If you really want to increase your bench press do tricep pushdows after each set of bench. It forces you to activate more chest as your triceps are fatigued. You need to eat food that has lots of volume and low cals. Plain old white rice with lean burger is painful to eat. It fills me up so fast. Eat that 3 times per day and keep fat below 60 grams per day. Thats what sgentz and myself are doing with great success. The fat is just melting away. Eating 1750-2000 cals per day on a high day.I can't wait to try some. Tren isn’t a fat burner unfortunately you can still get fat on it… I eliminate red meats during my cuts they tend to be very dense in calories I’d substitute them for chicken and white fish also low in fats. I have been going 125 grams white rice and approx 6oz lean meats. Yes a low carb low fat protein shake in between meals is fine. In fact I highly recommend it.
