Veteran Log Losiols Road To Pro Card Log

I had tweaked my left elbow a bit last week but seems to have gone away 🤷🏽‍♂️ keeping elbows tight has helped a lot with alleviating any type of pain.
Keeping my elbows tight has made a huge difference in keeping my shoulder pain bearable, along with helping my flat bench grow.
 
I knowww lol I’m stubborn Xd I’ll get them eventually. I’m not planning on pushing any really heavy weights for the next 8 weeks so once my mini cut is over I’ll get them :)
Anything over 225 I started using a slingshot so I could do more reps with keeping my shoulder in check

If you really want to increase your bench press do tricep pushdows after each set of bench. It forces you to activate more chest as your triceps are fatigued. You will gain a lot this way after time.
 
you should cut training as much as you can or you'll burn muscle for fuel, meaning you'll lose bodyfat AND hard earned muscle mass @Losiol
DNP is a mitochondrial uncoupler so it will break down protein for ATP just as it would carbs etc.
I read DNP is very muscle sparring that it solely targets fat not muscle 🧐 but generally I am lifting less than I would normally for now.

Brooo today really tested me, the felt temperature here in FL was 104 degrees and the ac in my building is dead 😂😂 had to run a ton of errands as well without ac in the van I was praying today lmao

Im not supposed to promo dnp lol but i told you the truth some deep competitors use it but never with training like you so no muscle loss
I totally understand where you’re coming from I’m planning on going just another 7 days if I can withstand the heat and transition out of it. I’ll cut back on my training until I’m finished with it :)

keep going but cut back training to about 30% and you're still in the game :)

You need to eat food that has lots of volume and low cals. Plain old white rice with lean burger is painful to eat. It fills me up so fast. Eat that 3 times per day and keep fat below 60 grams per day. Thats what sgentz and myself are doing with great success. The fat is just melting away. Eating 1750-2000 cals per day on a high day.

Tren isn’t a fat burner unfortunately you can still get fat on it… I eliminate red meats during my cuts they tend to be very dense in calories I’d substitute them for chicken and white fish also low in fats. Also on tren the scale won’t move much lol that was the biggest mind fuck for me it really plays in your head…you get visually leaner just not on the scale 😂

I suggest not to use DNP for you, it can cause organ damage @dominion7
trenbolone might work but best you start with primo test to try it out

Already ran primo last cycle... so far I like this higher dose of test cyp rather primo, especially since primo is so damn expensive. I don't ever plan on dnp, but I do want try tren

Don't use Tren until your in excellent cardiovascular shape. I am in excellent cardiovascular shape and it has taken a major hit.

Yeah not worth it tbh, training started to suffer and I was out of breath even after just talking 😂this stuff has so many negative impacts I don’t see how people can run it and function normally for weeks on end. Tren compared to DNP is nothing in terms of sides 😂😂

Vascular is good..weight is good for 6'1", walk 8-10 miles a week..

Agreed, I do want to work towards higher levels of test cyp, with lower doses if deca.. like a 400mgs of cyp, with 1 or 200 deca to keep shoulder in check. I have noticed my body does very well with test. No water gain (unless diet is shit) and no acne at all

I really don't think it should be that bad unless your cardio is either already shifty, or your a runner like like @stevesmi then I can see it having an affect
 
Wait until you're in your mid 50's and run tren and tell me how your cardio goes. My RHR went up 6 BPM since starting Tren.

I don't know my RHR, but it stays about 120bpm on treadmill at 4.0

200mgs deca minimum 25mgs proviron to level it out
I am running 300mg deca a week, with 50mg Anavar split 25mg twice a day... so when var ends, I plan doing the same with proviron, 50mgs split 25 twice a day
 
IMO he is young enough & dedicated enough, he can get his pro card without shit like that...not worth it...

I was the guy when partying I'd do just a little bit more than a friend would because in mind I knew I could handle it, and I could feel my limits & back off when I had that gut feeling to stop. Whether it was acid, coke, booze, pills.. blah blah...and I knew which drug I would never even try.

I have been going 125 grams white rice and approx 6oz lean meats. Yes a low carb low fat protein shake in between meals is fine. In fact I highly recommend it. I try and go 3 hours for each meal whether it's a solid or shake. Eat broccoli too for volume.

Ahhh.. let me know when it happens. I like learning & understanding this stuff. I hadn't even heard of DNP. But reading about it turned me off real quick lol

I am very curious to how well it can be utilized during a "prep" Gonna give it a run for a few weeks. I always struggled getting sub 10% body fat due to my appetite trying to see what works now before I deploy it before next years show.

you will get sub 10% easy :)
 
Basically last day of deload took about 3 days off completely from the gym feeling pretty good now, body weight is at 237 will be updating again tmrw after training!

No it's not ok. It takes your body time to get adjusted to the change in gastric emptying. You need to go slow or you could end in the hospital.

Question about semaglutide dosing, I’ve taken 0.25mg dose however would it be ok if I increased it to 0.5 on my next dosing day?
No it’s not! You gotta let your body and guts get used to it!!! Gotta monitor your blood sugars gotta make sure you’re digesting ok and craping. You’ve never used it before! More is not better you gotta learn patients Losiol! More won’t make u lose faster with this. Stay the coarse young one! 💪🌸

Yes you need to step back and reflect on what u have accomplished in the last couple years. A lot has changed and you're still so young. You have a solid 15 years of gains ahead of you. Don't blow it by being impatient. Only bad things happen by being impatient.

Yep this is normal. Keep hydrated and all electrolytes up. Also take digestive enzymes and maybe some gasex pills.

up the electrolytes and sodium intake, try 1/2 tsp baking soda AM with warm water empty stomach and add taurine ED on top of n2guard
