Well here are my bloods , 6 months natural after a quite long 250mg test e cycle. I did a pct for 7-8 week hcg last 4 weeks with them the pct tabs and test boosters , later I used enclo to help boost my levels , usual training , I was 87kg 20% on cycle now I’m 102kg 30% bf thinking jumping on trt I do have a blood test booked next week with the nhs here in the uk I showed my dr my bloods , interesting he brought up a blood test I had 10years ago , my test was 10nmol ! So I was aways low! I was thinking running 125mg a week test cyp split mon /thurs do bloods few months find my sweet spot , also question showed the results to a friend and he said u know ur balls are working ur lucky it’s the signal that’s not getting thro try enclomthine first what’s your thoughts cos that’s confused me to hell

Yes since I’ve come off test I’ve got fatter tbh I wasnt eating that much when I was on and was doing a kinda carnivore diet now I’m having more carbs around my workouts also I’m kinda bulking its winter and Xmas time I’m 30% bf tho but it’s all around my midsection I’m doing cardio more but I feel tired a lot lately and prob due how low my test is I know if I go down the trt route it’s for life also I’d like do small cycles once or twice a year has long has my bloods and bp are in check

@Truckyboy1971 I think 30% bodyfat is a bit beyond bulking.
how about we start a recomp cut right now? add a light oral like anavar or winstrol

The nhs are doing there own bloodwork it’s Xmas eve so won’t know the results until prob new year they are sloooow here but imagine getting on nhs trt its nabido they do ur bloods few times a year all free and nothing stopping me doing the odd extra in between lol

just so i am understanding this .. how long has it been total since you FINISHED pct, not started.
and what exactly are you taking right now?

if you aren't on anything then a high LH and low end test levels means your leydig cells aren't functioning the way they should right now

My last jab was mid may then did hcg for 2 weeks 500iu 3 times a week then did the pct tabs and test boosters for 6 weeks waited month or so bloods came back test was 12nmol was offered trt optimale but didn’t bother I did some enclomthine for around 6 weeks and my levels were 9mnol , did these last bloods last week and it’s 6nmol so guess I’m screwed but I was told has my brain was trying make my balls work and the signal wasn’t working correctly take enclomthine and all is good ? Tbh I’d rather just trt and wait see what the nhs does I’ve some cyp here and waiting but I’ll see what the drs says got a nhs blood test in few days he told me 6mnol is low and the nhs would help I told him I am fatter ebwn if I don’t eat a lot and low mood energy and aches and pains he brought up my levels from 10 years ago at the time I was suffering ed and my test was 10nmol then it’s not gonna bounce back a lot I’d think so I hope it stays low until I’ve had the nhs blood test might get on trt for free

You can try restoring your HPTA or you can just give up and do TRT.

I’m 53 I could try recover I guess but I feel shite tired and aching I don’t want kids at my age so the fertility thing is not a issue at all and I could either take enclo for a while but I know that once u stop it goes down again and to me enclo ain’t really looked into long enough or self trt myself and do my own bloods etc odd cycle in the summer or wait for the nhs that is gonna take a long time and I’ve heard it’s really hard to get trt from the nhs and it’s creams and nabido a 1000mg shot every 12 weeks !? They do ur blood few times a year they don’t do hcg or ai,s but it’s free here they do blood tests few times a year also or private like optimale they have a trt level that is 12nmol any lower ur on trt but its like 80-150 a month not expensive id think thats blood work and they are more knowledgeable then the nhs or slef trt vial test under 20 quid free needles at the needle exchange I know I’m suffering I don’t want to prolong it tbh

I would go the TRT route since your leydig cells are not functioning properly. Start low though. 75mg is a good starting dose and give it time to level out. Then get bloods and see where everything is at. You have to be patient because it can take a while to get the proper dose sorted out. You want your test to be in the upper normal range but not high enough that it is driving estrogen above normal. In that case, you will want to lower your test dose.

I’ve just got a new job trucking at night I’m just getting into the change I’ve found I eat 3 meals a day doing this and better sleep less stress rds empty I’ve cut my drinking down to once a week and that’s not many say 4 bottles bud I am trying just have carbs around my workouts having bit trouble with my knee had a xray see what’s the deal , last year was my back but that’s all sorted now I cut squats and started doing the pedlum squat thing but facing the other way and seems decent I’ve avoid the barbells now use smith machines and machines cables and doing my cardio it’s Xmas so once that’s outta the way I’ll cut but I don’t really eat much tbh I can put weight on way easy ! I’m like 15stone but it’s not that much fat prob need deep to 14 maybe lass

Yes I’ve been reading about that my pedal (LH )is all the way down but the engine(balls) ain’t got the power and that signal can be string has you like but won’t change so I’ve left the enclo alone tbh
 
Just relax and don't overthink everything. Take 125mg per week and be fine with it.

Ok. Well if your tired I guess its best to just take that time and go low carbs anyway. Go low carbs for a couple weeks and then increase them on lifting days. This way your carbs you consume will be used as glycogen storage. Your metabolism will fly if you eat carbs after training.

