The fat is melting away as I gain lean tissue. It's looking like I should start losing about 2 lbs a week since last week. I am actually excited I am not losing like I did on my last cut. It was too much too fast. That's why I chose TNE and Tren. Extremely potent stuff. I fully expect to lose some muscle but this is beyond my wildest dreams. Not even sore from the back workout two days ago and yesterdays delt/tri's workout no soreness at all. Can see my midsection really start tightening up. Things are going in the right direction. Nice TD brother! Have you used viagra before or only cialis? I have tried both and both work great, but the cialis gives me a headache. If it wasn't for that, I would low dose it daily.

Yeah I've tried it but the half life makes more sense for me to use Cialis. I don't get headaches.

Yeah I've tried it but the half life makes more sense for me to use Cialis. I don't get headaches.
i prefer tadalafil as well, I found the cialis from euro pharma to be the strongest

You kicked ass on presses today! Finally hit 12 plates not sure what we do now….can’t put anymore plates on it. Same problem with hack squats and RDLs on the Hoist. 💪💪💪🌸

That's great. I don't get headaches from anything else. It is literally the only thing that does it and they are brutal.
 
How long after taking it do the headaches start?
For me it would be hours. Sometimes not even until I woke up in the morning if I took it at night.

Cardio kicked my ass today. Can really feel the effects of this cycle hurting the cardio. The amount of sweat pouring off me was incredible. Cut it short and only went 46min on the Treadmill vs 65min I normally do. I also see that I have been taking a little bit more Tren than I thought. Its not easy to measure out exactly 1/2 cc everyday. Looks like about 20% more per day is what I have been taking. I should have 30 days in one vial and I am going to end up about 25 days. Oh well I guess that means my tren will only be used for 7 weeks instead of 8. I guess that is no biggie really. I wonder if when I start the anadrol in 4 weeks if I should only start at 25mg at first. Ive never taken it before. I was also thinking about adding in 200mg Masteron E per week when I start the anadrol to limit the water retention.

I usually do 25 in the AM and another 25 pre WO around 200p.
Be careful though, your gonna get a pretty significant boost in strength. Don't injure yourself. Usually when dieting I opt for winstrol/anavar. Gives you a boost but not like anadrol.

Yeah it's possible I could switch out to the anavar/winstrol tabs I have. Still have time to make that decision.

I typically reserve anadrol for building. IMO go with anavar/winstrol combo. I might ad in some winstrol in the coming weeks.
 
My waist is already the same size as it was on my last cut when I got down to 244 in Feb. Today I was 258 in the morning and 260 when I took the photos.
Honestly just looking you'll prob be very shredded at 235 maybe higher which is fucking nuts hahahah. Goals lol
 
if you did drop down to 235 lbs you would be ripped to shreds
 
you've got a lot of muscle mass on your frame I would be curious to see a dex scan

Had an incredible training session today. The gains just keep on coming. Surprised I was so strong since yesterdays session was so intense. Finally got out 4 plates per side on the HS Shoulder Press. Been wanting that for ever. Will not go any higher and just let the reps increase each week now. Cant go any heavier on Lateral Raise Machine and Tricep ext machine as they are all maxed out. The DB also only go up to 125 so overhead tricep ext is maxed out as well. I am pretty much maxing out everything there is at the gym. Only can go for reps and slower reps going forward. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get shredded!!!

Oh and I almost forgot to mention that I can really feel this cycle. I am sweating like a pig all the time. Just soaked in the gym and at night in bed I wake up a little damp. Not too bad like many have said about Tren sweats but its definitely making the body hotter.

I don't want to be stage ready and that dry right now. I have a lot of muscle building ahead of me in the next 18 months. Then I will consider possible contest prep. Heck I don't even know if I will be able to compete with the hernias I have. Can't afford to get surgery.
 
I don't mean ready for stage just nice lean appearance. Stage weight for you be more likely under 220lbs
Which is why I don't plan on going on stage anytime soon. That isn't big enough for me. I am more likely to train for a 750 lb deadlift before I go all in on bodybuilding. I figure get the world record off my bucket list first.
 
I think we all have hernias as we get older
 
these types of heavy lifting injuries are quite common
 
curious if you've had an issue with hemorrhoids as well

@RoidRage69 I tried oxygen a few times, pure bottle one not that brand, I found the experience unpleasant. Felt good but super light headed like faint, but doesn't happen to all, a few clients of mine do it no issues at all.
 
I don't think it would help that much unless your oxygen uptake is very low. What does pulse ox say at docs office? You would be inhaling between sets?
You might start with a pulse oximeter to see where your oxygen levels are during WO.
Ok yeah my o2 is like 97 or
98 at dr office. I might just get 1 bottle and try it out on leg day.

Also cranked out 25 BW dips towards the end of the session. They felt so damn light. LOL. Wish they had a belt to add weight at this gym. Oh well. I refuse to buy another piece to haul around in the gym bag. Its already loaded up and heavy enough. Ok everyone have a good few days of training to finish of the week. Will be back tomorrow for a light back day.
