Had an incredible training session today. The gains just keep on coming. Surprised I was so strong since yesterdays session was so intense. Finally got out 4 plates per side on the HS Shoulder Press. Been wanting that for ever. Will not go any higher and just let the reps increase each week now. Cant go any heavier on Lateral Raise Machine and Tricep ext machine as they are all maxed out. The DB also only go up to 125 so overhead tricep ext is maxed out as well. I am pretty much maxing out everything there is at the gym. Only can go for reps and slower reps going forward. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get shredded!!!
Oh and I almost forgot to mention that I can really feel this cycle. I am sweating like a pig all the time. Just soaked in the gym and at night in bed I wake up a little damp. Not too bad like many have said about Tren sweats but its definitely making the body hotter.
