I'm adding 20 lbs per week to bench on this cycle. Most likely going to drop to 10 lbs per week final 4'weeks. I am on week 4 of 8. I would say I'm progressing pretty damn fast. Besides I suck at bench. Always have. My bum shoulder will always hold it back a bit. I am hoping to hit a paused single in comp at 375. 335 is the most I've ever done without elbow sleeves so I'm pretty happy with how things are progressing.
Once this comp cycle is over I'm going to go off semaglutide and go on a prolonged hypertrophy phase to put on as much muscle as possible before I cut down again for next summer possibly nationals.
