strong as hell keep it up man

keeping your heart strong in your body strong that's smart

Is it ok to pin each lat twice per week? It seems as though my lats don't get much PIP but my chest gets massive PIP. I am only using 1.5 cc in each shot. Even my delts handle 1.5 cc with literally no pain. I know a highly respected Mod on here said not to inject in the chest.
I don't see why you couldn't hit each lat twice if your having no issues. There is a lot of area there. Def more than delt.
You could also do 3/4cc in each quad if your not already. I do 1cc no prob in each quad sometimes multiple times a week if i'm pinning ED or EOD. I have 3 spots on each quad and you could hit the teardrop if you like as well which would give you 4. I just use a 27gaX1/2" needle and go slow when pushing it in.
As far as chest, i know guys who do it. All of then say high PIP but some say they like it as you really "feel" the chest when working it.

Yah I figured since it's such a large area no worries. Nothing like the hip where u hane a spot the size of a quarter your trying to thread.

As far as chest yeah I can feel it too. My chest got bigger after injection. Felt good though during and after with a massive pump. I can see why u would want to inject pecs.

I think as long as your not around an area with big arteries any muscle is fair game if it agrees with the injection.
My buddy was doing like 5-6ml/daily plus orals when he was competing you he had to use whatever he could.

It’s way better than the powder. Powder doesn’t mix well and is chauky. Husk is just thick. Gotta slam it.
Well I always just took the capsules not sure if there is a better benefit to whole husk vs capsules and powdered version.

Doubt it. Just seems like if you’re taking 30-40g daily it’s a lot of capsules. I thin my wife’s is only 4-5 g per 4 capsules
Six of one half dozen of the other.

I need to pick some husk up so now I know I have options other than capsules.

easier to take 1tbsp of psyllium right vs 14 caps imo @Noah Wixx

Bros lat is big you can kinda go in a line on the same lat alternating sites ofc so less scar tissue builds up. I’ve pined as much as 3ml with no issues

Ya I think I am going to target my lats. Just go up and down the line. Must be a 6 inch line you can run each week. Probably could get away with ED injections in the lats.

100% you can do ED with lats, I’m also curious that you can hit the lat from inside the arm pit I saw Derek Lunsford does it that way but seems a little bit of a too sensitive spot for me 🤷🏽‍♂️

I drain it of course. Not going to wash it. LOL. I wash it down my throat with a cup of water. LOL.
@RoidRage69 if you wash you'll lower the sodium, thats why I tell my clients to wash :)

My sodium levels are pretty fine. I probably need to up it a little bit. I am only mixing one water bottle per day with potassium and sodium when I go to the gym. Last time I was on semaglutide I was mixing 3 bottles per day. I am also sweating much more when working out. Today I was dripping all over the stairmaster. Shirt was soaked.

@RoidRage69 well then you got it on point, stay the course.

Had a nice heavy lower volume training day today. Had my elbow sleeves on once I started my working sets on Shoulder Press. Also used my wrist wraps on close grip bench as well as my lifting belt. I only used the belt on the 2 heavy sets of 315. Felt good to double my PR rep count of 2 to 4 this week. The thing that impresses me the most is the PR I broke today was after trashing my delts. Last time we did close grip it was the first exercise of the workout. I cant wait to hit sets of 8-10 on close grip with 315. If I can do that I am well on my way to maxing out at 400. All I need to do is hit 335 for a 5x5 and within a 8 weeks I should be able to peak with 400. I wont do it though. I have other goals right now. I want to get lean enough so I can feel comfortable using insulin in my next bulking cycle with IGF-1. There is no other option. I will do whatever it takes to get down to a lean enough level. My diet is on point and is the best its ever been in my life. Fat is stripping away and I am the same weight as when I started this cycle. Its going to be a hell of a ride!!!

I know I benched properly when my back starts cramping shortly afterwards.
I know the cramping feeling. When I retract scap really hard I get it.
I did my chest2 today. Held all in stretched and short breaks. I am feeling it right now!

