ina figured out two things the helped. at last when i was doing one solo day in addition to.
1. headphones and classic disco
the music is very positive and happy and tunes out the bad gym music and all the people. i just bop in my 1978 world. that removes the anxiety.
2. once i'm in my own world go really slow. just work out really slow sit around take my time and think it through but, that puts me at 2 hours which is to long.
going to the gym is like going to the dentist for a root canal. and the headphones and the tuning out is like the Novocain and nitros oxide.. generally wind up doing a whole body pump rather than two specific muscle groups.

some curls some leg press leg ext and some abdictor machine
some ab swing machine
some calf machine a couple sets of 20
everything 3/4 sets of -10/12 reps with light to moderate weight
oh and i do the assisted pull up thing.
oh yeh and the tricep rope things gotta do those.
i just need fit all that into an hour. 3x week.
i just really like Dan he's really great . and like me bipolar and a d d and super knowledgeab about it so he's alway telling me about dopamine and all that and what causes what reaction and he tells me about girls he gets and i tell him about the bkys i get and i keep

finally tried this place. we avoid eating in the castro it's often mediocre and more about location than food. but this place isn't bad. i always judge by the " adobada " good amount of meat for 3.50 each. ( 3.50 for a taco is a good deal in sf.)
and they put some grilled pineapple on the pork.
the salsas are good too. friendly staff.

my aggressiveness went away. i'm not sure if it's the wrong drugs or just in my head.
my obsession with not making enough progress went away. in part because i finally believe i must look good enough since that's the feedback i keep getting .

it's a nice morning And i really want to do a walk. but i got chores booked up till work time.
i have four hours to do groceries finish laundry clean kitchen and search and initiate a debt consolidation loan and finish my door dash sign up.
the groceries take two hours cuz i have to drive to the Winco in another city.
And fix corbin i can take 30 minute nap before heading out for night shift.
i think i can get a walk in tomorrow morning though. if i get all the chores done today.
but i also need to stop procrastinating and start the door dashing g to see if it's worth it ( it's gonna be rough on my poor little miata tho but i'll give it a shot.

You have decent size so you don't have to go crazy there. Just add small amounts of lean muscle over time. Same thing with leaning out. You would look crazy with abs popping! Don't think of it as starving yourself, just make diet changes over time. You just have to focus on eating the right kinds of food and not eating less food.
