Starting weight before any cycle was 68kg

Starting weight before the gym when I was 18 was 48kg lol

Currently 82kg 💪🏼

I’m 25 years old

I do not track calories, I make sure I have 4 meals a day. I eat no processed food. Alot of steak, eggs, rice, oats etc

When I stop putting on weight I start eating more.



Sleep has been kinda shit lately but average around 6 hours a night. I need like 8-10 lol but that’s life sometimes



Cycle will be as follows

Week 1-16

250mg test

250 mast

10mg Anavar morning and afternoon (I’ll take the Anavar for as long as I can until my bloods show I can’t lol)



Week 1-20

400mg eq



I take 0.5 arimidex every 3 days and also take 750 iu of hcg every 3 days



I’ve been blasting and cruising for a year now. 2 blasts so far, coming up to my third. I’m just waiting for my eq and var to arrive

My last blast I got up to 86kg but I got pretty chunky cause I was on mk677 and got really bloated 🤰🏼🌝

I then hopped on a cruise to work out my test had been under dosed.

The last 2 and a half months I lost a lot of size and turned flabby. I seriously felt like I had hopped off.

I can confirm the low dose test as my mate who was on 500mg of test a week and bought the vials with me and his levels halved.





My goals



My goal is to look as good as possible while staying healthy and not running anything to high or heavy. I’ve struggled with body dysmorphia my whole life and I’ve always been super skinny. I’m doing this so I can feel more comfortable and confident in everyday life. I also love the gym and the lifestyle it brings!!

This is a good cycle bro but low test, Im guessing you got some e2 issues? and anavar you can take but you need organ liver support, n2guard would work but you're in AU land so if you want get n2guard or get something local but you need tUDCA milk thistle multi vitamins taurine and a few other ingredients

This is an issue not discussed a lot bro because guys are ashamed or afraid to discuss it, I dont see why not? we all have body dysmorphia, its either guys super skinny or fat and trying to get more confident in their body, nothing wrong with that at all, i got it too, I think all guys pinning steroids have some body dysmorphia to a degree
nothing here to be ashamed of bro but more like the body image issues DRIVE us to be the BEST of the best

100% mate. Struggled really hard 6 or so months ago. It gets better but you will always want to see a better version of yourself. The hard work will pay off brother

@Wheelhouse87 I was a serious alcoholic myself, dry now, but it was bad before. Stemmed from body image issues and problems from it. Getting dry and sober changed my life.
I do feel body image issues like all of us, but the gym is a life changer.

I was just reading @Napa1020, the man is a beast, fully transformed his life.

Just cooked some rice and salmon.
Super simple foods usually.

I like to keep my test low. I honestly don’t like the feeling of high test, I tend to get angry and stressed and little things trigger the fuck out of me.
The highest I’ll go is 300mg these days. I also get really puffy in the face.

I’ll get some vids for everyone of some of the movements I do on each day.
Also just the simple stuff. Nothing fancy!

I find eq for me gets good around the 14-16 week mark.
I would take Anavar forever if my body could handle it lol

Super simple foods. I do pig out on Japanese now and then lol

I was just reading @Napa1020, the man is a beast, fully transformed his life.
NAPA is legit a beast and gave me the absolute key to transforming my back workouts when I first started on Evo (Driving through pinkies).
I could never get good lat muscle connection but now I love back days and get solid pumps.

I agree the gym is a game changer. If you want to bith Mentally and Physically better yourself - it's the way to go.

My days are chalk and cheese if I do a workout in the morning or if I don't.
 
To be honest I’ve come off before and struggled to keep anything. I also felt terrible for weeks mentally and physically. I followed the pct guide on this forum and did it correctly.
I know the risks and I’m taking every precaution possible. I’m even getting my sperm tested next week so I can hopefully freeze some for later.
I do often stress about what this could do to my future like everyone I’m sure does.
If I could take my first cycle back and wait until now then I would 100% but I’m here now.
In my younger years I’ve made stupid decisions in all aspects of life but as I’ve started to grow up I’ve tried my best to learn from my mistakes.
I’ve also done a lot of studies on the stress coming off causes compared to a cruise and I’ve just chosen to stay on.
I know the old school guys disagree and that’s 100% understandable.

