Few of you have already seen my pics but heres my first log in Evo.
Currently I'm 5 ft 7 @ 129.5kg decently lean. The plan is to compete in the Aussie IFBB Season C shows. Not sure if that's exactly what will happen as I've dig myself a pretty deep hole already and just getting through the day is a current struggle. Working with a trainer from my gym who is overseeing things we've decided to put my food back up to a much more reasonable intake. Currently at:
300 P / 600 C / 45 F
Still a fair bit of time and although I want to be ready early, if I kept going the way I was I wouldve mentally burnt out.
Training is 6 days per week
Workout A: Chest/back/shoulders
Workout B: Arms/legs
Repeat each session 3 times weekly doing 3 sets per muscle group per workout.
Not going to get into specifics on the gear right now. After chatting with the trainer its recently been brought down quite considerably which is a different approach for me. Ive definitely pushed things way too hard in the past.

Around 2.5g total of test/Tren/mast
15 iu gh
40mcg T3
80mcg clen
1.5mg Retatrutide EOD
