Ok Brothers update is a big one for myself ive hired a coach to help me on my ongoing journey as i felt i hit a plateau. im learning alot of new exercises ive never done before for training and ive learnt alot in nutrition and where i have been going wrong in my my diet. And my peds have changed aswell to safer compounds.

Progress picture and food so far ill upload my new training soon. Training has been slow as im learning and has been very humbling experience 😂

U caught me out brother i have not been doing cardio i will be trying my best to start again. Ever since my calf injury i stopped cardio im all healed up now ready to go

Just grinding away bro, been a good run lately. Couple more weeks of pushing to go, looking forward to a deload and reset to be honest

New Training pix for back and biceps on Wednesday. Monday i trained legs for the 1st time in months after torn calf was very humbling shaking chicken legs 😂 did not go heavy still learning the form.

New diet food im enjoying 🤤
