good job adding the asparagus to your meals that's a good quality vegetable

Asian food is the best when made correctly

can definitely tell you work in the food industry you're really good

nice man I didn't know you were a chef that explains it sounds like you have an awesome life

Another week down.
Stepped up weight across the board this week - felt great, hit all my protein and calories spot on.
Got a bit deflated through the week as I weighed in at 123.8kg Mon,Tues & we'd but dropped down Thursday morning.. maybe water weight or something? My food was spot on so I was a bit frustrated with myself.
Come this morning and I weighed in at 122.1kg which I'm stoked about, about another .7kg down from last week and it marks 20kg loss since I started back at the gym earlier this year (not at the start of this log)
Have a great weekend guys

@Wheelhouse87 Stay on the grind bro!

Awesome progress man. Especially since you are seeing progress on lifts while still dropping weight. Awesome job sticking to your meal plan too. In the end, being consistent will get you to your goals so don't sweat small time frames like weekly water weight. Overall you are doing amazing.

Thanks bro.. I'm pretty stoked that I've stuck to a plan and can see it working. It's been giving me more drive to do better honestly.
Cheers

@Wheelhouse87 looks like thai restaurant did your meal prep ;) super pro!
how about fats? I would suggest 2-3 walnuts healthy omega 3 fats added or if you don't like walnuts like @chop09333 you can do a few almonds, but the omega 3:6 ratios much better with walnuts

I'd forgotten about that. I did mean to grab some. I hate them, but I could mask them in a shake.

I can definitely add walnuts daily.
I do take fish oil tablets everyday and eat a fair amount of Atlantic Salmon sashimi with the family (atleast twice a week) but it's not a daily thing so I can definitely incorporate some walnuts

if you do salmon belly a few times per week that might be fine, but I would still swap in the walnuts if thats in your budget @Wheelhouse87

I actually avoid the scale for months at a time and just keep my head down and go to work, pictures will show the results over time, dont get down always up you got this!

Another week down. Feeling great and gone up in weight for certain lifts/pulls.
Been hitting my calories and protein intake nearly spot on beside one night through the week as we had a little celebration for selling our house (Greek Souvlaki Pita breads) but other than that it's been good.
Couldn't help myself and finally tried 50mg of anavar before my workout this morning & I don't know if it was just a placebo style effect but damn my Biceps and tris were nearly bursting - did go up some weight on my Tricep exercises too.

I also feel like I'm holding no where near as much water on the EQ as I use to with Deca which is nice.
Attached a couple of photos from after today's workout & also a couple of dinners from through the week.
Nice piece of Baramundi with asparagus & Sirloin steak stir fry.

Log Start weight : 125.4kg
Today's weight : 121kg

Have a good weekend guys

Sorry for some reason it's not letting me upload any photos or anything in this text box. It's all blanked out

How much would you say to cut it back to?

No sponsor as of yet mate - I have purchased my gear off a few different vendors.

Don't suppose you would know why I can't upload photos at all? All the icons are blocked out and I can't click any of them

@Wheelhouse87 start with 20-30mgs of anavar and move up as you feel it.

You should talk to the suppliers looking for loggers on EVO.

On the photos, can you post a screen shot what you seeing please? and did you try posting them even "blocked out"?

Thanks for the guidance Re: Var.
Literally just got approached by a Supplier today and they are sending gear out.
Will post up and let you know when it arrives 👍

Also... I can't send a screenshot because it won't let me attach anything 🤣.. I tried to private message you but it's the same.
I can see all the normal icons to change font, attach photos or link but they aren't black... they are transparent like they are locked out?

@Wheelhouse87 restart your computer and use chrome browser, you're on PC right?

Pc? People still use Pc's? 🤣
Sorry mate I just use my phone. I'll try turning it off and back on again or logging on from the website and not the shortcut icon

some people do, around 15% of visitors are on PCs :)
All good bro, I'm only stirring. It's probably something I've done.
Will give it a go in a few minutes - logging in and logging out

did it work now?
you try restarting device?
Nah still the same mate.. logged out, restarted my phone and logged back in.
Maybe I did something I don't know about and had the option revoked? I don't know how it all works.

It seems to let me "attach files" but I can't actually get the option to load them straight into a reply or message like I use to do.
Cheers

@Wheelhouse87 I dont see any limitations on your account.
On the pics you look very big much bigger than before, I see you wider too. Meals of course nice, I'd like the beef meal, thats beef right?

what browser you using? safair or chrome?
I don't actually know bro. My phone has the Evo app icon and I just press that and it brings it up.
I don't actually go through a browser to the website.
I am completely hopeless with technology though 🤣. I have found I can just click the "Attach files" button though so I can still upload pics, just a different way i guess 👍

Thank you bro.. good to hear someone noticing some difference. Can be hard when I see myself everyday and don't think much is going on.

