Im an avide bodybuilder of 40 years of age and am roughly 2 years into PED use at the moment using the blast and cruize approach,iv recently come off a 4 month cruize period where I dropped 15kg become leaner and have started my next bulk which has been going for 3-4 weeks now and am looking to have an extended bulk through the summer to achieve a much leaner,vascular and striated look at hopefully the largest size I have ever been current stat's are 6ft 4 at 110kg and fairly lean,gear I'm running is @Genesis Labs sustanon400,at 800mg per week
Tren ace-200mg per week
4iu hgh-nightly
500iu hch-eod
40mg dbol preworkouth
Aromasin-12.5mg daily
Cialis-10mg daily
And a shit tonne of vitamins and supps which I'll post up as well.
Training has been bro split style which is 3 days on and 1 off as I have physical job out in sun all day so I try not to burn myself out training and keep consistent in the gym,not to sure what my ultimate goal is any more I guess it's to look as freaky as I can before I get to old and decrepit.

Yeah bro it's gunna get wild iv only just started the bulk and I'll be ramping it all up progressively as I go,as for growth rate and body parts all will grow evenly except these calves of mine which iv tried everything to get going but I'll try everything under the sun to get them cranking trust me!..I'm just walking in gym now for back and bicep session which I will post up along with last night's shoulder blast...thanks for following the log bro you gunna luv it!💪

Had a pretty relaxed day today didn't do to much other than eat and have a mini trensomnia nap on the couch which was a change for me on a Saturday!...anyways after a kebab,protein shake,and chicken and rice preworkout feed with a 50mg tren shot it was time to get serious and go get that quad pump I luv so much🦵

Also yesterday I did fair bit of eating and meal prep,but was real happy my secret weapon to awesome gut health was ready....as most have seen I like to eat saurkraut with my meals but 4 weeks ago I actually decided to make it,we'll at least my own version of it,which included cabage,carrot, onion,parsley,so after 4 weeks of fermenting in 20 degrees celsius/68°F it was finally ready and it wasn't to bad at all,its what stops me from getting mad reflux while on orals which is fucking painful sometimes lol especially when I turns into hiccup reflux which lasts for hours!..I also made triple choc-brownies with 100g of protein powder in it for when I wake up in middle of night I have a quick slice a glass of milk then go back to my little tren night mares....life is great!🤣

Also for you guys on EVO who notice cardio was walking the dogs...yes I have 2 sausage dogs on tren that are 80kg each,but honestly if you can hold on to these two beasts your lats will grow! 💉🐕💪🤣

Also yesterday I did fair bit of eating and meal prep,but was real happy my secret weapon to awesome gut health was ready....as most have seen I like to eat saurkraut with my meals but 4 weeks ago I actually decided to make it,we'll at least my own version of it,which included cabage,carrot, onion,parsley,so after 4 weeks of fermenting in 20 degrees celsius/68°F it was finally ready and it wasn't to bad at all,its what stops me from getting mad reflux while on orals which is fucking painful sometimes lol especially when I turns into hiccup reflux which lasts for hours!..I also made triple choc-brownies with 100g of protein powder in it for when I wake up in middle of night I have a quick slice a glass of milk then go back to my little tren night mares....life is great!🤣

Last night ended up being a rest night as summer has come into full swing and it's been 93°F with 80% humidity where I'm at which has been cooking me during the day at work but along with the temperature and my blood pressure rising so is my spirit so I went in and had a good chest and tricep session tonight!
