ina figured out two things the helped. at last when i was doing one solo day in addition to.

1. headphones and classic disco
the music is very positive and happy and tunes out the bad gym music and all the people. i just bop in my 1978 world. that removes the anxiety.

2. once i'm in my own world go really slow. just work out really slow sit around take my time and think it through but, that puts me at 2 hours which is to long.

going to the gym is like going to the dentist for a root canal. and the headphones and the tuning out is like the Novocain and nitros oxide.. generally wind up doing a whole body pump rather than two specific muscle groups.

it looks like this
row 5 min
4 sets of 10 or 12 on everything
some shoulder and chest and back pushing and pulling
some curls some leg press leg ext and some abdictor machine
some ab swing machine
some calf machine a couple sets of 20

everything 3/4 sets of -10/12 reps with light to moderate weight

oh and i do the assisted pull up thing.
oh yeh and the tricep rope things gotta do those.
i just need fit all that into an hour. 3x week.

i just really like Dan he's really great . and like me bipolar and a d d and super knowledgeab about it so he's alway telling me about dopamine and all that and what causes what reaction and he tells me about girls he gets and i tell him about the bkys i get and i keep
him supplied with tadapox. it's nice 🤗🤗
Anyway one day at a time.
oh and inwas headed to the beach trails to walk and get some good pics cuz it so warm an sunny but by the time i got there late ... the damn fog had come in. so walked around the castro in my short shorts and no shirt instead and took some pics over there .

finally tried this place. we avoid eating in the castro it's often mediocre and more about location than food. but this place isn't bad. i always judge by the " adobada " good amount of meat for 3.50 each. ( 3.50 for a taco is a good deal in sf.)
and they put some grilled pineapple on the pork.
the salsas are good too. friendly staff.

i will say i spent three hours wandering around the castro turning heads this afternoon.
so that was great. either i'm doing something right or everyone has lowered their standards. 🙀

what i've noticed is the old guys heavy bearded types
and the pretty 20s like me. ( and i like them)
30-45 won't look. this is a weird age where they become cliques and create a defensive circle. 20s are just fun over 50 is confident .
those middle guys tho 🤷
btw the ones who are obsessed with masc for masc are boring uptight lays .

the more uh expressive types that's the fun time.

Honestly people only look at me because of my size and ask me what my routine is or what I eat 😂 they don't stare at me for my looks it is usually my build or a gym related question lol, life of a bodybuilder though that is how it typically goes lol.

My biceps need alot of work yet, once I get leaner they will really start to pop so I'm excited for working on that.

my aggressiveness went away. i'm not sure if it's the wrong drugs or just in my head.

my obsession with not making enough progress went away. in part because i finally believe i must look good enough since that's the feedback i keep getting .
the downside of accepting look good enough is that desire to continue goes away. why bother if everyone is happy.

i guess i need the gays s
to start being mean to me again and ignoring me so i'll get my motivation back . 🙀

seriously though it only am in it getting half the protein i need daily but i'm really not even eating enough period.
i get cravings but im not hungry for a meal.
just distracted i think

ideally yes. but honestly i do this for attention and i like the validation getting compliments ( and more)
that's what motivates me .

the attention and validation is one part and the pressure to look as good as or better than the other guy is another part of the motivation

like if the only reason you did it was purely so you could get a medal at the next competition so everyone would see that you have a medal.


and i like being pawed ( especially when they ask first and say please 👍) i lean into that.

it's crazy to me that all of you looking as outrageous sexy as you do with all that muscle that you don't take full advantage of that power . maybe some of you do, i don't know. hopefully though. you could have someone following you around fetching your weights and wiping down your benches.

thank you Bro. that wasn't the heaviest set we work our way back down ten sets is a lot so we push to failure. then take some off and he makes me finish. then we gradually reduce the weight for the last couple sets. keeps me just at the edge of failure.

the bad part is i can't breathe.

i'm strong. but i'm out of breath too fast
and have assorted pains that interfere. so
like my right arm will give out before my left. 😡
 
your chest really stands out you got some good size
seems like my chest is most responsive.
my arms are least responsive
and my quads are very responsive but don't get enough attention

it's a nice morning And i really want to do a walk. but i got chores booked up till work time.

i have four hours to do groceries finish laundry clean kitchen and search and initiate a debt consolidation loan and finish my door dash sign up.

the groceries take two hours cuz i have to drive to the Winco in another city.

