500mgs test e, 350mgs mast p, 350mgs tren a and 20mgs of winny per day which will be swapped out in the near future (TBA)

Starting weight = 119kgs

The main aim of this cycle is to grow but also clean up the body from the bulk portion of my cycle in which I ran test, deca and dbol with a bit of mast towards the end

Been reading other logs for inspiration for mine which is why I didn’t start the log straight up

Quick little review, gear is super clean and super smooth to pin with very minimal pip, did get a bad hit of the tren cough and thought I was going to die 😂
So far I’m 4 pins in and still zero issues

Meal plan is almost complete with all my meal prep getting cooked up tomorrow which will mainly consist of lean beef, kangaroo, chicken and fish with either rice or potatoes for the carbs and mixed veggies!
Pre gym feed today is a rib eye steak and a Greek style salad!

I’ll take some pics at the gym this arvo and get them posted up as well as my routine! Chest and shoulders tonight!

I’ve ran them together before with great results. I’m one of the lucky fucks that gets almost no sides from winny and tren. Most I get is night sweats, random ass dreams and a little indigestion towards the end.

@Ausbbing23 i had bad heaches on it but also it wrecked my hair. and i'm not prone to hair. consider yourself lucky i guess but eventually its likely it will take a bite out of your hair over time

More the likely already has man just not to noticeable yet haha. Hair loss doesn’t bother me though so I’m not too stressed about it.

Today’s workout was arms!
Had no routine as was meant to be a rest day today but couldn’t help myself

Just did a bunch of db curls starting off at 10kg per arm working up to 22.5kgs per arm. Did 5 sets of 12
Did the same thing for hammer curls with the same weights

Tricep push downs
40kgx12
50kgx12
60kgx12
70kgx10
70lgx10

Skull crushers
45kgs for 5 sets of 12

Using the same bar and weight I did 5 sets of 12 standing bicep curls

Pre workout feed was just a simple 33g protein shake with 60g of added carbs and 2g of taurine

Post workout meal was 2 kangaroo steak sandwiches which came to around 90g of protein 70g of carbs and 10g of fats

Really good! Just gotta hit roo with a bit of extra seasoning and let it sit until it hits room temp then cook it nice and slow 👌

Goes down a treat! Most don’t like it tho as it’s got a strong taste. I normally season it and let it sit over night then take it out to get to room temp then cook it low and slow

Late post but been a solid fucking week of training and getting the diet more balanced

Have my log book at home with all my workouts in it from the week that I’ll take some pics off and post when I can

Got a lot of cooking done which was a high protein spaghetti made with kangaroo mince and high protein pasta! Works out to be around 70g pf protein, 80g of carbs and 30g of fats per serving. Didn’t factor in the cheese at the end but can’t have spaghetti without cheese on top 😂 cooked up enough for 9 meals 💪🏻

Sorry for the delay in log updates, been a busy week away from home.

No training but back at it tonight! Eating has been good but mainly meals ready to heat and eat but kept them as healthy as possible! This was beef stir fry which was 32g of protein, 44g of carbs and 12g of fat which. The other meals were chicken and rice which was 37g of protein, 51g of carbs and 16g of fats. Only 2 meals I ate on repeat for the last week or so.

test, tren and masteron is going to make you into a machine. Just be careful of those side effects, when they creep up, they can come at you pretty strong.

Feeling great and getting stronger! Tbol would have to be one of my new favourites to run! Which I forgot to update in my log that I’m using it. Not on the level of dbol or adrol in terms of size but strength is close and the muscle endurance is next level! Feel like I can train forever!

Due to a few weeks of being away from home and not being able to stay on top of my schedule I’ll be pushing the blood test back a little bit just to make sure the results are more spot on

Food is the same almost everyday with eggs and tuna for breakfast with a greens/carbs shake before hitting the gym

I consume a minimum of 4ltrs of water per day with 1ltr of it being mixed with electrolytes which I normally drink during my workout
