A Plus work on this training. Heck of a workout over the weekend. I'm definitely impressed.

Eating Spinach Omelet this evening. Took my second shot this EQ 200/Test 200. Workout was decent today, but still not amped. I did finally switch out the air jordans for metcons. The soles on the air jordans felt flatter. I do like the stability. I did not like the hi top having to lace up.
Just more time consuming getting in and out of the shoes. Also have been using the wedge and getting better mobility in the squat.

Feel like I have more control and strength in my movements. I'm just trying to have better depth and control. Would like to see more of this than added weight. Sometimes, I can feel the quad movement other times the glute activation at the bottom. Just want to feel it. 225 and 135 are super easy.

I am feeling something now. My joints feel much better. That dry sore achey pain of osteoarthritis is much better. Joints feel more limber and less sore. Deca has this effect. I think EQ does as well. Even my outdoor walk felt better on my knees. Had a good gym workout. Did my 2 plate presses.

I recorded myself doing the shoulder press and found it disappointing. What feels like good reps can be much better and go much lower. Just have to keep working on it. I think I will have my spotter friend follow me up and down and try to go lower. I look like I am bracing too much into an incline position. I do believe the reps looks better at 135.

My incline presses get very close to my chest. For my decline, i have a progression. First set is close to chest. Second set I bounce it off my chest. Third set I rest pause on my chest and push from there. I like this and want to do this on all three presses.

I am planning to start the peptides and HGH this Saturday evening

HGH : 5iu ED (using up 10x10iu kit)
BPC-157 5G : 250mcg ED
IGF-LR3 1G : 50mcg ED

The HGH will run out in 20 days. The most I have ever done between 2-3 iu ED. I'm not planning on doing any more HGH this year.
I would like to see what a higher dosage does for me. I have about 80 days worth of dosing for the BPC and IGF. I'm eager to see what these two do for me.

I have a vial of Retatrutide 10mg and SLU-PP-332 pills. I plan on using these later in May when I start my cut phase.

I am have been parenting my daughter into an adult. She turned 18 this week. So have been working on college, driver license, etc. Making progress, but it is time consuming. I have to do some campus tours with her. I have one planned during her Spring Break where I likely will have to take a break for a few days. None of the schools she is interested in are close by. I will be in Iowa City for a visit next month. Then PA and NJ for a few school visits.

Tomorrow is my leg day. I will be using the new Metcons. i have had 3 shots on my cycle. Joints feel great. Anxious to see what tomorrow holds. Start peptides and HGH tomorrow also.

Parenting is hard! We have just one daughter. She’s going to likely be moving to east coast with her navy fiancé. All her chronic medical stuff she has to be able yo manage on her own. Scares me a bit! So I’m trying to get her to do it now without my help but you can’t let that kind of thing go by the wayside. Self advocating. She also was like 18 finally got drivers license. Keep up the good work on home front and at the gym. Few days off in spring wont hurt… be a good Deload! 💪🌸
 
young daughters need to meet a good man like me.

i met my wife when she was 18 at tractor pull. she got into fight with chick and started pulling hair, i break up fight then ask her out for some hooch on ranch and rest history.

i give her good life, she has good size trailer and got lots of beef to eat. but she went from skinny to fat, now she almost 360 pounds.. too much bacon for her no good lolz

Full bloodwork results are in. I'm pleased with the results. Good reset where all I did was Test Cyp for 200mg weekly. (Sept 24-Jan25)

I may have not been as hydrated as should I have been, but the numbers look consistent for me.
I may bump the AI from half dose Sun/Wed to a full dose now that I am on cycle

Cycle is in effect. Feel a little watery and pump is in effect. Joints feel great! No noticeable sock line for now. My diet is clean. So, I'm hoping I don't get much water retention or inflammation. Started my peptide dosing today. Anxious to see how things feel as I progress.

I am squatting 4 plates banded onto a high bench, 405 and 7 top sets of 8-10. I do free form 315 banded squats as well. On the deads, I am not going heavy anymore. Just small quarters. 1,2, then 3 and then a variety of movement. Trying to make sure I get range of movement. I do tend to be gassed by this point from my earlier volume. As I drop weight and the cycle kicks in I should have more focus.

Dinner tonight. Baked a sweet potato, then added my ground beef mix to it. It was good!

Tomorrow is back to chest/shoulders. Talked to lifting buddy to spot me closer. So maybe I can get better quality reps.
The strength is impressive, but it should look good too.

