Interesting test testing.

Shout out to Hybrid labs Australia for the tope vial (purple top) for a good potency result.

The second vial o got through a friends cousin... Test result is not great.

I won't be using the second vial from now on.

Will be getting bloods taken on another 2 weeks.

My lifts and brain clarity are up greatly on this current diet and test still at only 80mg a week.

No carb morning are working a absolute treat for mental clarity during the day.

Sorry for lack of updates. Staying consistent and pushing my weights up, getting a few PBs and consistently adding volume each week little by little

Mental clarity is alot better still. Finding injections easy. Still only 80mg a week split into 2.
Will be getting bloods next week

Have my 3 month blood results, slightly worried on regards to estradiol and LH.

Still only taking TRT dose 80mg a week split into two.

I got this blood test on the morning I was due for my dose , just prior to dose.

Hi all,

Have my 3 month blood results, slightly worried on regards to estradiol and LH.

Still only taking TRT dose 80mg a week split into two.

I got this blood test on the morning I was due for my dose , just prior to dose.
@natmak12 considering you havent updated your training diet or anything else for months now hard today

but your estrogen is high
hows is the rest of the blood work?

how about pictures you got updates?

Any reason whyy estrogen would be so high on 80mg test a week ?
@natmak12 many reasons, seems to me maybe you're eating estrogenic foods? maybe high cortisol from overtraining? not really sure.
Share your diet and training way more for us to understand you :)
 
are you dealing with estrogen related side effects?
if not then you should be okay
 
I would not panic get blood work again in a couple weeks and see where things are
maybe things are adjusting
 
worst case you can always get on an AI
it's not the end of the world if you need to take some
 
I’d start on 12.5mg aromasin every 3.5 days brother, not worth shutting yourself down over 80mg i would take the A.I and run test higher, just pull blood and adjust A.I accordingly 💪
 
here everyone is a little different
I find that amazing only 80 milligrams of testosterone gives you these numbers

Estrogen is just at the top of normal so I wouldn't worry yet unless you have sides. You could try pinning more often. No worry about LH or FSH as they should be near 0.
 
@natmak12 awesome meals I want to see more of these bro :) this is just 1 day, not sure how you eat long term

all training is 8-10 rep range, majority
you need 15-20 reps to get full pumps, not just to fail

Also on regards to my food. That is breakfast and lunch everyday.

For dinner it interchanges but always high protein clean meal, no vegetables oils, soy or added sugar, heaps of veg, beef and salmon

For dinner it interchanges but always high protein clean meal, no vegetables oils, soy or added sugar, heaps of veg, beef and salmon

Can you clarify? What foods I eat "seem" to be estrogenic ?

I literally eat the same meals every weeks/day
Occasionally I'll have a pasta.
I'm just asking what you are referring to estrogenic foods specifically?

My estrogen has only increased since taking testsp o would assume it's the test not the same food ove been eating for years

@natmak12 you started aromasin?

and food matters to hormones , a lot of guys are sensitive

and you are saying you eat exactly the SAME food every day? can you share meal pics for a few days lets see

and training, we havent seen any updates, update us
 
Also please note, the above workouts are a little less busy than usual as I have been working nights shift the past week.
@natmak12 training seems good but you do mostly 6-10 rep ranges , why?
you need way more reps to get the sweat in and pump around 15 reps or so
 
some foods are estrogenic but I wouldn't worry too much about it

that's a good various assortment of exercises
 
the only thing I can criticize you for is a Smith machine just not a fan
 
make sure you update us on your meals I know you don't want to but it's a good idea

Update long overdue. I know some will be pissed by the lack of updates recently.

But so far on my TRT on approx 100mg a week and I feel unreal! For those who don't remember I started TRT due to having naturally low testosterone and starting to feel the downside of that at work.

Since starting TRT and getting my test onto a good range although not super high , I feel less brain fog, more motivated hitting more PBs in the gym, looking good and as corny as it sounds.. more manly haha.

I have been on a bull through winter and am up from 88kg to 94.5kg and lean.

My diet has remained clean, just a more of it. More salman and steak also.

I will be getting bloods again this coming week and will post the past few weeks workouts also showing my weights going up.

New gym also I think has given me that extra push surrounded by gyms rats weather than teenages trying to grow there chest.

Test has been from hybrid labs and has been fantastic
