Had proper depressing week with a wrist injury I sustained at work the day I trained chest last,probably shouldn't have gone pressing to hard on it as I did but that's what you get when you roll the dice and keep going,anyways went in today and hit legs as I'm in a spot atm not being able to press or pull.Im probably going to add NPP in at a low dose soon and bump EQ up and to 600mg also the 4 weeks of bcp-157 & tb500 treatment seems to be working on my bicep but it's not ready for any proper weight yet,all in all I will continue to train whatever I can and keep going as best as possible....fuck injuries!💪

Thanks my bro,I'll continue regardless...I don't think a bicep tear stop Chris bumsted from winning the other year but the real inspiration for me is when i see a triple amputee from USA named Nick Santanistasso lifting weights and going all in with full heart and soul...well that's where it's all at for me and suddenly my injuries just don't exist,dig deep and power on!💪🦍

Had a recovery afternoon yesterday after work went straight for a infared sauna & ice bath which are both things I don't usually do but at this point I'm trying to accelerate some healing so gave it a good go and felt energised this morning when I awoke.

Brother its been a long grind of 7 years for me i have given up alot along the way especially in the first 5yrs of natty training but now I have gained so much,the transformation in past 2yrs has been crazy but it's far from over for me I'll forever be chasing the final form the absolute abomination of marsh and the bringing of the true monsta!

Just finished a nice tricep & ab session after work today,came home and was making a protein shake while my younger brother is jawing off to me about lifting weights and then boom a 4.5 magnitude earthquake just hit us from 5km away it shook the house that hard it cracked the concrete render off the walls outside a little bit lol something different to end the week anyways and I drank my quake shake and told my brother to hold on to them little nuts of his(cose he doesn't use hcg)🤣

Earthquake is where the ground shakes due to movement of tectonic plates bro,and I'm in Townsville far north Queensland AUS its not something that happenes here usually.
Cardio is every day my bro gotta stay lean💪

Haha..yeah we ain't ment to have them in aus but the climate/weather is constantly changing i guess,we had one around 8 years ago but wasnt as severe,I wish it triggered a tsunami so I could have had the day off work😉

It's been mainly beef atm my brother,and yes I'd be right up around 350-400g as iv changed to a more calorie dense mass shake with lots of digestive enzymes which gives a total of 100gm protein,200mg carbs all up in 2 shakes I consume daily plus the multiple feeds💪🦍

I'm right up stream of this river my brother its still fresh water where I am so we only have tiny little freshwater alligators here nothing like the monsta gators you guys have in USA..all our big crocodiles are in the salt water and they proper human killers!

Thanks brother this deload was 50% of my usual weights and a lot less volume,it was honestly very light work for me and I am proper energised from it.Tonight is cardio and chill but tomorrow the real action starts again my brother..💪

We must think outside the box on what is the normal/regular to achieve what we may never have thought possible in our lives my brother....the number 1 thing that holds people back is their mind,heart & spirit or lack of it,in my household we are all as one blessed unit,we live,train and get on cycle together all of us lol women,men doesn't matter....I have my brother and gf coming along nicely and they will be ready to log in near future which will be a proud moment for me💪