Short quick post today, watching the Super bowl. No favorite, just watching.

Had my spotter friend spot me close on my military press. I'm looking to make this look better at 225. Eventually, I would like to be able to rest pause it from chest. His observation was I start good, but as go thru the reps I moving towards the back vs straight up. Had him spot me with 185 and also try a rest pause in there. This is something I am going to keep working. I think too many people move the weight up for the ego without perfecting the form. Today, I do 4 top sets with the 225 presses on incline/shoulder/decline. Anywhere from 7-10 reps. Joints feel good.
I brought my headphones, but decided not to use to today. I wanted to hear my grunts.

2 days in on the peptide dosing. Good sleep last night, can't tell much. Anabolics definitely making me fuller and joints looser. Sock line is still good, No edema.

Ate the same meal as yesterday. Bodybuilder style rinse and repeat.

I am getting a little annoyed using the insulin pins 29 gauge, 1ml/cc 1/2mm. Trying to pull 0.5 units on this pin seems tough. Guy with reading glasses here. I might get some 0.5ml syringes see if it is any better drawing small amounts. Weight is up, diet is the same.

Strong leg workout today. I did want to stay in bed at 4AM this morning. I feel like the peptides/HGH are kicking in. The sleep just feels deeper.

Working on travel arrangement for school visits. As I look at hotels, I am checking their fitness center or proximity to a 24/7 gym. On my last set of the military, I did use a spotter and the focus was depth and control rather than rep count. Maybe 5 or 6 reps. I will keep working this till it gets better.

I need to ask on the peptide/HGH, i know generally people get better sleep. I do feel like it is a deeper sleep. It almost feels like your brain stem is focused or inflamed. You want to stay in the slumber state. You feel groggy getting up. By the time I get to the gym and start warming up it goes away, but up to that point something is going on in the brain as if its hyperfocused. Just curious if I am describing it right, it does not hurt. It just takes a bit to get going. I'm doing 5 units ED HGH from a 100 IU Kit, so I will be done in 20 days. I'm also doing IGF-LR3 50mcg ED.

Weight is going up. Not pushing any heavier weight, just working for better quality reps. Slower movement with great ROM. Trying to feel each rep. I can see some detail coming in under the hair. Still much to go.

I cooked one of my pre-cooked 93/7 ground beef and added bell peppers/onions/black olives over cooked sweet potato. That's a big bolus meal.
I will do the avocado or the sweet potato. Lately been adding the potato to have some more carbs for fullness and work out energy.

Still very much working on core, ab vacuums. My biggest issue is the belly distention. I can see the abs coming, I feel like I get turtle shell abs and would rather have washboard abs.

Nips seem to feel better. Work outs are good. I warm up with core work. Really working on vacuums and waist control. I do nordic curls on the roman chair hyperextension. Easy for me to do there, but much harder using the bench under a lateral pulldown. There's a youtube personality who has been demonstrating some leg growth technique not including the squat and dead lift.

Chest and shoulder workout was the usual 2 plate 225 press. I do 4 top sets today. On the front military, I use a spotter on the last set and try to go deeper. I drop set it next 205/185/155/135. I feel my delts in the movement. Just have to keep working it.

Have a broken washing machine, so was off to the laundromat today. Hungry, so made the 93/7 ground beef with sweet potato.
I really like the sweet and savory nature of this healthy meal

It is repetitive but that is bodybuilding

I do landmine squats, rdls, and rows on the way down dropping 1 plate at a time with the t-bar row. 130 lb dumb bell rows, 3 top set each side. plate loaded lat pull down and iso lateral row. I do 3 plates each side. On the lat pull down, I can hook my legs in and pull 3 plates. No hook and I am hanging. I used to do 4 plates, but needed someone to pull me down to get started. Little guy problems. I finish with pin machines including lat pulldown, rows, cable row.

I pretty much do 35 min stairwell everyday at level 6. On M-F, I usually go for a walk with my neighbor for about 5 miles. I get some steady state cardio in

Eating ground beef 93/7 with avocado today. Thawing ground turkey to precook tomorrow.

Rinse and repeat. Every day.

Leg session was good today. Ran out of time and did not get to do much machines. Squats at 3 plates seem improved. 7 top sets of banded 315 squats. I feel like my depth is getting better. Would like to see the legs grow. We shall see.

