Not bad considering ive tapered my doses to a third on most things and half on test. Two more weeks and then we fire up the doses again with some tren and masteron combined with the primo, Test, and NPP. Cant wait to see the poundages skyrocked again for a couple months. Yes fat is melting away. Almost hit 239 today. Should keep going down as I cut cals and up sema dose.

So basically I've cut PED doses down 66% and keeping strength and losing fat. Can't complain about that. My veins are popping out in places I've never seen them. Both legs are getting very cut. Waist is still shrinking at a linear rate. I designed my fat loss cut to be linear over the course of the entire year and it's working. If weight comes off to fast I increase cals and lift heavier. It's basically a 3 year recomp that I am going through. I won't allow any muscle loss during this entire time as I have huge things coming down the line I've been working on for so long. I fully plan on being the most jacked powerlifter to ever hit the stage. Watch out Stan Efferding.

Pretty excited how things are going atm. Weight has finally broken the 239 level all while strength is going sideways during my health phase. Things really going to start rocking in two weeks when PED use goes up triple. Cant wait for this upcoming strength peaking cycle. Should be one for the books. Going to put everything I have into it. I want to make a statement at the powerlifting comp and to be known by everyone as a threat. I am not only looking to break records next year I am looking to shatter them. As long as I keep small linear gains without gaining too much weight too fast I believe its all possible. I think when people go up to fast thats when problems arise health wise. Ok everyone have a great weekend. BTW my wife absolutely smoked it today in the gym. 165 lbs close grip bench for 3 sets of 8. She actually got 9 on the 3rd set. She is also back down to around 138 lbs so its looking likely she will make the 132 weight class in July. Cant wait to see her bench 225 at 132 lbs. Ok everyone lets get Strong AF!!!

Wont be upping doses until later next week but getting volume in and doing 5x5 on all the three main lifts for the next 4 weeks and then the final half of the cycle will be a 4 week taper doing triples and doubles. Might not do any singles until we hit the stage. Save the singles for the meet. Nothing wrong with doing 95% 1RM for sets of 2 instead. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

My weight will be about 237 on Friday morning. I had carbs on Saturday as that is my weekly cheat meals. It will go down after a couple days but most likely be up higher tomorrow from today's leg session. I get massive inflammation after each workout which is good. Inflammation equals muscle gains. I don't expect my weight to drop much after I start my increased PED use next week though. I wouldn't be surprised to see my weight jump 10 lbs while in a deficit. Tren will be introduced and my body loves Tren.

Done very well with it on my last two cycles. Night sweats are the only sides I got and I can handle night sweats. Used to it over the years on a fishing boat almost every night had night sweats.

I thought that could be fun. We’ve competed on the platform together I was on platform 1 he was on platform 2. I cannot recall if it was a squat a bench or deadlift or what but the announcer made a funny comment about husband wife face off lol. That takes a lot to do a routine to music and in sync with eachother.

I thought that could be fun. We’ve competed on the platform together I was on platform 1 he was on platform 2. I cannot recall if it was a squat a bench or deadlift or what but the announcer made a funny comment about husband wife face off lol. That takes a lot to do a routine to music and in sync with eachother.

Close grip bench will probably go up by 10 lbs per week as it is towards end of the session when things are fried. Ok everyone have a nice week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

I wonder how I should gage the Tren. If I have no sides just continue it? I do have T3 I could microdose as well as injectable l carnatine

i think prolactin is the bigger issue with tren vs t3 issues if yo ucompare

Volume is starting to kick in. Can really feel it. Body loves to lay down and fall asleep rather easily now after workout. This is week 2 of 8 for the competition peaking cycle. First 4 week phase is just overloading with volume and increasing weights substantially each week by 10% on the three main lifts. Week 4 is going to be a major challenge but I am up to it. Will be moving some serious weight for 5x5 on all three lifts. Hopefully the 1600mg per week of injectables kicks in big time in the next 10 days. I need it. LOL. Next week is 565x5x5. I wonder if I should start creatine now to prepare for it? How can it be used without adding bloat? Just use on workout days only? 5 grams? I'm on a dry cycle unless you count the 400mg test prop and 250 Sustanon. I figure the 400mg primo and 400mg Masteron Prop should help keep dry. Also using 10mg aromasin 2 times week.

Get HCL creatine, its less bloat. I would front load creatine if you plan to go heavy 605 level. :D

I think you're capable of pushing more weight, for sure. But that's impressive. The amount of weight you're doing, considering you drop so much overall body fat.

Forgot to say I started on 5gms creatine per day. Will take it until I run out and then drop it. I want to be able to get through the next 2 weeks of 5x5 as it's going to be a bitch. Will be pushing my limits on the weights being used with that volume. Will be up to as high as 95% on deadlift. Don't think I can get them but I will try. I will probably kitchen sink it. Dropping tbol for superdrol and TNE.

@RoidRage69 seriously impressive numbers! Hitting 525x5x5 on conventional deadlifts after that ramp-up and moving a huge RDL and row afterward shows real power and work capacity. When you’re consistently progressing at those loads, the rest of your prep is just dialing in the details.