It's a pretty potent stack obviously. I am taking 10mg aromasin 5x weekly and 20mg twice weekly. That should be enough to handle the stack shouldn't it? Also taking P5P and other b vits and other herbs to handle the Tren.

I wouldn't worry about me getting injured. I warmup and stretch carefully. I also use perfect form and never move around and wiggle in order to get an another rep out. I know what I'm doing.

Most powerlifters diet down to make weight so it's common to train heavier when in deficit. I am actually holding back a lot. IMO high volume is more risky. That's when u see muscle tears. I feel my tendons and ligaments are in great shape from all the years of a high impact job commercial fishing in Alaska.

Meal 4) 65 gram protein shake

Meal 5) 4 Lamb Chops, 1/4 cup rice, and asparagus. Acacia fiber, 20 grams collagen.

I’ve never tried lamb but it looks great

It’s kinda hard to drop water on the stack he’s on. He’s on more of a deficit than I am but the stack he’s on Gonna keep his water retention up. Plus restarting HGH also. Purpose is to hold onto muscle while dieting so Must assume there will be water. Not on a typical cutting stack that drys you out!! Cleanest we’ve ever eaten. So carrying the extra water is not any big deal. My wt is up bout 2 lbs from start likely NPP but I can feel weight shifting. Water helps you keep you healthy less likely to injure tendons and such. He’ll start shedding it down like last time. Not worried…. 💪🌸

I am working on getting a world record on the deadlift for the 55-59 age group. I should be doing RDL with 600lbs for reps by years end. Currently staying away from standard deadlifts while my wife has time to get back to normal. Strength training is #1 priority and always will be. Looks is secondary and comes from training and dieting which I'm doing. I always had a dream of being a pro bodybuilder and world record holder in powerlifting at the same time. This is why I am trying to cut down as much as possible to see if bodybuilding is possible. I will find out soon most likely in the next 8 weeks.

I'm eating the same amount as Sgentz and my Fitbit tells me I'm burning 3959 and 3955 on each of my last two cardio only days. My lifting days says 3500-3900 depending on body part worked.

Had an incredible leg workout today. Doubled my rep count on my highest weights on both the Hack squat and the RDL from 5 to 10 reps at 540lbs. Everything is on point. Diet is so incredibly locked in I cant believe it. Eating close to 300 grams protein and 175-200 grams carbs on lifting days and 300 grams protein and about 125 grams carbs on non lifting days. Fats around 50 grams. The PED stack is absolutely phenomenal. I knew that I picked the correct compounds for my goals. Lost another notch on my weight belt down to the last notch. Will have to bust out my older belt I haven't worn in over 20 years soon. Ok everyone have a wonderful weekend and get huge, shredded, and strong with me!!!

@RoidRage69 thats a big lift but you need to be bulking for that not cutting so be careful with cutting and heavy lifting, injury is almost assured when you cut and heavy lift

@RoidRageWife high water retention= high blood pressure and high kidney pressure
high bp/kidney pressure will impact the heart
so just saying if he's cutting easier to drop water by cutting some sodium :)

but you're on blood pressure medication correct?
Yes low dose. I'm not going to go lower sodium while taking semaglutide. Not a smart idea. I'm not cramping, I'm getting strong AF, the fat is stripping away, and I feel incredible. It would be STUPID to change anything. Besides I'm taking in less
sodium now than I normally do. My diet is as clean as it has ever been. I've eaten thee meals today of turkey/beef burger and rice with green veggies. For my last meal it will be Catalina Crunch and a Fairlife protein drink. Might have a couple bites of my hi protein ice cream as a treat.

Today is usually my highest day of the week for cals but it looks like it's just a normal day. About 2000 cals.

Nobody said he has “high”water retention! Water he is retaining is inside his muscles where u want to have fluids so u don’t cramp. He’s not third spacing it in His face or ankles, heart ect…not puffy. BP is in check taking BP meds on purpose to make sure stays in check. I think he’s doing ok in the heart area. He checks his BP regularly. He’s breathing fine he manages cardio like a rockstar. I think cuz years of competitive swimming. He sweats a lot. Heart needs sodium and potassium to pump proper. Higher total fluid volumes yes can lead to higher bp. But cannot lose too much fluids or injuries will lurk. And we are actually eating less salt now than before. I Think he’s being safe and managing pretty well.

