Approved Log Cycle Blast: Testosterone, NPP, DHB, Anadrol, insulin cycle Log

Training updates for today was the followint

Bench press 3 sets worked my way up to 180kg but now hitting 8 reps but still not going to go heavier than this.

Incline dumbbell press 3 sets from 50 to 60 to 70kg for 12/10/7reps

Decline hammer strength machine.
3 sets probably 4 plates aside for minimum 7 reps

Incline flies 4 sets. This was done with moderate/heavy weight.

Front delt raise dumbbell
4 sets

Hammer strength shoulder press
3 sets

Reverse pec deck 3 sets

I am focusing on shoulderprimarily front delts after chest to add more size to my fronts. Shoulders do have their own day few days later but I just need to add more size to my fronts.

Bro 3 sets of 180kg bench press is mind blowing, super solid bench work 💪

Morning everyone

Today was shoulders/calves today and it goes like this

Don’t wanna go heavy as yet as I wanna feel the movement in the shoulders. Usually I do dumbbells with this but I wanted to feel it with a bar first before upping.

Seated lateral raise single arm machine
Moderate/heavy weight 12+ reps each

Bent over dumbbell raise 3 sets
10kg 20 reps all 3 sets just for the burn.

Calves
Standing calf raise 3 sets
15/12/10 heavy weight.

Leg press calf raise
280kg raise for 13 reps.

Don’t be fooled as it’s just a shrug with calves but this is the max I’ll go because any heavier and I don’t feel it and lose feeling
 
Also I have decided that tomorro I’ll be using
Igf1 lr3 for 5 weeks just as a small boost during my cruise as I know it wont affect my bloods to recover.

Today also was my last dosing of aromasin aswel, not sure if I will put any water weight on or if it has a rebound affect as I never really used an ai in the past.

Last but not least I do want to bring up one thing, the picture I have uploaded I reckon did more for my liver on cycle then any other liver supplement. If you can ever get your hands on this or have sources that can get it then GRAB IT! it did help a lot for liver health.

Yeah that’s the plan.

What do you reckon of the cycle I plan on doing

1 - 14wks 1000mg test
1 - 12wks 600mg deca
1 - 12wks 400mg dhb
1 - 5wks insulin (not sure if I’ll run long acting or fast yet)
1 - 5wks 25 to 50mg anadrol (still deciding if I will add)

No Ai will be used but I will have aromasin on hand and knowing my body and how it works on cycle I may use it from week 7 onwards

A cycle like this I know I will grow but cause we heading into winter soon it will be a mass builder with some water weight which I’m not fussed about but I will be keeping diet strict in the sense of keeping as much fat gain low as possible.

What do you think? I know your very experienced and Any input on structuring a cycle in a pros eyes would be appreciated

Let me tell you this was so Fkn amazing. The pump was that amazing I was just gobsmacked.

Even after the gym I can still flex and feel like I’m doing a rep to make the pump even more fuller.

Triceps
Dips I weigh 131kg so my body weight makes it a challenge as it is.
6 sets 3 being warm ups. I no used 20kg around my waist also to pump out 9 reps on last set.

Tricep push down 3 sets (I use a lat pull-down bar so I can I have hand placement wider.)

Close grip bench press 3 sets worked my weight to 120kg for 7 reps.

Biceps
Preacher curl 4 sets max weight beinf 50kg then a back off set of 40kg

Hammer curls
4 sets with 10kg and 15kg
I don’t want to go heavy with these anymore as I do get pain in forearm from gripping but I make tbese curls so challenging and the pump is that epic along with how ballooned my biceps get.

Single arm cable curl
3 sets of 12 moderate weight.


I am noticing since I stopped my ai that I see a bit of water come back near mid section but this is mainly at night and I’m assuming that’s because of the carbs I’ve ingested.

I just woke up so I’m about to do cardio for 40min and my carbs will be lower as 4 meals will only have between 180 to 200g rice.

I got my igf off @AlphaLabs and I’m gonna plan on getting more way more of this stuff for next cycle.
 
Tomorro when I go train I plan on reducing weight to 70 - 80% I want to really focus more on contractions now rather than lifting heavy weights. Really want to feel the muscle fibres at work and just give it a major kick in the ass before my next blast.

I have dropped a kg but I know that would be water which I am not concerned about but my strength is still good and workouts are still rock solid.

50mcg of igf before training and also a shot of l carnitine aswel.

Hammer strength row
Maximum I went on these were 4 and a half plates aside as I really wanted to focus on back thickness. My lats are dominant and regardless of any back movement I do I feel super responsive on lats so now I’m just focusing on thickness of rhomboids and traps.

