Yep been training all upper without any leg involvementYou'll be back to 100% before, you know it. Just keep training around your injury for now.

That's awesome to hear bro. It's so important for us guys to have an outlet where other people listen. We've got a couple of men's mental health walking groups locally
Yep just doing upper body with nothing to do with legs and after a few more weeks I'll head to physio for some rehab before easing back into iti once had a buddy break his leg and just train upper body for 4 months until the leg healed. just train around it
you look really good already but I think full carnivore might shred you up broThanks brother. I've cut down a few more calories per day to try drop some more weight before my blast but not dramatically.
Can't beat a good steak!
I was on full carnivore for about 5 or 6 weeks last year. I had to tap out broyou look really good already but I think full carnivore might shred you up bro
same for me lol bro i had to eat a salad, you can do carnivore 4 weeks and add greens after @Wheelhouse87I was on full carnivore for about 5 or 6 weeks last year. I had to tap out broit sounds glamorous but by the end of 6 weeks I was craving a salad and vegies with my meals.
Bit of a delay with updates from last week.
House move is all done and I hosted our annual mens mental health fundraiser event on Saturday.
Time has been freed up so it's full bore ahead.
Shoulder, chest and arm workouts over the last couple of days have been good.
Starting to get FOMO seeing people train legs whilst I'm still letting the calf injury heal properly.
Few food shots.. mainly steak lately as we have just needed quick easy meals.
Have a good week everyone![]()
@Wheelhouse87 looking jacked bro! Food is on point love steak!Bit of a delay with updates from last week.

Yeah mate it makes me feel good trying to help others. It's important to me after losing too many mates and seeing others lose close ones and the ripple effect it leaves.@Wheelhouse87 thata awesome you host an event like that. Mental health is often overlooked especially in men.
Thanks brother@Wheelhouse87 looking jacked bro! Food is on point love steak!
@Wheelhouse87 welcome back to the EVO familyMissed an update this week due to just being absolutely snowed under with Reno's and getting the house set up for the family.
Getting my routine back this week finally after setting up my supplement cabinet, gym gear, food prep cabinets etc.
I'm a bit OCD and like to have all my stuff set up exactly how I like it to stay in routine.
I had a good full body workout just to catch up on a couple of days off. Had an unfortunate event of falling through the back staircase which is rotted (im replacing it and the deck whilst renovating) so it didn't help my torn calfprobably lucky I didn't break a leg though either.
We have been on high alert with a cyclone due to hit north of us yesterday morning which didn't really eventuate but the supermarkets had barely anything on the shelves since people weren't operating the last couple of days. Managed to get 1kg of chicken mince so I made some Chicken, pineapple and broccolini rice.
I like adding pineapple every now and then for some digestion help.
Lots of garlic, ginger and chilli flakes with a light soy bone broth sauce.
I haven't added it into my tracker like normal but I know similar meals are around the 55g protein and 600 calories a serve.
Still running Tb,BPC and GH for my calf and elbow niggle. I've just been rotating between the 2 sites. I'm really happy with the recovery so far on my calf even though it's sadly copped a rough week of moving house and falling through the stairs
Booked in to start physio in 2 weeks.
Have a good weekend legends