Good job

Had a great training session today. Broke out some all time bests. Not bad considering we went to the lake yesterday and burned for 2 hours and then saw the Blu Angels doing their show for Sea Fair weekend. Today I started on .5mg Semaglutide per week doubling it from .25 the previous 3 weeks. Should really start getting hard to eat now. Will be pounding down the protein shakes in order to keep protein at 300 grams per day. Ok everyone have a lovely day and bust out some bigtime training sessions!!!

@RoidRage69 lovely that you got to see blue angels fly amazing :)
you're taking it to the next level with your cutting log, love the push

amazing you can maintain your size and strength on just 2000 calories
8 months ago on my first run with Semaglutide I averaged about 1500-1750 cals per day and I lost too much muscle. So far in 3.5 weeks I have gone sideways on the scale while my stomach is shrinking dramatically. I would say that's a win.

high water retention is not the same for everybody

definitely getting a lot of help from the wifey on this

I'm glad to see that you both are so motivated

chest and triceps is amazing that's some good volume to build strength

Love the training session man. Nice job again on the PR's. Great to see you hit cardio hard like that today too. You are absolutely grinding!

Can really feel the effects of the increased Semaglutide dose which started on Monday. Carbs are fully depleted. Feel like I am near ketosis. Only had about 100 grams of carbs yesterday. Fasted blood sugar this morning was 92. Before I started Semaglutide they were in the 115 area. Its doing exactly as advertised. Now that my body is responding fully to the drug I will be lowering my volume on working sets. Will be doing 2 working sets per exercise max. Don't want to risk tearing muscle. My tendons and ligaments are very strong and healthy so will continue heavy weights. Will also continue 300 grams protein per day. No longer doing fasted cardio. Having protein shakes and or greek yogurt at 4 am every morning that I wake up to pee. Body needs the protein with semaglutide doing its thing.

Just now decided I am adding in a fairlife protein drink between every meal. This way I will have constant protein every 2 hours from the time I wake until I go to bed. This will allow me to eat less per meal as well. Will come out to 8 meals per day.
@RoidRage69 i like fairlife tastes good and nice fiber level, perfect
smaller meals but you're getting the protein in :)
push it hard , you'll get to 240 soon

Had a good workout today. Switched things up and did lats first instead of rows. Was surprised that I was still able to crank out sets of 10 with 6 plates per side on the HS Mid Iso Row after all the pulldowns beforehand. Body feels good. Will try and stick with todays workout for the next month. I am sure I will be switching it up after a couple weeks. LOL. Ok everyone have a great end to the week and get frigging strong!!!

Crushin it!!! Where are your macros at now that you've upped the semaglutide? Hunger level?

Still about the same. Force feeding protein shakes between meals now.
300 protein
100-200 carbs
50-60 fat

So basically around 2000 cals on normal day and about 2500 on a high day. Today might be about 2500 since it was a 3 hour workout. I take 5 min rest between my working heavy stuff. Maximum intensity.

Yeah I’m struggling to get 2000 cals in. Three solid meals and three shakes.

Everything felt heavy as I have such a large cal deficit. Still busted out some PR's. You can see how weak my abs got from doing triceps. They just murder the core when going heavy tris. I challange anyone to go heavy tris on the ext machine. Its hard as hell to brace yourself in when your going the full stack.LOL. Thank god the weekend is here to just do cardio. Need the two days off from the weights. Will be nice and rested for leg day on Monday. Everyone have a nice weekend. Get huge and strong!!!

How is the bodyweight coming off?

How is the bodyweight coming off?
The fat is melting away as I gain lean tissue. It's looking like I should start losing about 2 lbs a week since last week. I am actually excited I am not losing like I did on my last cut. It was too much too fast. That's why I chose TNE and Tren. Extremely potent stuff. I fully expect to lose some muscle but this is beyond my wildest dreams. My body is recomping at an unbelievable rate. @Losiol was right.