Lat pull-down I worked down to the whole stack along with a drop set which was good.

Hammer strength low row
So far I’m slowly feeling more rhomboids as I’m trying to cut down the lats from being used.

Single arm close grip pull down
3 sets for max weight as this machine I can easily do whole stack for 15 but I pause on each rep.

Rack pulls. I stuck to 5 plates aside and just slowed down the movement, I feel these more in lats so Maby I might drop them. From training and add another row.

Traps
Machine shrugs
4 sets working up to 200kg so 100kg each side for 15

Kelso shrugs ( these are Fkn amazing. My traps have blown up from these)

Shoulder press shrugs (shrugging upwards for the neck which blows them up too)


The machine I added is a chest machine but if you guys ever see it. Use it for shrugs and see how awesome it is

Morning to all. Sorry I haven’t logged in a few days as I’ve been busy with work but I’ll speed things up on the log now.

Yesterday and today are low carb days for me and atm I’m currently at 129.7kg fasted. I have dropped down a few kg but it hasn’t bothered me. Was just thinking of 250mg a week is enough or would I have to increase in the future on a cruise? I split the doses into 2 injections to keep things stable which I feel works better then once a week injections.

No cardio today for me as I plan on just spending time with my son as he is like cardio cause I take him everywhere and I’m on the move.

I wanted to mention that I do absolutely love this igf1 lr3 as it’s giving me the feeling of phenomenal pumps in the gym and my strength is still the same and going strong, I haven’t lost any strength so far. I have noticed tho I’m not as full like I was on blast but that’s to be expected I guess and I don’t want to constantly eat high amounts of calories and carbs because I know right now I would be adding fat so I take this time in a cruise to reduce my food a bit and keep fat levels at bay before my next blast.

It’s already been 2 weeks into cruise and now week 3 starting so another 3 weeks and I’ll be blasting once again.

I decided what I want to do in terms of blast and it will be something like this as I use to do this before.

Wk 1 - 12 1000mg test e
wk 1 - 10 600mg deca
Wk 1 - 10 600 eq
Wk 1 - 10 400mg tren e
Wk 1 - 5 20iu novorapid

I usually run 800mg but the sides were a bit much for me in terms of insomnia plus I don’t want it to increase cortisol as much since it does that.
 
maybe take your son to do some cardio maybe some swimming or something
It’s raining a lot today all day and it’s cold as. So would love to take him to the pools but it’s super cold.
 
So my diet atm is this

Meal 1: 5 whole eggs 3 egg whites, 4 English muffins, 1kiwi

meal 2: 250g steak in 2 bread rolls with salad in it (I digest this faster before workout.)

intra shake 60g vitargo, was, Celtic salt

Post workout: 130g cream of rice 50wpi 120g blueberries

Meal 3 250g chicken 300g jasmine rice 1 grapefruit

Meal 4 250g chicken 300g jasmine rice

Meal 5 250g chicken 300g jasmine rice

Meal 6 250g Greek yoghurt 30g wpi, 100g blueberries 1 tablespoon peanut butter.

On my low carb days I drop the rice on meal 5 and replace it with fats and also cut the rice to 200g

I know the loss in weight is just water weight also just a little smoother but I just don’t overdo it with using same diet like I use on blast so I don’t just get fat with little to less anabolics in me.

Mental game but the blast will bring back the look.

On a blast I use “cycle safe” aswel as UDCA but for kidneys it’s a lot of water and cranberry juice too. Cholesterol for me is moringa powder which works so good for me. But other than that. Not sure what else I should be taking
 
Today was a good day after having 2 days off from training as I felt like a monster today with training shoulders/triceps.

The pumps were phenomenal thanks to the igf and the strength hasn’t dropped at all.

1: dumbbell side laterals 6 sets pyramiding up to 25kg max then last set half that right after to 10kg for extra reps and blood.

2: dumbbell shoulder press
4 sets 30kg for 15reps/50kg for 12 reps/60kg for 8 reps (all these were strict as which I enjoyed)

3: bent over dumbbell dumbell raise superset with incline dumbbell rear delt raise
Stuck with 12kg - 15kg first part of superset and 7kg for the incline. 15+ reps till failure

4: Dumbell single arm upright row
3 sets 25kg/15reps 30kg/14 reps 40kg/9 reps

5: shoulder press machine superset with front raise with 10kg plate
I maxed out the machine as its pin loaded but strict reps for 12 reps and after that I did front raise with a plate and my last 4 reps I hold for 3 seconds before lowering.

Triceps

1: hammer strength dip machine
4 sets 80kg/15 reps 120kg/15 reps 160kg/10 reps I won’t go any heavier if it means losing connection in tricep.