Waking up, I believe the HGH is definitely affecting me. Feels like you brain stem is working overtime. I get up at 4am M-F, it feels like my body/brain is saying stay asleep .... we are still working. Feels like it takes 30-40 minutes before you feel normal and not groggy. I'll run out of the HGH on Feb 28, so will be interesting to see if this drops afterwards.

Pre-cooked turkey, made an egg omelet with avocado for dinner. Rinse and repeat.

My research topic of interest today was Red Dye 40, I do drink Zero Sugar Powerades from time to time. I don't understand why we must make adult food visually appealing. I understand and dislike that they do it for kids. Red Dye 3 was banned recently due to cancer concerns.

Focus today was chest and shoulders. I do 3 top sets today on the 225 presses. At this point I have decided to not shoot for a rep count and shoot for as many reps as I can with good form and control. So my 10 might turn in 6-8. I'm hoping the strength and technique will kick in and at some point I will be able to rest pause with great form. On the seated military, I also have added a drop set at the end so 225/205/185/155/135.
Still very much would like to see my delts grow.

Chest and shoulder workout was the usual 2 plate 225 press. I do 4 top sets today. On the front military, I use a spotter on the last set and try to go deeper. I drop set it next 205/185/155/135. I feel my delts in the movement. Just have to keep working it.

Have a broken washing machine, so was off to the laundromat today. Hungry, so made the 93/7 ground beef with sweet potato.
I really like the sweet and savory nature of this healthy meal

I agree with you. A lot of these processed foods and cereals have a lot of junk in them.
 
When it's a really cold like that very important to warm up. Especially if you're hitting your shoulders. Or other joints.
 
Very smart man to avoid these dyes. I just read an article that they finally banned one of them in America, but most of them are already banned across the world, especially Europe.

Had my tricep bar once again. Makes my pouch heavy, but definitely much better for my elbows. Did my usual trap workout, 130 lb dumb bells. I also do RDLs. Everything is good. Joints definitely feel 100%.

With it being so cold, I have not been doing the outdoor walk. I have been doing the combat bike for 3 min and then walking 2 laps around the gym and just alternating about 6 to 8 time. Not going hard or gassing out, just keep moving. The other thing I have been doing is sparring with a freestanding boxing heavy bag and light gloves similar to below. This is a good change up. Vent any frustration with some hard hitting. Good cardio.

We have hanging heavy bags as well. I don't like hitting it as much. I can feel the vibration impact going up my arm. All the way to the brain. I get headaches. I feel like it would impact my lifting so everything within reason.

Thinking of fat oxidation, I feel like I need to find some form of cardio that would not impact my weight training but get me breathing hard.
I do like the combat bike. I can't really run fast due to knees.

Sleeping good, would like to sleep more. The oil based injections seem to be doing well. The water based peptide injections had been going well, but I seem to develop a few welts from 2 days ago. They have gotten smaller. I think it is frequent injections and maybe hitting the same spot. I understand diabetics get this with frequent insulin injections.

Another day in the books.

@caligirl85 I think in 2020 we had similar weather with a snow/ice storm. Also the electricity went out for 2.5 days. Rooms in our house were down to 35. We basically huddled around our gas fireplace for 3 days. Our hot water heater busted just as the power came on. It was an on demand hot water heater using gas, but needed electricity too. I have back up power battery I could take into the attic if it were to occur again.

I always think I need a waterproof winter boot. I will look for deals, maybe add it to my cart. Then say to myself. I live in Texas, 98% you'll never need it....

@PrinceDaddy honestly I would not do any boxing or hitting things before a show, too much issues of injuries. I would like to see you concentrate on oldschool walking up treadmill for cardio.

I have to admit I have been conditioned to be cutter and watching the scale go up always makes me think I am getting fatter. My weight is going up. I am still very much eating clean. From a calorie standpoint, plus minus 200 calories at most. My muscles are definitely fuller. My joints feel incredibly good. Sleep has been decent. I usually catch up on Friday evening. I don't feel fatter.

Today's core work was my warm up before pulling up the curl bench to cable machine and curling there with rope and curved bar. I also do singles with a rope and handle.

Still a bit cold to walk, so just repeated the cardio from yesterday. 3 min combat bike and 2 lap walkabout in the gym repeated about 6-8 times.
Also did some sparring as mentioned above. I like this. My hands feel great. I do breathe a little more intensely trying to keep my arms moving and the punches flowing. Have not recorded lately, I think I am going fast but when I recorded a few months ago it looked slow to me.

