small update
Yesteday's workout went out pretty easy, after 3 days of booze (it was my 37 bday).
At the moment I don't notice any strenght / performance loss.
Weight still around 82/83 kg
I had some moodiness during the weekend, but it's part of the game, and yesterday I was as happy as before.
Team x 2 athletes
Player 1 --> 12 american swing (kettlebell 32 kg)
Player 2 -->9 handstand pushups
Player 1 --> 6 devil press (1 dummbell 22.5 kg)
Player 2 --> MAX REP THRUSTER 60 KG unbroken.
AND SWITCH
Goal was 150 or more rep... we sat at 100; 60 kg is a lot for me, I could do 6 to 8 reps per round, some guys did even 15 or 20 in a round :S
Anyhow, no fatigue, no doms, no problems, just bad joints as usual.
this is a great little workout you put together. looking really good and 12 american swing kettlebell 32kg

1st min --> 3 clean and jerk 80 kg
2nd min --> 20 push ups
3rd min --> 15 pull ups
.... till minute 30

That's what I do daily, and allows me to not count calories that much, I just try to hit heavy protein and a good amount of carbs with some fat.
This protocol allows to remain shredded and strong, but it's hard to build muscles size with this amount of work, and sometimes it's not the best option to get big, especially for gymnastic skill. My sport is all about balancing skill and body shape.

I had some troubles with last clean and jerks because I was very taxed with push ups and pull pups, but I managed to do at least 2 in the last 4 rounds.

I can assume strenght is holding, today I have bench presses, let's see what I can do.

Player A12 db snatch single db 22.5
Player B 8 burpees
Player A12 mt walking lungees double kettlebells 24 kg
Player B 8 burpees
Player A 12 presses 70 kg
AND SWITCH, repeat for 30 min

Target 12 rounds
I believe I will start with 60 kg then increase to 70, let's see

Jackie Chan did these types of workouts aside the cleans/jerks.
he also did a lot of hand stands. and he built that physique. i think its awesome

i think 83kg is a good weight for you. but a no-no on the alcohol.

I have a background of weekly stadium attending, both away and home match of football so my cheat day includes several beers or wine. Now Im having a c@mpari spritz post workout, I'm italian ;) and I like cigs and weed. No snorting or stuff, just a nornal lad. I bet you all have much more discipline than me, but Im an amateur and I envy you.

Hi all
yesterday was very hard I had to admit, harder than previous day.
Not for the workout by itself, but the temperature is rising here (around 30-35 degrees).
So I'm feeling not so strong / motivated due to the heat.
On top, I'm having some DOMS as well, this mainly because (I suppose) I'm back to normal T level (4th week of PCT).
Now I'm tacking omega for brain and joints, magnesium before sleep for recover, and during the breakfast I'm adding also this compound:
Fructose, Maltodextrin, mineral salts and Vitamins C - E.
Before workout, I'm having Cluster Dextrin (Glycobol from Yamamoto) and a can of redbull sugar free.
Plus 3 espresso a day.
Let's see if this helps somehow, I hope I won't feel like a zombie all summer long :D
Any suggestion is more than welcome!

yesterday was very hard I had to admit, harder than previous day.
Not for the workout by itself, but the temperature is rising here (around 30-35 degrees).
So I'm feeling not so strong / motivated due to the heat.

DOMS are likely due to your diet and overtraining. How much macros and foods you eating? @Simoneme
 
Soccer, it s football for us :)
yeah soccer is a cute sport. especially the way you guys bounce that ball off your heads. personally i don't like any sport where you can't use your hands

I'm considering lowering a bit clomid, introducing osta and increase hcgen daily intake to 5 pills. This, for both motivation and joint relief
