Waking up tired, but getting it done. Good leg workout today. Really slowed down my movement. Felt a little doms after sitting in a chair for a bit in the afternoon. Took my last dose for this cycle. I convert to the cut cycle on Thursday.

Pre-cooked ground beef 98/2 with bell peppers/onions/sweet potatoes/eggs. Used Egglife tortillas today for Taco Tuesday.

Will start fasting on Friday/Sat/Sun this week. I am doing a 2 hour walk M-F and 35 min stair mill. I am doing all the things. I think my body is more focused now after the travel, More consistent. I do have quite a bit to tighten up.

I am much stronger. Really moving thru my workout with ease. Very good control with slower tempo. Ready to shred. Near my last dose of IGF-LR3 and BPC-157. Should finish this week. Will start Retatrutide and SLU-PP332 this Sunday. Orals added in around Memorial Day.

My pull ups are getting much better as well. Doing sets of 10 decent reps now.

Tomorrow looks to be a rainy day so I feel like my outdoor walk will end up being treadmill walking.

@PrinceDaddy I'm never really looked at it as chasing a rep count. I've looked at it more of maybe pushing an extra rep out when you normally wouldn't, especially when you're on the gear.
 
Peeps,

My intent was not to promote a fitness influencer. They are a dime a dozen. I am always open to listening. I don't believe in definites. You have to try before you buy and see what works for you.

My point is I feel like I have been chasing reps. I need to do 10 reps. If i don't get it i feel disappointed. However if I get 7 slower reps maybe I have accomplished the same or better. it is time under tension. Sometimes we forget and chase other things. Perspective.

We are all just trying to figure out how to grow.

Let's keep plugging along.
 
I don't watch as many of these guys as I used to but I what I do is take a little from each and throw it in my training just to mix it up and keep it fresh.

Ground Beef with bell peppers and onions. No sweet potato mix in today. Decided to sunny side up my eggs today and break yolks over the meat. Yum!

Today was a split workout between 2 gyms. Had to run home to drop off the kiddo at school. Skipped my core warmup and went straight to the workout.

Thing I noticed today on my tricep movements. I think my left overpowers my right. On the tricep extensions I noticed weakness on the right side at the heavier weight. I think I am going to work on tricep unilateral movements.

Week 1 of cut compounds complete. No ill effects.

I like the fasting experiment. Definitely planning on implementing the 20 hour fast on Wed & Fri. I want to see the conditioning improve over the next few weeks. Reta and SLU-PP332 startup tomorrow. Let's see what those do for me. I think I can execute the 36 hour fast as well. I just want to build up to it.,

Strength is good. I have really slowed down the movement thinking about the time element of the set rather than the rep count. Being intentional on slow concentric. Squatting slow, rising normal speed.

I feel like when the feeding window opens I binge a bit. More food than what I normally would eat. Will have to exercise more control. It's good food. It's just maybe two greek yogurts instead of one.

One day at a time.

I like the fasting experiment. Definitely planning on implementing the 20 hour fast on Wed & Fri. I want to see the conditioning improve over the next few weeks. Reta and SLU-PP332 startup tomorrow. Let's see what those do for me. I think I can execute the 36 hour fast as well. I just want to build up to it.,

Strength is good. I have really slowed down the movement thinking about the time element of the set rather than the rep count. Being intentional on slow concentric. Squatting slow, rising normal speed.

I feel like when the feeding window opens I binge a bit. More food than what I normally would eat. Will have to exercise more control. It's good food. It's just maybe two greek yogurts instead of one.

One day at a time.
20 hours is an alright fast but its not really fasting, anything under 36 hours is not a fast. Try to get to it soon, show is close. @PrinceDaddy

Good work out this morning. Starting to get hot here in Texas. Going to be 102 tomorrow afternoon. Wed and Fri will be fasting days. So, I will start tonight after 8pm till tomorrow 5pm. About 20 hours. It's doable for me. I will do longer ones later in June. I just need to build up. I also want to feel out the reta and slu.

I am drinking more fluids and loading more water with the Texas heat. I kind of expected the weight on wake up to be higher but I did come down after walking.

I can see conditioning coming in, but I am not where I want to be. Hoping the reta+slu+fasting+cardio starts moving me in the right direction.

I had a peptide place send me their info sheet, did not order from this one. I feel like there a few that have produced results, but some just seem like a waste of money. Weight loss seems to progressing. 186 is the lowest I have weighed this year. I did not have a BM today, maybe due to the fasting yesterday.
The thing that frustrates me is the hunger or cravings as soon as the feeding window opens. Yesterday, at 5pm I cooked my meal. Ate my meal,
had some greek yogurt. At this point, I should be done for the evening. Instead, closer to bed I started having hunger pain and cravings. Even a slight headache. I ended up eat 2 granola/protein bars. I know as bodybuilder as you get closer to your show date you have to learn to suffer and that is it. I was hoping the GLPs would help with this. During the fast itself, I am fine, I just don't eat. Maybe just stare at the clock. It is just when you take that first meal, it is great, but the satiation does not come.

