Also yesterday I did fair bit of eating and meal prep,but was real happy my secret weapon to awesome gut health was ready....as most have seen I like to eat saurkraut with my meals but 4 weeks ago I actually decided to make it,we'll at least my own version of it,which included cabage,carrot, onion,parsley,so after 4 weeks of fermenting in 20 degrees celsius/68°F it was finally ready and it wasn't to bad at all,its what stops me from getting mad reflux while on orals which is fucking painful sometimes lol especially when I turns into hiccup reflux which lasts for hours!..I also made triple choc-brownies with 100g of protein powder in it for when I wake up in middle of night I have a quick slice a glass of milk then go back to my little tren night mares....life is great!🤣

Last night ended up being a rest night as summer has come into full swing and it's been 93°F with 80% humidity where I'm at which has been cooking me during the day at work but along with the temperature and my blood pressure rising so is my spirit so I went in and had a good chest and tricep session tonight!

Yeah bro I'm in the far north of aus we don't really have a winter,more like a week where it gets to around 50°F for a couple hours In early morning and 77°F during day so not cold at all...tonight's gunna be a huge back/bicep blast I'll post some pics straight after it!💪🦍

Lol it's not really winter compared to where you guys are,and definitely no snow anywhere near me,which is a shame I don't mind cold weather....for me to experience a proper winter I'd need to travel 3500km south to Melbourne

@MarshMonsta liquid superdrol? maybe careful with doses of it might get headaches, try to start with 5mgs of superdrol

That's no good bro,I tried lgd4033 once and had a headache for weeks lol never did sarms again!...I hope it go's good but I have ran up to 100-150mg anadrol and was fine...a little angry though🤣

I could definitely feel the blood pressure lol no nose bleeds but...the worst thing was it crushed my appetite and I couldn't eat well after training...it was a learning experience and if I do it again 50mg would be the limit

I dont like anadrol due to bp and headaches, my favorite is winstrol and anavar best orals ever @MarshMonsta :)

I had anavar once but gave it to my ex girlfriend lol she ended up supa strong doing 100kg deadlifts...man I miss the wristies she you used to give me!👊🍆💦😜

Yes it does snow in a few places down towards southern end of aus my man and its quite nice as well,I live at the top though where it's tropical weather with heaps of humidity lol like a sauna for 8 months of the year😂

tren + superdrol = liver damage ;) but can say that about a lot of things in life bro so I'm agnostic on the issue

All up I was happy with the session I'm progressively overloading at a good rate and also feeling fuller and stronger as well,I have gone up 4kg over the 6 weeks the bulk has been going but I'm not to worried about quick weight gains I want to stay clean and lean...after all I'm the marshmonsta not the marshmallow!
I was pretty excited that my new d-mak 3 lifting shoes from ryderwear rocked up before the weekend they look sick and fit good, I can finally throw the old ones away now they served me well over the past year.

200-300mgs/day would be extremely dangerous bro i really dont suggest it

Salmon is awesome I should probably start eating more of it like I used to...thanks the volume was pretty high today but I felt like I had plenty left in the tank,that leg curl machine Max's out at 60kg but there's an old school one next to it that go's up around the 100kg mark I believe.

I like 3 fish meals per week max out, gotta limit the heavy metals lol ;)

Also I don't know why but over the past couple days Evo has come up with a page saying sorry iv been blocked numerous times when iv tried getting on forum lol seems alright today but.
 
Iv been slack on posting past three days due to time and iv had a sudden influx of poeple leaving their PT"s and wanting to train with me to get back on track with their training which is fine for a change but I ultimately like to train by myself as its more productive and efficient for me and my goals.
Sunday afternoon went to gym with my brother and his mate they wanted to do an arms day so I just went along with it,everything was a super set and it was a mixture of shoulders and arms It consisted of a few different things I don't so much do.
Warm up 4 sets
Cable superset- upright row into side raise-4×15 @45kg rows/30kg side raise
Single arm Cable curl superset with Preacher Curl Machine-4×15 @20kg curl and 50kg Preacher Curl
Single dumbell lying tricep extension superset with Cable pushdowns-4 ×15@35kg tricep extension and 60kg push down.
As I said it was a different style of training for me it honestly felt like more of a deload session lol it just reminded me of how far I have come in the past two years in my bodybuilding journey and how dialing in properly is where the greatest changes actually occur in this game and life in general💪

So after the Sunday arm session I took Monday night off,then got back into my routine for a shoulder blast last night but my mate Adrian tagged along which was good as he has had a couple month off gym but still has the mentality of training like a beast he just fails in consistently and that's why he needs the marshmonsta to get him back fully pumping again which won't take long at all.

