Today i was feeling the deficit to be honest and the performance dropped, decided to get lighter weights for more or equal rep 🥲.
I'm still eating 240 P 0C 0F(added) and doing 2 hrs or more of treadmill a day, being 3 and a half weeks out i guess I can get some drop in performance occasionally lol.

@electus you look very impressive, RIPPED amazing abs and chest but talk to your coach I see possible light gyno, add some tamoxifen if possible but you're so close to the show hard to say. You're really dialing in perfect :D

I just finished 30 day with 30mg of Raloxifene, will get surgery later on.

I'm getting tighter by the day, can feel it in my hamstring and glutes, the film of water and fat are slowly getting thinner and thinner.
 
bravo man! you have achieved a body most would kill for. now keep grinding and improving even more

I would keep going on the raloxifene if you can. @electus
 
Keep grinding
Done now 2hrs and a half treadmill 5kmh.
Today i got some salmon sushi, not really dialing for the hunger or anything really, got some carbs wich will be stored in the muscles so nothing really changing calorie wise.
Will probably not gonna get more carbs until peak week so yeah not a damage really.
Yesterday's got 1hrs and 5 minutes on the treadmill just because I had chores to do and didn't planned the day correctly.
Tomorrow leg so will use this carbs and will see how much cardio I'll be doing.