Well I’m on nights so I wake 1-2pm I’ll have oats and 5 eggs one full egg rest egg whites gym then after training banna and protein shake then later mince beef or chicken rice or sweet potatoes or tuna sweet potatoes work and I’ll take just water and coffee and protein shake and a oat bar suger free energy drink , home 5% Greek yogurt berries and honey b4 bed

Its not just macros its foods as well, myfitnesspal is fine
example on foods, if you eating peas for protein its not the same as eating beef, you follow ? :D

Yes usually usual things I tend to have eggs and a protein shake in the morning if I’m working out few hrs later I’ll have some oates or wholemeal toast , after workout bannna and protien shake 3rd meal 250g meat and 100g rice / potato them later same again meat but no carbs and b4 bed fat free Greek yogurt and berries tsp honey also question one of the reasons I quit gear or tried stay away from trt was my libido and firmness of my erection it deffo got way better when I was off that’s what’s really put me off having it tbh

Its good to hear about usual foods but again, can you please get the food into the app so we can see specifics and macros? :D this way we can understand and help you better and guide you

Well I’ve been on nearly a month 150mg a week I changed to EOD subcue test prop and added 5mg calis daily , my libido is brilliant lots better then before , continuing and getting bloods done in another few weeks see we’re I’m at the food has I’m working nights now so when I wake up around 12pm I’ll have 5 eggs and either granola and protein powder in the milk with Greek yogurt and some honey or whole meal toast then hit the gym I’ll have my preworkout and add some dextrose to my intra workout water after the gym 50g protein powder and some form fast acting carb , glucouse drink fruit then my meal chicken rice or tuna and jacket potato I’ll take some food to work meat rice or few chicken wraps and when I’m home later I’ll have Greek yougart berries and some honey or some cottage cheese also I’m planning a small blast I am 54 few weeks and I do my cardio and check blood pressure all ok thinking just upping the test to 300 I do have some masteron and Anavar also dbol but think I will leave that one what do you guys think ? Do I need more food I’ve noticed since I started the trt my fat so slowly fading it’s only been 4 weeks ??? I’m still 15 stone but leaner ?

If you want to up your gear and add more food I would say first you need to get more dedicated to the log.
Can you update us for 2 weeks every 2 days straight with nutrition and training? if you can lets talk upping your anavar and blasting light primo

Some people say that more frequent pinning helps keep e2 in check but you would have to check bloods to verify. I don't think it has so much to do with IM vs SubQ than it does the frequency of pins.

Well I’ll keep sub cue if that’s the case was told prop gives better results less sides and labido is higher also taking 5mg calis daily so dunno lol

I’ll do 75mg has I’m on 150mg right now feel fine no sides bp is good getting bloods next week to check also thinking a small cycle come spring I’m 54 so what would you recommend maybe push the dose up to 300mg or add something else I’ve masteron and anaver I do need to lose some bf tho and I’ve found a coach here in the uk seems decent and not a rip off

I would push the dose to 200mgs first and feel it out bro remember your last issue with bloods
before adding masteron or anavar I would start with test moves

Yes I’ll stick to test only I’ve some arimdex and aromisen but never used them I’ll need see my bloods see if 150 I’m ok my bp is good and I feel ok libido is insane tho on prop night and day difference to cyp
 
What kind of Coach are you looking for?
A personal trainer live in person, is not going to charge you that much.
 
subQ and IM is not gonna make a difference. its going inside you the same way lol.

Unless you're taking insulin, there's no need to do that.
 
ditch the post workout glucose drink. you are listening to a lot of bs on social media. just go home and have a health balanced meal

I get that and vigra priscribed by my dr for bp they only give u either one not both tho so I’ve opted for the Calais 5mg a day seems really work well
 
Glad to see that your libido is improved. That's definitely what you want to get out of taking trt.
Yes last time a ran test E 200mg a week my libido was rubbish ! One the reasons I came off it but was told try test prop and honestly it’s been a life changer labido is really high but maybe that’s down to EOD pins ? Dunno if I had to do IM EOD id not do it but sub cue u don’t even know u doing it just back load some inslin pins work out the dosage and it’s done I’ll get bloods few weeks and see

Yes I have noticed it’s sometimes sore but it’s gone day after I really massage the area after I’m just seeing how it goes I’d never do more then 0.5ml sub cue ever and if was doing a proper cycle it would be IM
 
Also I’m looking for a coach ideally one in the uk can afford few hundred a month some guy wanted 1000 a month I can’t afford that kind of money were do u find a good coach ?
A grand a month is taking the pi**. Our former IFBB pro only used to charge £700 for guidance on a 16 week prep. I'll DM you now

sure go with test only, but anavar isnt a bad idea bro
add like aromasin if you go over 200mgs/week and you should start pushing into sports TRT 300 level
 
i would recommend not taking in dextrose at all. the amount of sugars we get in our diets is already way too much, no need to add more

Yes I have oranges ans apples every day for snacks and a bannna before or after I workout
