I really hope he isn't gonna be gone like silver back labs,

my first time ordering from silver back was great a nice little order came through all good then I placed a bigger order and he went MIA... now I placed an order with Bigboy labs 4 days ago, as it seemed like it was just an aus post issue and I hope that is the case,

I know I'm only a new member but when u see people saying this lab is good to go and u see everyone receiving orders, u dnt really question anything but I also know ur putting trust into people to actually send you what u pay for

Definitely not too quick! Swift action is need when shit like this goes down. Taking a break when your shit goes sideways is a fuckin dog act. If there is serious issues at home then a simple explaination is easy to post up. Not sending peoples gear? If you dont have it and are waiting on it also easy enough to tell customers. Communication is the key. Pending items with auspost is nothing new but after 2weeks then its a resend on the vendor. No time should be wasted when calling out vendors who appear to be doing anything dodgey.
There are too many people who havent recieved their orders and having issues.

If youve oversold them, happens easy enough, then let customer know. Build a relationship with other labs instead of competing with them and you’ll find the boys are willing to help out and send products on your behalf so customers are left out of pocket.

OK been holding off on my reveiw of BBL. I am meant to be logging using his gear but the first pin I mixed primo deca test into a 3ml and had pain pretty much straight away. Was waiting to see if it subsided as sometimes my delts can be sensitive.

It's now day 2 while the pain and swelling has subsided a bit it's still fairly inflamed. Might be hard to see in the picture but it's definitely red. Will try and isolate which oil it was I suspect it was the test as I know some other people had issues with the same batch.
Either that or I throw all of it haven't made up my mind yet

Feels like a solvent issue as it came on pretty much straight away.

I also placed an order for products not for my log and did receive the wrong esters for them not too much of an issue as I need those particular compounds for a later cycle but means I had to reorder the correct compounds.

Other then that talking and dealing with him has been OK until these last few days. He's been MIA.

Hopefully he comes back and rectifies his issues not for my sake but for the community.

I agree with a probation period for labs as well even with loggers won't completely solve the issue but hopefully can mitigate it.

Please when people order stick to smaller orders to help mitigate any loses it does happen in this game.

Big Boy labs sent me a generous package for review.packaging was discreet and professionaly wrapped,delivery was prompt with tracking provided,vials look great, communication with BBlabs has been a pleasure,very professional and knowledgeable guy.will post follow up review on quality in time,hplc results look great so I'm sure we are going to be on a winner with this new lab.

I’m doing my part to try organise something with the reputable members. A basic guideline of trusted vendors and to buy outside of the list at your own risk.

We may not be able to moderate here to the extent we would like to. But what we can do is push an agenda.

But it’s so easy for a new lab to come along and be great for a few months then pull a swifty.

It’s a bit of a shitty situation.
I can’t speak for all vendors, but I know some are pretty much at their capacity. So we do kind of need more labs.
But it’s so easy for a new lab to come along and be great for a few months then pull a swifty.
I don’t know what the solution is, but maybe there needs to be something in place for new labs. Like some sort of collateral. So if they fuck off there is some level of repayment offered to purchasers. Would stop some of the geezers jumping on for a quick buck

There is way more in it when just selling good products than scamming. I dont understand how fuckers scam in an industry like this when you can make more by just staying good. Like why start off on a good note then go and fuck yourself and everyone else over.

I never send tracking. This was standard and dont know why it has changed. Its a opsec thing for me because some people are dumb af and are like oh wow your in syd, me too can I pick up next time. Ive never not sent a package and very rarely do packages not make it to the destination. If youre a trusted vendor people should have enough patience to wait a week and not stress out. If you cant do that then wtf are you doing buying drugs online.

That being said I’ve always stuck with the OGs and never worried about the flash sales. And most of the vet vendors don’t give shipping info unless there’s an issue a few weeks later.

Agreed - will not be sleeping until all is resolved

We did notify our customer base via a post in this thread Thursday 3pm (page18) but perhaps this was not clear enough. We will make sure this is not the case in future

Further, boys once we are past these issues we will be returning with a new shipping policy.

Reships will still be free, but the default will be standard post (express on request) and tracking will not be provided until one week has passed.

I think users and loggers need to be more responsible to the community and discuss issues with vendors regarding delays, pip and contamination and bad blood report openly on forum straight away rather than taking it privately to chat thinking abt their reputation. Lets put community first and then vendor, keeping everything till last minute gives enough time to go mia and make so easy to scam. Way they handle issues promptly will say lot abt them.

Much respect for @Evo Genetics Pharma how they came forward honestly with their primo issues and hold sales of that product. This should be the standard of each vendor.

Definitely brother I think as long as the issues are bought to the communities attention in a way that isn't drawing to conclusions and it is openly discussed in a mature and respectful manner by all parties involved I definitely know we all make mistakes as vendors and it's just about owning the mistake and resolving them going forward like you said brother getting on top of the issues straight away and making sure to minimise the amount of people affected
