Training I like the wide chest press, thats good range.
I'm right up stream of this river my brother its still fresh water where I am so we only have tiny little freshwater alligators here nothing like the monsta gators you guys have in USA..all our big crocodiles are in the salt water and they proper human killers!
I luv that Seated wide chest press,the angle it puts you on really allows for a good range of motion and stretch at the bottom💪😅

He was a little different that guy lol generally we don't jump onto crocodiles or sting rays over here,that's not normal😉🤣...don't worry every country has shit that can end you existence at the drop of a hat lol its what makes life fun.
 
Late post for last nights leg/calf deload session which was pretty damn good and the body is feeling energised to hit some real weight in next couple days.

Thanks brother this deload was 50% of my usual weights and a lot less volume,it was honestly very light work for me and I am proper energised from it.Tonight is cardio and chill but tomorrow the real action starts again my brother..💪

We must think outside the box on what is the normal/regular to achieve what we may never have thought possible in our lives my brother....the number 1 thing that holds people back is their mind,heart & spirit or lack of it,in my household we are all as one blessed unit,we live,train and get on cycle together all of us lol women,men doesn't matter....I have my brother and gf coming along nicely and they will be ready to log in near future which will be a proud moment for me💪