Am I able to message you privately on your views and how you would pct to keep size and your head space in check ?

This is what I ate today. The only thing that was “processed” was the muffin bread cause I had no sour dough and Cbf getting it at 7am

Breakfast 2 x eggs, 2 x beef patty’s, 2 x McMuffin

Lunch
300g of chicken and half a cup of rice

Arvo snack
Steak and 4 pieces of sour dough

Dinner
Half a cup or rice and salmon fillets

I love juice. This week I’m rolling with nudie breakfast juice
Usually go for the carrot but I’m mixing it up.
I also ate a banana and an apple but didn’t think that was worth a photo.
As I said I eat super plain foods. low ingredient count. My gut is great and I feel amazing

I’m sorry for my lack of posting. Recently my family and me got hit by a cyclone and we lost power for 11 days. Life’s been tough. Getting back on the horse this week and will post some photos on Monday.
Even though I’ve had no power I’ve been eating and training like a champ 💪🏼

I’ve started to eat a little bit less and try and get my abs back. Regardless of me dropping a meal I’m still putting on muscle and getting stronger which is great.

Training
My sessions have been solid. I’m a big believer in perfect form. I’ve never been the one to go super heavy and put form aside. Muscle mind connection is what I really look for. I have a few weak points that I’m working on.

Other then that lads I’m feeling 10/10.

I'd hold that pulldown handle in the middle. Mind you my hands are wider
I find it easier to hold like that and Also It gets in the way if I don’t hold it on the end. (It actually doesn’t lol but that’s what I think in my head 😂)

The best thing I can advise is wait as long as possible to stay on.

Good quality sour dough from the bakery is as good as it gets in my opinion.
I honestly can’t believe how many ingredients are in “normal” bread it’s absolutely crazy

I’m gonna have to jump off at some point this year to do that. I’ve also heard many stories of people being fertile while blasting for years and never coming off cycle. Will get everything tested before making any decisions 💪🏼

I’ve started to eat a little bit less and try and get my abs back. Regardless of me dropping a meal I’m still putting on muscle and getting stronger which is great.

Training
My sessions have been solid. I’m a big believer in perfect form. I’ve never been the one to go super heavy and put form aside. Muscle mind connection is what I really look for. I have a few weak points that I’m working on.
Arms, legs, calves

Other then that lads I’m feeling 10/10.

Great workout yesterday. Absolutely smashed my arms. Even though they are pretty good size I feel like they look tiny in photos. They definitely aren’t in proportion with my back, shoulders and chest so I’m trying to even them out 💪🏼

I’m also taking
250 mast
400 eq
Would those compounds combined raise my levels at all ?
Also my estrogen is 57pmol/L what do you guys think the best number is to be at ?

Would those compounds combined raise my levels at all ?
Also my estrogen is 57pmol/L what do you guys think the best number is to be at ?
@Jackyboy 57 isn’t too high for estrogen, but are you using an Ai? With such high free testosterone numbers, you should have higher estrogen (in theory)

It's not "only" lol :P you have 300mgs of sustanon, 400mgs equipoise, 250mgs masteron, almost 1 gram of steroids, no matter what that's going to be high if the gear quality is good. @Jackyboy
If you want to dial back, cut the eq down to 100mgs and masteron to 100mgs.

I think cutting doses is your best choice, you don't have to get "off" but moderate and retest bloods 2 weeks in.

I wouldn’t change what you’re doing that’s an excellent spot to be in with e2 in range.

If anything I’d pump the test but you said you don’t usually go over 300mg so maybe play it by ear 🤓
