running my current cycle.

People offen over look the importance of a proper workout regiment, especially people who are new with working out, since switching my program it's been constant progress with either reps or weight increases.

Enjoy the update everyone!

@Noah Wixx 470lbs rack pulls impressive bro ;)

@Noah Wixx 470lbs rack pulls impressive bro ;)
I've been working on them for long time now, I believe it's one of the reasons how I got my core so stable and strong, thus helping improve the quality of alot of my other lifts. I know I can hit 500lbs it's just a matter of time and honing my craft brother.

pretty soon you will be outlifting mobster easy
As much as I appreciate that compliment, that will never ever happen, I am getting strong no doubt about it, mobster is on a whole different level. He does inspire me with his lifts, it pushes me to try and get stronger myself.

That's some impressive strength wow
Thank you Steve! After I got over my mistakes this cycle and the few times I got sick, it just made me want to put the throttle down and become my very best, mentally and physically.

you are strong as hell you should do some power lifting more
You know I've always loved body building, I have a ton of respect for guys who power lift, I actually never gave any thought about power lifting, I was decently strong as a nautral but nothing like this, the para gear has elevated my game to a whole new level.

love to see you successful we are proud of you
para pharma gear is A+++
making dreams come true
Para Pharma has been excellent for me, everything I've used just works, and works A+++ the gear has just got my lifts into places I never thought I'd see, it's honestly a blessing just sitting back thinking about where I was and where I am at now, it's night and day.

you are making us prouder and prouder everyday
Thank you brother 🙏 I had a feeling you guys would love this one when you saw it for this log update, ad mobster said in a pervious update of mine, the para pharma is shinning.

you got strong in a hurry wow!
Once I switched my programming and I got on a consistent schedule with no interruptions, it all came together like I knew in time it would.

Could u imagine how strong I might be on tren, id never use tren but it's fun to think what that would look like strength wise.

Test and primo imo are underrated people think u need hardcore compounds or mg amounts, when in reality u need hardwork, consistency and dedication, the gear is just icing on the cake for my goals.

Looks like an amazing session brother! Nothing like the feeling of being on cycle and feeling like everything is clicking and comming together means you doing everything right 👌

Love the deadlifts bro, great volume and weight on the rack pulls your top set of 470 is BEAST 💪💪💪

I don't use any wraps, straps or belts, I'm willing to bet if I used some tools like that I could in theory probably lift a bit more weight or get a few more reps.

Thank you brother, it's a good feeling seeing it all fall into place, been working towards that goal, I'm aiming for 500lbs on the rack pull at some point.

That’s badass man!
I’ve been an electrician for 24 years. My grip strength isn’t what it used to be. I like the wrist straps for my heavier sets. Can’t be having my grip set the pace for my lat pull downs or shrugs or dead lifts.
Oh and I injured my back like 10 years ago. So I use a belt when I do my heavier weights on my squats. But I’ve noticed that I’m getting my weight up higher before I go to them. So that’s good at least.
Hope you are having a good holiday weekend bro! I’m looking forward to my chest day today! What are you going to hit?

I did chest friday which was another great session, I will post it later today. Tonight will be legs for me, I typically workout 3 times a week on ppl split.

I've tried wraps and belts before, it feels weird wearing them so I just don't utilize them, they definitely serve a purpose and work excellent for some people.

That's hard work being an electrician, that's unfortunate you got Injured brother. He'll yes any little bit of progress counts and you should be proud, whether it be raw or with assistance.

I hope you also enjoy the holiday weekend brother 💪

This was another excellent workout I improved on some of my lifts again, it's amazing the progress was slow at first, now it's improving at a more rapid rate.

Few weeks ago I was stuck on 10lbs & 15lbs for side cable raise, now I can hit 20lbs for 12 reps and 25lbs for 10 reps.

Pec deck machine pervious best was 225lbs I can now hit 245lbs for 8 reps.

Dumbbell Pull-Over has increased in weight. 45s and 50s

As well as my Dumbbell Side Raise
i can now hit 40lb dumbbells for 6 reps.

Ive also maxed out the dumbbells at my gym for pressing movements for chest only.

I am also able to hit higher reps at a heavier weight for some dumbbell movement's with chest.

The synergy is coming together, I have been experiencing it and feeling it when inside the gym with my workouts.

