Test, eq, mast and Anavar
Starting weight before any cycle was 68kg
Starting weight before the gym when I was 18 was 48kg lol
Currently 82kg

I do not track calories, I make sure I have 4 meals a day. I eat no processed food. Alot of steak, eggs, rice, oats etc
When I stop putting on weight I start eating more.
Sleep has been kinda shit lately but average around 6 hours a night. I need like 8-10 lol but that’s life sometimes
Cycle will be as follows
Week 1-16
250mg test
250 mast
10mg Anavar morning and afternoon (I’ll take the Anavar for as long as I can until my bloods show I can’t lol)
Week 1-20
400mg eq
I take 0.5 arimidex every 3 days and also take 750 iu of hcg every 3 days
I’ve been blasting and cruising for a year now. 2 blasts so far, coming up to my third. I’m just waiting for my eq and var to arrive

My last blast I got up to 86kg but I got pretty chunky cause I was on mk677 and got really bloated


I then hopped on a cruise to work out my test had been under dosed.
The last 2 and a half months I lost a lot of size and turned flabby. I seriously felt like I had hopped off.
I can confirm the low dose test as my mate who was on 500mg of test a week and bought the vials with me and his levels halved.
My goals
My goal is to look as good as possible while staying healthy and not running anything to high or heavy. I’ve struggled with body dysmorphia my whole life and I’ve always been super skinny. I’m doing this so I can feel more comfortable and confident in everyday life. I also love the gym and the lifestyle it brings!!