And fix corbin i can take 30 minute nap before heading out for night shift.

i think i can get a walk in tomorrow morning though. if i get all the chores done today.

but i also need to stop procrastinating and start the door dashing g to see if it's worth it ( it's gonna be rough on my poor little miata tho but i'll give it a shot.

I think you look really good man. You have decent size so you don't have to go crazy there. Just add small amounts of lean muscle over time. Same thing with leaning out. You would look crazy with abs popping! Don't think of it as starving yourself, just make diet changes over time. You just have to focus on eating the right kinds of food and not eating less food.

yep i was stopped we were at a stop sign.
i didn't notice my car rolling forward i must have had my foot on or off the clutch i do t know i was messing with my music thinking i was stopped.
but the front of the miata is half plastic
his bumper was steel with a trainer hitch.🤷 no match

it was a rare warm
day in SF Delores park is where we all go when the beaches are fogged in and ice cold which is mostly everyday.
my buddy who's been through terrible rough patch needed i break so he came down in the train and i took him for picnic ( his brother had multiple stokes his mom died the house she left him sight caught fire and burned. he might have prorate cancer and he can't piss and been wearing a catheter for 6 months.
( while i'm over here crying cuz my side boy didn't text me back) 🙄
whatever here's the pics and vids this park is on a hillside with great views and communal spirit ( pretty sure every e was on something or other but it's all love.
that last one caught my eye cuz he has a heavy chain and master lock around his neck ( so already owned but still something just held my attention)

(and the Salesforce Tower. Catholic not Jewish🤷 )

oddly my double microdose kicked in four hours delay and not worn off

back on track with my german volume training
i do t remember if i posted already
but he keeps track of my totsl
weight moved. so the previous week on one day inch knit was 9000 pounds even the next week same exactly work out it was 9625 pounds
i pretty keep increasing fairly steadily and i feels stronger
the pains hold me back my right arm gives out ( shoulder press for instance ) i have a chronic shoulder pain it's a tendon between the bicep and shoulder. it'll fade if i'm off it a couple weeks one wrong move and back in the next session.
everything is way i can't lift heavy dumbells without creating more injuries.
the pain stops me before the muscle actually reaches failure. the right arm dies while the left arm is still saying so when do we start

diet i'm not eating much cuz anxiety has been high . protein is way down.

it's 45-65 in the winter and 60-80 in the summer with wi d and fog mornings and afternoons
each neighborhood has different t weather and temps. and drive 30 minutes to 100 degree weather. depends which bridge tunnel and hills🤷 something for whatever your mood is.
 
You did as good deed and even learned your issues are tiny vs your buddies
yeh helping him helped me so it wasn't entirely altruistic but it is a win win exchange.

i'm assuming you get the marine layer on your west coast too. plus add hills and valleys it keeps things interesting but im ready for SoCal now. warm and predictable year round.

maybe i'll try again. but i like to eat and body builder food sucks. unless you're very good cook. ima shitty cook. i can make eggs and grilled cheese.
 
ok well it was 100F at my house it's 60F at my beach in cold wet windy fog.
i'm so over this i can't wait to move to SoCal.

this is an old army fort from the 1800s torrented the west coast. i guess they just stood up here and threw big rocks at slow wooden ships?
you can the water difference just from downtown.
and the fog behind the tunnels. pics and vids and selfies cuz now i finally believe i'm as sexy as the boys keep saying so i'll be impossible