Yes it's beef.. got a good deal on a few slabs of Sirloin steak from my butcher so I cut them up and cry vac them so I have my 500gr weighed out in each pack. I like to change it up instead of having steak and veg/salad, slice it up and put into a stir fry or some egg fried rice is delicious.

Nah mate, I go for 250grams per meal but I find it's the same amount of prep, cook time to make 1 or 2 meals extra for later if I'm already cooking.
I'd normally have 1 for dinner and keep 1 for my first meal the next day.

Another quick Sunday Meal prep for Monday and Tuesdays Meal 1&2.
Gone for a Korean chilli mince with rice.
500grams Premium lean beef mince, 500grams Turkey mince, 450g basmati rice, brown onion, broccolini, ginger, garlic, gochujang paste, soy bean chilli paste. Divided between 4 containers.

55grams Protein each serve
610 calories each serve

meal prep is the only way to go, and clean split there I like it ;)
you have some pro looking meals seriously

that looks like some high-quality meat right there
I love how you put this meal prep together perfect

55 g per protein each serving
and over 600 calories that's the way it's done

looking really good man I like the rice with the onion and broccolini
the ginger adds some nice spice along with the garlic

sure is look fantastic
you look like your arms are getting bigger and bigger

the asparagus looks really good next to that chicken
you're putting together some delicious food that's healthy

Thanks Everyone - much appreciated.
I do like to spend the extra few bucks on getting good quality beef. It's also leaner.
These are super basic meals and I try to keep prep and everything simple so everyone can do it also.
Makes eating multiple meals easier when it's not the same chicken and Broccoli dish everytime 🤣
I add the pictures also so it's a bit self explanatory for the steps if anyone else wants to do it.
If you have any questions on any meals I post, just let me know and I'll answer them 👍

Cheers again for your comments

Nah mate haha.. some people might like it but I'm not a huge fan. They should give Roo meat away with how many we have over here 🤣

Don't get me wrong, if Roo mince was on special I might buy it but I'm not a fan of the fillets - bit too lean and tuff for my liking. Fine in mince though.

Just my personal opinion obviously.

beef probably tastes better than roo meat right :D

Depends man, I never was a fan of a fatty steak regardless, but if it's a good lean cut of steak cooked correctly for sure the steak is better. But kangaroo mince is a less potent more gamey flavour so a little spice, chilli and lemon goes a long way and in my opinion is better than cheap beef mince.

kangaroo is lean from the look but the flavor I cant imagine, but guessing like bison maybe?

Had a great back workout today. Man, these versa grips have made Back day much more enjoyable with my Hand issue. Loving back day.
Have never really had prominent lats but starting to see a little bit of improvement.
Also, picture of last night's dinner - Mango chilli chicken with a Mango/Avocado salsa and basmati rice.

I also just wanted to post that I am now Sponsored by @ExodusLabs ! 🙌🙌.
There is still plenty to go on this log of mine & the gear that I've been on, I have purchased myself up until now. I'm stoked Exodus reached out for sponsorship & It makes me want to work even harder for the results to continue.
Very excited to move forward as of today on Exodus Labs gear, he's been a pleasure to work with & communication has been great.

@Eddie Haskell I don't know if you need to update anything Re: Sponsored.

Also Eddie - for some reason I have been blocked off Evo forum/cloudfare.. everytime i try to get in it says I'm blocked.
I had to purchase a VPN to log in to post this. Don't know how I go getting unblocked as it says to contact the owner of the website..

Couldn't understand why.

Another Sunday Prep for Mondays/Tuesdays meal 1 & 2.
Asian Jalapeno Cashew chicken - 1kg chicken breast, 4 jalapenos, 1 brown onion, 1/2 red & yellow Capsicum, 60g cashews, 350g cooked rice, ginger, garlic, Kung Pao style sauce with low sodium/low sugar.
I like to velvet the chicken breast before hand so it doesn't dry out too much.
Makes 5 servings.

62g of protein per serve.
602 cals per serve.

Also, I've been starting to get some slight pain in my shoulders during workouts. Nothing crazy but I don't want it to end up bad.. any suggestions?

Ready for another big week of workouts.

Cheers everyone

perfect meal prep! you have meal prep of guys who grow bro ;)
you making this or your lady?

definitely we don't want to hear about shoulder pain
you could have a slight tear maybe it's time to go see an ortho
I don't know if it's a tear.. it's just a really dull joint pain on certain exercises like Cable Lateral raises.
Like I said, it's so dull at the moment but I know it could grow into something bad if I don't address it.
I do feel "drier" and my muscles kind of leaning & getting harder compared to when I ran the Test/Deca.

avoid overhead lifting
that is what strains the shoulders
The movement I've noticed the dull joint pain has been on Cable Lateral raises the most.
My overhead presses I use dumbells as I find the bar kind of locks my shoulders. Same with chest press (I use dumbells not bar for chest press also)

Back
Top Bottom