V bar push down
3 sets full load on pin 12 reps each set

Cable overhead push for 3 sets same weight same reps as push down.

After all this I do a deep stretch for shoulders and triceps. I looked as wide as a fridge and as pumped as the Michelin man lol.

Even tho I am not as full like I am on blast I am leaner a bit and still round. Water weight is what I feel has dropped and some fullness but I’m glad I’m using igf1

I do have a question I never brought up or a little issue.

Since this blast I was doing I have been urinating a lot and I wake up Maby 2 - 3 times a night to pee. I assumed it was the aromasin or shilajit because I never use to pee so much but I’m week 3 into cruise and I’m still peeing a lot. Is this because the aromasin reduced my estro and I am peeing a lot more? I’m going to do bloods this weekend and see what’s happening.

I owe a lot throughout the day but I also do drink heaps of water. I know it’s over 5litres as I’m drinking water heaps so it could be that as I use to assume it was a way to help flush kidneys and liver.

Estro related?

I never really took ai before and I never really had this issue but I know my estro was somewhat high back then. I’m just trying to get an idea what it may be.

I don’t have a issue urinating
My urine colour is light yellow sometimes clear from drinking heaps
I don’t leak after and I don’t have a weak stream.
My bloods before cycle I didn’t have any kidney issues either but I’ll see what these bloods say.

Any help or anyone who’s had similar issues please reply.

I am a bit of a hypochondriac so I might be worrying myself over nothing.

you're getting water out and your kidneys working

if you dont get up at least 2 times per night to pee maybe your kidneys not strong or you're not taking in enough water, so its a good thing you're peeing
if you dont have any prostate pain you're fine bro

I’m peeing a lot throughout the day too but again I think it’s the amount of water I drink. As I said this only ever started as I was taking aromasin as my estro was high for a while and I didn’t do much to deal with it but when I used aromasin I just assumed it made me piss a lot which got me leaner looking. Just haven’t stopped peeing as frequent since off the blast.

@Snayaz peeing a lot could also be a sign of pre-diabetes or onset diabetic, you use insulin so its not farfetched and you eat high carb
you do blood sugar tests?
 
peeing out more then you bring in unless you are in ketosis of course, is a red flag to any doctor.

the obvious things are diabetes, organ issues, STD's, prostate issues, etc. you have good healthcare in australia, go see a urinologist they are good at diagnosing things pretty easily and they will test your urine in house and give you an answer pretty quick let us know

if you're drinking between every set at the gym even a little bit you'll pee out a lot

some people pee a lot naturally
 
you could be taking something that's a diuretic
something in a drink or some ingredient that you're bringing in a lot of
 
Its something that happens to all males as we get older. I saw a thing this weekend and it talked about the prostate and there is a new laser procedure that is just coming out and it gets rid of the thickened cells that build up as men age. Its actually quite common and its a breakthrough procedure just coming out. Its not life threatening and I saw a stat that said over 50% of men over 50 years old have it. Your not that old but it is quite common. I am pretty sure I have it, but I am not worried as my blood markers are all perfect with no worries.

it's normal but doesn't mean that it's okay

I’m not thirsty or have a dry mouth like it says for diabetes. I only get a dry mouth sometimes when I’m asleep as I sleep with my mouth open and not breath thru my nose but this is sometimes.

For drinking water I drink a lot only because I’m so use to it as always on boards I hear to drink plenty of water so I drink a lot throughout the day/night

My libido is shocked to shit and has been since using an ai but I have viagra here.

When I urinate usually comes out easy but on some occasions it comes out a little weak but not a lot. Which made me think prostate.

I have some low estro sides I do notice now like dry skin on my face near my nose. So I assumed low estro since it was my first time in yearsssss that I used an ai.

I didn’t drink much water after 6pm lastnight and I went to the toilet Maby 2 times.

I’m getting full blood work done this Saturday morning coming and my results will eventually come Sunday morning so hopefully that shows a lot and I’ll post it up.

@Snayaz you dont need blood work to check for diabetes to be fair, you can just get a blood glucose monitor
lets test your blood sugar AM and post meals for 3 days and post the results with your meals

Yeah that sounds like a solid plan. I’ll buy a glucose monitor tomorro and start logging that for 3 days.

I stopped the insulin. I’ve been off it week6 of my blast.

Im just using igf1 lr3 on my cruise of 250mg test split into 2 injections a week
 
I probably pee every hour. But I’ve cut down on my water around 4pm since yesterday to see if this helps but before and during training I do drink heaps of water.

@Snayaz igf-1 is an insulin growth factor so it has a blood sugar impact too