The peptide welts are getting smaller. Question for the forum. In my research, I recall water soluble peptides/HGH should not be combined into a single syringe. Was talking to a friend who combines his peptides and GH. I said I don't think you should do that. The peptides are delicate.
I think the only two peptides that can be combined are BPC157 and TB500. Thoughts?

Made an omelet with avocado for dinner this evening. Last serving of pre-cooked turkey for tomorrow.

Tomorrow is my intense leg day. Feel good.

Week 4 of the cycle begins. Joints feel very good. No edema or water retention. Weight is going up, diet is the same last 5 weeks. Nips feel much better with the tamoxifen addition. The only issue I seem to be having is the subq welts. I will finish the 5 unit daily HGH this week.

Leg workout was decent today. Got it done. I feel strong, but I am not pushing it, just going thru the motions. For grins, I did try something new today. I tried some methylene blue before my workout.

I can confirm your tongue will turn blue. I can also confirm it does not taste good. My pee is still mostly yellow or clear. Although the last one may have been a little green? I don't think I felt any effects from it. I will use it this week pre-workout and make a judgement. The one thing I have taken pre-workout that I know works but do not want to form a habit is Kratom, specifically Uprising acsend. I got some sample packets at my show last year and used it about month or two back. I just remember having intense focus at the gym. This is a good thing, but I've heard it can be addictive and I don't want to take something addictive.

So here is Dennis Wolf, Olympia athlete and current. He retired from bodybuilding, possibly due to health issues. I would suspect at present he probably remains TRT or TRT+. However when is fully blown up.. He has to be on variety of PEDS + HGH/Insulin. Just curious the drug load required to get that kind of mass. Former bodybuilders like Jay Cutler, Dexter Jackson both have this similar smaller more attainable look.

Bitter cold today with feels like in the negative temps. No outside walking. Decided I would just stay at the gym and walk laps between machines.
As usual, i do stairmill everyday 35 min at level 6.

Focus today was chest and shoulders. I do 3 top sets today on the 225 presses. At this point I have decided to not shoot for a rep count and shoot for as many reps as I can with good form and control. So my 10 might turn in 6-8. I'm hoping the strength and technique will kick in and at some point I will be able to rest pause with great form. On the seated military, I also have added a drop set at the end so 225/205/185/155/135.
Still very much would like to see my delts grow.

Had a boxing friend of mine give me some pointers on moving and sparring. For a guy in his 60s its very impressive. He barely looks 50.
He is light on his feet and light with the punches. I'm trying to find alternate forms of cardio that don't impede my lifting but also increase heart rate and VO2 max. Had to work around people so workout went long. Did the Meythlene Blue once again. Got the blue tongue. Really don't feel any significant impact. Urine most definitely turns light green 12 hours later.

You're very close to the show, you shouldn't be boxing. Just walking on the treadmill is the best for you, no injuries. @PrinceDaddy

The older machine had some loose screws in the base. Apparently it had been stripped so they just got a new one. It is a bit different. The bar weight seems slightly lighter. The lower hand placement is not at the same level as the upper handle. This is the one we had

The new one is capable but does feel a little different. Still worked up to 5 plates as I normally do. Just have to be careful in the movement with unfamiliar or new equipment.

Pre-cooked 93/7 ground beef for the next 3 days. Cooked some leftover steak for this evening. Eating clean healthy is good.

I alternate between high carb and high fat days. Protein is always high. Not really paying serious attention to macros just yet. Clean eating with minimal processed meals.

Another strong leg work out this morning. Joints feel great. Strength is good. Focus is there, but I do have much going on so just making sure I get the work done. Next week will be out of town for two days for a college visit for my daughter. I have gym scoped out for a quick workout.

Warmer today. Got as high as 80 degees. Last week it was -5 or so. Did manage to get back to my normal walk with my friend. Was sweating.
Today, have felt exceptionally thirsty even though I am hydrating frequently.

On the blue meythlene, sometimes I will try to take a nap in the afternoon. This week I have not been able to sleep. I think my brain is going.
Not sure if this is certain as I do have much going on.

Weight is maybe stabilizing, muscles are fuller. I just need to get rid of the hair to see how it looks. I will do that towards the end of March.

Very annoyed by subq welts. Not sure why I am getting them. I only have two more HGH doses to finish out. I'm wondering if my bac water is the issue. Feels like if you are going to get bac water, you should get smaller vial 5ml or 10ml or less. That way you are not constantly drawing again and again from a larger vial like a 30ml. Feels like smaller vials while more costly better for hygiene.