As mentioned before Semaglutide really did not do much for me last year. My intent was to use Trizepatide this year, but the current conversation is showing retatrutide to be more effective with body building weight loss and blood markers. At this point, I am one week in with 1.5mg. This upcoming week I will try 2mg and see what happens. Looking for appetite control. Anyone use Cagrilintide , maybe it can do what I am looking for?

Not super strong, not weak either.

I will get up to 36 hour fast at some point. I am just not ready yet. 2 weeks in on the new compounds, 1 week on the reta and slu-pp, next week the orals come in. I just want to introduce it by itself when I am ready.

@PrinceDaddy i'm currently on 2mgs of reta. if you aren't super overweight you won't notice much. i'm down about 5 pounds in 1 month on it which is amazing but it isn't crazy noticeable, but someone who is super fat would lose a lot more

Joints seem to feel dry today. Not sure why. Seem to sleep not as well on Sunday evening. I do get up at 4am M-F. Maybe the shock of getting up before the body is ready. I did have a little Deca from Feb-April. Maybe the deca effects diminishing.

I ended up doing another 20 hour fast today. No groceries, so not eating. Out of eggs, spinach, sweet potatoes. Got groceries this afternoon.
Supply chain must be whacked, first grocery store had not sweet potatoes or onions. I just left.

I suppose you could just call it OMAD. Since it is a 4 hour feeding window for the meal bolus. Seem to be doing better. Having no issue during the fasting, anxious to see how I do later in the evening. Whether cravings and appetite control make me less hungry.

Busy week as it is last week of school for the kiddo and graduation. Running around on a flexible schedule. Will have to shorten my Saturday leg day.

Was looking at my log from last year to reflect on Semaglutide which I used last year, in a much better place this year. Of course last year was rough with all the life events. I've made this far. Hopefully better things ahead.

Joints seem to feel dry today. Not sure why. Seem to sleep not as well on Sunday evening. I do get up at 4am M-F. Maybe the shock of getting up before the body is ready. I did have a little Deca from Feb-April. Maybe the deca effects diminishing.

I ended up doing another 20 hour fast today. No groceries, so not eating. Out of eggs, spinach, sweet potatoes. Got groceries this afternoon.
Supply chain must be whacked, first grocery store had not sweet potatoes or onions. I just left.

I suppose you could just call it OMAD. Since it is a 4 hour feeding window for the meal bolus. Seem to be doing better. Having no issue during the fasting, anxious to see how I do later in the evening. Whether cravings and appetite control make me less hungry.

Another fasting day in the books. I am starting to wear a waist trainer in the afternoon/evening. Still not feeling much of anything on the Reta.
Next week will bump top 2mg. Got another vial of 20mg, so will slowly titrate up.

Feel generally good. See conditioning coming in, just have to keep pressing on.

Much of this due to some schedule issues with my kiddos last week of school. Just trying to fit my schedule to her change up this week. I feel ok, appetite does seem to kick in the evening. Been having a protein shake if I feel that urge. I am wearing the waist trainer afternoon and evening. I think that tends to make you eat less.

Brought ground turkey 99/1. So will meal prep for the next 3 days with turkey during the omad meal.

My shoulders joints are feeling sore. The deca is out of my system. I'm definitely feeling joint soreness or inflammation. Being careful as I proceed.

Took my second dose of Reta 1mg. So 2mg weekly at this point. It may doing something for me. Not sure if I am feeling the appetite suppression. I am fasting today with a 20 hour fast or OMAD. I will do the same tomorrow and Friday. This is due to many schedule change ups this week. It could just be my schedule this week.

Ordered some more Retatrutide, also picked up Cagrilinitide and MOTS-C. Anxious to see how things look. I do change up my cycle this Saturday. Reducing Test and EQ. Adding orals starting on Monday.

Was not intentional to do 4 days, more a result of just some other scheduling activities this week. I am thinking of doing MWF going forward for the show. I do plan on doing the 36 hour fast at some point, especially leading into the blood work.

I am really starting to believe in the reta. I'm having an easier time fasting or dieting. I have not had insane cravings. I am eating my meal with high protein emphasis when it is time to eat. I will keep monitoring and have more input as the weeks progress. So far, it is really helping.

Last full anabolic dose today. Next week will add the orals and drop the cycle to the following

@PrinceDaddy the waist trainer is perfect, you want that to really tighten things up.

With retatrutide, you should try ED dosing called micro-dosing you would feel it more around 0.5mgs ED try that and see if it helps.

Fasting, push to OMAD for at least 2 weeks, just 4+hours your 20 hour fast, you'll see a difference.

Your cycle is not bad for show prep, but close to the show you'll need to lighten up on the EQ and up the tren more.