Thanks brother!@Wheelhouse87 welcome back to the EVO familyhappy to see you back even with this cyclone situation.
The meats and foods look very Vietnamese and clean, we love it.
Saw the pics you look amazing still and actually nicely growing and leaning out.
Thank you bro!Solid
training is very pumped up bro @Wheelhouse87 and we happy to see you back updating the FamilyHey Evo Fam,
Been a big 5 days for me renovating my new house.
Shovelled tons of dirt and gravel, cladded the house, planted about 50 plants and made new garden beds.
Safe to say I got my workouts inits been stinking hot here too so I over did myself a couple of days. Luckily kept about 5 litres a day of electrolytes up since I was sweating profusely.
Did re-tweak my elbow area little bit shovelling which is a bit of a bummer but I haven't jumped off my TB,BPC and GH so hoping it keeps helping along with limiting forceful exercises.
A few pics from last week's sessions.
I was a bit pissed off with the elbow as I love shoulder day, especially Lateral raises or Y-Raises but it loads my elbow up.. I found the Lateral raise machine puts no strain on my elbow because the pads sit above my elbow, taking the leverage on it out of play. Happy boy again.
Reverse raises don't seem to hurt my elbow because my wrists are turned out.
After a massive few days at the house it was good to unwind down at my wifes parents house on the lake around the corner from us (quick video attached) and a BBQ for dinner.
This week's mon/Tuesday meal prep was a quick throw together and was just grass fed beef mince, onion, Thai red curry paste (homemade), some lite coconut milk and bone broth.
Have a great weekend everyone
Thanks bro.. yeah that view is where my In-laws live. The beach/ocean is directly on the other side of that lake where the Sandbar is. Normally paddle board over to it and go for a swim.training is very pumped up bro @Wheelhouse87 and we happy to see you back updating the Family
i noticed from the pics you look leaner MUCH leaner, NICE!
the views whatever the place is just wild amazing
have you gotten a new sponsor for your log bro?
@Wheelhouse87 they have a nice place broThanks bro.. yeah that view is where my In-laws live. The beach/ocean is directly on the other side of that lake where the Sandbar is. Normally paddle board over to it and go for a swim.
No new sponsor for this log.. I'm Ronin. But regardless I'm going to run this log with Beligas & Ultima as even you guys in the states use it. I already have all the gear for my blast and I'm confident in the product. The log is essentially about me and the product I'm using anyway
![]()
Does it get steaming hot where you are mate? What's a typical summers day?I'm definitely not looking forward to the summer in my neck of the woods with the heat
Thanks broFood looking really good.
Very nice meal prep.
Yeah mate I love chicken, pineapple and jalapeno riceYou are looking amazing. The pineapple really adds a nice flavor to the food. keep it up!
I guess I'm a bit old school mate, in the sense that I gave my word to Rhino and I genuinely do want to run Beligas & Ultima. I know he is no longer here and everyone has a strong opinion of him but im loyal until I get crossed.. Rhino hasn't crossed me, always checked in on me, been great to deal with so i personally have no issue with him.@Wheelhouse87 they have a nice place brosuper high end view
you can be Ronin but why not join one of the teams? like team @Liquid Gold Labs or team @R&Dpharma or team @Raptor Labs or team @UGL OZ all trusted and loved by the EVO Aussie family
Thanks brotherLooking solid and meal prep looks great @Wheelhouse87 keep up the good work brother![]()
Yeah bro but I think you guys may have some bigger ones.Bros that's a good Lake
you guys have big lakes over there in Australia?
Thanks broA muscles look really strong.
Keep working around your injury.
It sure does mate.. when you take a step back and see the completion of somethingNothing better than working on your own house.
Gives you a sense of pride.
I think you should do what you feel is right for you. @Wheelhouse87I guess I'm a bit old school mate, in the sense that I gave my word to Rhino and I genuinely do want to run Beligas & Ultima. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I understand vendors and members aren't a fan of him and that's their opinion they are entitled too also.
I personally have absolutely no issues with any of you guys or the vendors. I've bought off a couple of the vendors you mentioned previously and had good dealings. Heck, I've even purchased stuff lately off other vendors for mates.
I'm not ruling myself out at all of partnering up with another vendor in future cycles, I'm always up from spreading the lovebut it's not uncommon for our loggers to have different sponsors on new logs otherwise how would new Labs/ current labs become verified.
Again, I have no issue with any of these guys but I also have no issue with Rhinoit's all love.
@Wheelhouse87 sucks that you tweaked your elbow again. I’d say the tb and bpc will definitely still be helping. Just take it easy on it for a bit.Hey Evo Fam,

You've been doing amazing, would love to see you grow more.
Yeah I'm confident it is too bro. Definitely mitigating it as much as possible with my exercises.@Wheelhouse87 sucks that you tweaked your elbow again. I’d say the tb and bpc will definitely still be helping. Just take it easy on it for a bit.

If you're injured you're doing the smart thing staying away from legs, it wont help you long term to grow if you got serious injuries right.Hey Evo Fam,
Nearly the end of another week and I have some spare time (for once lately) for an update.
Workouts have been going strong everyday this week.
Still resting the calf with no legs, going on 4 weeks now no legsbut surprisingly they haven't gone down dramatically so I'm sure I'll bounce back pretty well.
Back days have been really solid? Big squeezes and feel I've dialed in exercises that work really well for me and give me good mind/muscle connection which I struggled with in my early days of training.
Nothing crazy with food this week - my wife is going in for a pretty invasive surgery and they have rushed her through to have it end of next week so I have been juggling gym, renovating, kids and making sure she's set up for her 4 week recovery.
Food has mainly been roast chicken, veg, protein greek yoghurt and steaks... lots of grass fed steaksnot complaining!
Saturday night we had friends over that have been overseas for a few weeks so I cooked up an Italian dish I've been meaning to make for a while now. Not many people would have heard of it but it's called all'assassina spaghetti (assassin spaghetti)
It's similar to a normal spaghetti dish but you actually fry the pasta at the same time so it gets charred and a bit crunchy around the edges. It was delicious! Made a nice grass fed beef ragu to go on top also (need that protein)
Arms:
Tricep bar pull down - full stack - 3x10
One armed tricep cable pull down - 14kg 3x8
Bayesian cable curls- 14kg - 3x12 with big squeezes
Overhead rope tricep - 28kg - 3x10
Forearm curls - 28kg - 3 xto failure
Hammer curls dumbell - 22kg - 3x10
Back:
One arm lat pull down - 32kg - 3x10
Neutral grip wide pull down - 70kg - 3x10
Wide grip high row - 56kg - 3x12
One armed row low - 32kg - 3x10
T-bar row - 60kg - 3x8
Shrugs- 140kg - 3 sets to failure
I went light on the shoulder day, just machine lat raises and a shoulder press on smith machine as my elbow wasn't feeling that great on the day so didn't want to push it.. instead did a few extra ab exercises.
Thanks guys![]()
Thanks brother.. I've never had any kind of lats until last log.If you're injured you're doing the smart thing staying away from legs, it wont help you long term to grow if you got serious injuries right.@Wheelhouse87
The back is the way to width and you're wider, in the pictures i see the width, the double bicep is killer size.
The lats you have now are looking very good. Thanks brother.. I've never had any kind of lats until last log.