Sunday which is today will be legs Abs & Cardio

Enjoy the update everyone!

That is awesome to hear! Probably a combination of the increased test but obviously the program and diet are huge factors.
Yeah sometimes I sit back and think of all the factors or what could be the root cause. This is the first time I've run 300mg of test before, I'm thinking it's helping alot more than I thought it ever would.

I like my primo around 600 mgs a week but haven’t tried lower to see if there’s a difference for me. I know I battle acne on primo. That’s the only injectable to give me terrible acne.

Yeah I've only taken primo into the 400mg range myself, not sure how much more tissue I'd put on at 600mg or how much more strength I would gain. I do very well at 300-400 range.

Last leg day I remember saying I had more weight in me I could have definitely pushed harder than I did, after testing the waters and feeling confident I went for it on this leg day.

I think everyone will be pleased when they see the numbers I put up, I shocked myself this workout.

I remember Dave Crossland saying " don't set limitations, find them" I feel I was limiting myself because I was afraid even with my knee feeling better. I can't live in fear, I just had to go for it.

Good job!!! You doing the squats on a smith machine correct?
Yes assisted, I am happy about my numbers, part of me feels it doesn't count like it would if I was in a squat rack and not a smith machine.

It still counts as it still hits the muscle fibers. Just make sure you continue to do them and work your way up to sets of 8 if you can.
I just figured with the enitre community knowing my gym is planet fitness we know I'm on a smith machine lol.

Yes from a technical standpoint abosloety I agree with you, from a outside perspective majority of people discredit you if u do it on a smith machine lol.

The way I see it assisted or not I still put up over 400lbs, if I wasn't strong enough assisted or not it would not go up.

The goal is definitely get up into sets of 8 or 10, I wanted to test where my leg strength is at this point in my cycle, set a baseline so I have points of reference to work from.

I've really been working on legs hard as hell since they don't grow, ever since going on the podcast with Steve & Mobster they taught me alot of valuable information and opened my eyes with different techniques, Mobster even linked me a write up he did, I've been utilizing these methods.

It's at the point I'm sick of my legs not growing so I'm doing what I need to do so I can force adaptation and growth.

Plus u got to think, I did it on leg press so from that angle it makes it easier, don't get me wrong it's still heavy, I can manipulate the weight and movement to work for me.

With a machine your stuck at whatever it sets u at for position, with utilizing leg press I can change a multitude of factors and foot placement etc, my caves are starting to come in nicely. Little by little we are getting it done.

Just wondering. Do you warm up with 2 sets of leg extensions? Just start with 225, 230 then go straight to 320lb smith back squats? Or you warm up then do 2 working Sets 225,230?
I would warm up a bit lighter then go to heavy sets cuz that’s hard on body joints tendons even tho you’re on a great cycle with your gear you might feel so great/ ready to kill it…. still start out with real warm up to your working sets then when you get to squats I still even if 2nd exercise would do Like 1plate 2 plates 3plates … so your body core quads butt shoulders (and knee) can work up to the working sets in 400s. Just a thought. But I start with squats do I work up to my working sets. But that’s the compound exercise. Then I just go to working sets on rest of leg exercises. Just my suggestion. Just don’t wanna see you get an un needed injury. So many peep do not warm up, stretch well before they go hard. Im a firm believer In warm up. Don’t always post it but I do it. Just watching out for ya bro! 💪🌸

Well said, pyramiding up on squats I think is a must helps your nervous system fire up as well.

You are certainly correct, I have been overlooking the importance of more warm up sets, sometimes I get so excited I'm training I get right into it.

I agree with you 100% I appreciate the sound advice and helpful tips, I need to stay injury free, especially for the next two years if I plan on getting on stage and doing competition.

I will try and do better and I appreciate the perspective you have, sometimes we need others from the outside looking in, especially if I can help improve my routine and health, I am all for it.

😎 💪

Big Crossland fan and the squats look great!!
I had a feeling you might be pleased with my squat progression, I immediately thought of you and went this is mobster approved 😎

Crossland is one amazing man and I follow alot of his advice and pay close attention when he talks about cycles, peds, and just overall health stuff, he does amazing work.

Yeah I guess sometimes I get excited for training or think in my head, if I exhaust my muscles more than I should before I attempt heavier lifts, I might miss the lift.