My friend is not lifting anything mega weight wise as he is not in a good way and i really had know idea as i reached out when I could but never got replied to for the past 3 months,it was actually him who reached out to me yesterday and I understood that he was in severe trouble,drug dealing,fighting with his GF who just had an abortion with his twins and was that depressed he tried taking his own life and ended up in hospital....long story short mental health is no joke and I'm going to do what it takes everyday to nurse this guy back to his original state both physically and mentally,that's what brothers of the iron do for eachother and I don't care how much extra work or time it takes from my life...when poeple are at their weakest and your at your strongest it's your duty to help them and bring them up and he would do the same if he could for others,so this is my new challenge or mission ahead and the only option for me is to succeed!💪🦍

I'm not a trainer at all my brother I work 10 hrs a day in the sun as a hydroexcavation operator I wish I was a full time sponsored bodybuilder I'd be massive and proper ripped,yes iv thought about competing but there isn't alot of enhanced bodybuilding competitions where I am there's very few of them and only held major citys,thanks for the complement bro it takes alot of hard work for me to get like this in 5 years,working hard at job and training late at night iv sacrificed many things in life just to achieve where I'm at💪

I'm not a trainer at all my brother I work 10 hrs a day in the sun as a hydroexcavation operator I wish I was a full time sponsored bodybuilder I'd be massive and proper ripped,yes iv thought about competing but there isn't alot of enhanced bodybuilding competitions where I am there's very few of them and only held major citys,thanks for the complement bro it takes alot of hard work for me to get like this in 5 years,working hard at job and training late at night iv sacrificed many things in life just to achieve where I'm at💪
when you mean "train" you mean job training :) I get it
you're hardcore, hard job but you must be strong from it, lots of toughness working with hands, EVO family respect :)

Don't worry Eddie I'm the guy for the job trust my,failure is not an option when it comes to this stuff....I check in on him every morning and make sure he is ready to train by night

Yeah bro iv always worked hard my entire life I was a tree lopper,demolition worker and civil construction worker also it keeps a man strong and honest lol and his Wallett full at the same time😉

Sorry bro I was at work when messaging before I didn't reply properly but when I ment training yes lifting weights,my brother just got back on cycle and his mate who is a person trainer who competed and won a natural competition has also decided to hit the juice both want to train with me as well as my mate Adrian I mentioned today they have seen what I have achieved in 2 years of enhanced training and figure they want to dial in themselves and have a real go at it....you don't need a personal trainer in this day and age,you need an open and educated mind with the ability to understand many angles/aspects

Went in last night and had a killer back session but gave the biceps a rest and hit calves instead as I had a niggling bicep tendon issue that was cramping up for a few day after last arm workout.

All in all i achieved a good back session and felt an extreme pump at end of it which was good also my appetite has been growing day by day,wheather it's to do with the tren or training harder it's helping the scale to rise slow but steady,so i will keep things at same pace for a few more weeks and see where I'll go PED and diet wise from there.
Also week by week iv been getting more of a stock pile going from the guys @Genesis Labs which have been providing me quality gear and exceptional service and delivery which is going to help this log go next level💪🦍

Sure was brother the 4th set was 200kg...so I was pulling 100kg per arm for slow controlled reps I swear my back grew overnight lol I honesty thought tren being 5x more anabolic than test was B.S but now iv tried it,it's not like other compound iv experienced,it's really going to help my mechanical tension while lifting and force some new growth💪🦍

I ain't going to lie my chest/triceps we're cooked after the session but felt awesome I'm not changing to much except a few excersices that I'll add as a permanent thing for next 6-8 weeks, I'll keep ramping the volume up to 14 or so reps then I'll bring weight up and reps back to 8 and go again till my body says no then I'll force it to say yes again!

Thanks brother you'll see my food changes slightly week to week but the same base of clean protein will remain same mostly I just try to keep it interesting that way I can consume the calories,it's definitely helping though my morning weight is rising,it was sitting at 111kg today apon waking.I was definitely surprised to be upgraded on E.F in such a short time,but I feel honoured to be excepted into the E.F and EVO family's and will do my best and whatever I can to be part of it for the long haul💪

Make sure to keep protein high, hard to count your MACROs but you got over 300grams of protein?

its always great to have you in our families both EVO and EF, you're a top iron brother :D
