Starting weight before any cycle was 68kg

Starting weight before the gym when I was 18 was 48kg lol

Currently 82kg 💪🏼

I’m 25 years old

I do not track calories, I make sure I have 4 meals a day. I eat no processed food. Alot of steak, eggs, rice, oats etc

When I stop putting on weight I start eating more.



Sleep has been kinda shit lately but average around 6 hours a night. I need like 8-10 lol but that’s life sometimes



Cycle will be as follows

Week 1-16

250mg test

250 mast

10mg Anavar morning and afternoon (I’ll take the Anavar for as long as I can until my bloods show I can’t lol)



Week 1-20

400mg eq



I take 0.5 arimidex every 3 days and also take 750 iu of hcg every 3 days



I’ve been blasting and cruising for a year now. 2 blasts so far, coming up to my third. I’m just waiting for my eq and var to arrive

My last blast I got up to 86kg but I got pretty chunky cause I was on mk677 and got really bloated 🤰🏼🌝

I then hopped on a cruise to work out my test had been under dosed.

The last 2 and a half months I lost a lot of size and turned flabby. I seriously felt like I had hopped off.

I can confirm the low dose test as my mate who was on 500mg of test a week and bought the vials with me and his levels halved.





My goals



My goal is to look as good as possible while staying healthy and not running anything to high or heavy. I’ve struggled with body dysmorphia my whole life and I’ve always been super skinny. I’m doing this so I can feel more comfortable and confident in everyday life. I also love the gym and the lifestyle it brings!!

6 hours is fine bro but you need 1 thing, 2 10-15min naps per day, just close eyes breathe deep and lay there, can you do that?

This is a good cycle bro but low test, Im guessing you got some e2 issues? and anavar you can take but you need organ liver support, n2guard would work but you're in AU land so if you want get n2guard or get something local but you need tUDCA milk thistle multi vitamins taurine and a few other ingredients

This is general training which is good bro thank you, how about some machine pics or those days you train your best exercises, as you go of course not all in 1 day ;)

This is an issue not discussed a lot bro because guys are ashamed or afraid to discuss it, I dont see why not? we all have body dysmorphia, its either guys super skinny or fat and trying to get more confident in their body, nothing wrong with that at all, i got it too, I think all guys pinning steroids have some body dysmorphia to a degree
nothing here to be ashamed of bro but more like the body image issues DRIVE us to be the BEST of the best
i remember recently there was a discussion with @Wheelhouse87 about body issues on his log as well

100% mate. Struggled really hard 6 or so months ago. It gets better but you will always want to see a better version of yourself. The hard work will pay off brother

@Wheelhouse87 I was a serious alcoholic myself, dry now, but it was bad before. Stemmed from body image issues and problems from it. Getting dry and sober changed my life.
I do feel body image issues like all of us, but the gym is a life changer.

I was just reading @Napa1020, the man is a beast, fully transformed his life.

I’ll take some photos over the next few days of what I get into food wise.
Just cooked some rice and salmon.
Super simple foods usually.

I like to keep my test low. I honestly don’t like the feeling of high test, I tend to get angry and stressed and little things trigger the fuck out of me.
The highest I’ll go is 300mg these days. I also get really puffy in the face.

I’ll get some vids for everyone of some of the movements I do on each day.
Also just the simple stuff. Nothing fancy!

NAPA is legit a beast and gave me the absolute key to transforming my back workouts when I first started on Evo (Driving through pinkies).
I could never get good lat muscle connection but now I love back days and get solid pumps.

I agree the gym is a game changer. If you want to bith Mentally and Physically better yourself - it's the way to go.

My days are chalk and cheese if I do a workout in the morning or if I don't.
