Crazy schedule broI’m officially starting this log 8/5/25.
I’ve got waaaaay too much happening before that, with a new market at work and I took in an ex gfs son. He’s a troubled kid that just turned 18 and I’ve been telling his mom he’s lineman material since he was 10. So he’s my problem now hahaha. Gonna have him eating and lifting and working and with luck, out of jail. I’m also competing in and hosting a waterski tournament, so that’s going to take up all of my time and I’ll need days to recover from that.
I’m going to schedule bloodwork sometime near the beginning of the log, and I’m contemplating a fast after my tournament but before the blood work. @stevesmi any thoughts on this? I’ve done some short fasts but mostly not intentionally. I can handle it ok, maybe 40 hours
I’m really still planning. I’m probably going to just eat the same things every week with a little variety between days.
i like it in the ovenHahahaha! Deep fried is the only way.
Your log is whoa!i like it in the oven

Sounds like a smart plan. No need to rush. It's not like you're prepping for a comp or somethingWell. Today was the day I started this log, but I’m just not ready at all. I’m way way way behind with everything at work and it’s going to be a couple weeks at least before I can breathe. I’m going to stick with my trt, same eating, but I did just start daily yoga as I’ve built up quite a few little injuries this season. I’m not even lifting. I also want to complete a good fast before this log starts. Maybe two. And bloodwork. I need to get as healthy as possible and especially need the mental pressure from my business to be pushing me up and not down
You can't lift at all? @toddthelineman you have me concerned, how bad are the injuries?Well. Today was the day I started this log, but I’m just not ready at all. I could lift some. My left bicep tendonitis just won’t give up. Tb and bpc kept me skiing through nationals. It’s the main thing. Something is nagging in my ankle, some chronic things in my back are nagging. You can't lift at all? @toddthelineman you have me concerned, how bad are the injuries?
On the food, lets start increasing bone broth, and your multi mineral intake.
Red light therapy there? how about BPC/TB?
Start getting red light on the spot and other parts of the body like the shoulder, red light therapy worksI could lift some. My left bicep tendonitis just won’t give up. Tb and bpc kept me skiing through nationals. It’s the main thing. Something is nagging in my ankle, some chronic things in my back are nagging.
The rub is, work has taken a back seat for several weeks now so that’s going to be a lot on my body already, and it’s really affecting me mentally. I’m wanting to use yoga as my main physical outlet and front load it for the bulk when I know my hamstrings and back are going to feel really tight. It’s going to be really important for me and my lifestyle to stay loose as I grow.
I’ll try putting my red light right on the tendinitis, I haven’t done that yet.
I’ve got 10mg each of bpc and tb left. I’ll need to reup, and I will.
Not currently, but mk677 and I’m loving it. I went up to 25mg at night, but maybe got a little heartburn? I’m no longer wanting to eat absurd amounts. Just my regular 4-5k calorie appetite.Start getting red light on the spot and other parts of the body like the shoulder, red light therapy works@toddthelineman
Remind me, you taking HGH?
Bro you need to get out on your beamer. Nothing de-stresses my life better than long ride. Total Zen. 100% focus on the road and everything else fades away. Not currently, but mk677 and I’m loving it. Honestly man stress is hitting me harder than anything. I have these cycles. I do way too much and then I just need to reboot. But stress affects my body a lot too. I’m a very tense person. Lifting helps with stress but I can easily take it too far.

@toddthelineman heartburn could be from it sure. You should consider adding actual HGH to the mix, 2 IUs, this might be the big reboot. Not currently, but mk677 and I’m loving it. Stress! 100% big issue, you take valerian every day?
Bro I promise you will feel better. In the winter I can literally see my stress levels rise on my tracker. Riding is my favorite stress relief. Especially riding fast...needs hyper focus. When you get off it's like the whole world slows down. That’s not a bad idea at all

Some really good ones by me. There’s countryside between me and the suburbs of Chicago. Not very hilly, but sweeping turns, and some really cool farmhouses like barn mansions and houses on top of silos and stuff. I think pretty much anywhere you can find some nice single lane highway riding when you get away from the city. Google maps is a great way to find new roads. Just zoom out a little bit and looks for the really twisty stuff and go check it out.

Try valerian root with extra zinc and some herbal teaI never did take valerian. I’ll give it a try.
I’ve got three vials of serostim still. I wasn’t sure now world be the best use for them. But it makes sense. If I can get very very similar, kinda better results from mk for the long term, and save myself tens of thousands of dollars, definitely doing that! Hahahaha. So I can use the fancy stuff to maximize my healing
Looking good bro! Super lean.Just a little update. Still running trt and mk677. I’m still eating the way I normally do, but not tracking and It’s a little chaotic.
Work has been absolutely crazy, had a quick nighttime emergency turn into a 14 hour night shift last night. I hate those but they pay the bills
Yeah that’s pretty much how it goes. I got the call at 1pm. It was three hours away. I had to get my guy, get all the stuff loaded up, get down there. A dump truck had ripped down two poles, one was a “T” pole, so four “spans” came down in a T intersection. I did prep work while the power contractors set the two poles and re energized everything, and since it was Saturday night in the slums I had to control traffic instead of just resting and waiting. People kept driving and walking through the barricades. I couldn’t really get started started until almost two am, and I finally left at four. The guys for the other communication lines showed up at three and just immediately screwed everything up. Framed their lines crossing mine. MoronsLooking good bro! Super lean.
Someone crashed into a pole? How's it work when that happens. They call you in right away and you get to just hang out while hydro restores the power? Nice paycheck if that's how it goes
People are such morons...walking through barricades. Must be extra frustrating when you're dead tired and stuck waiting to work to go home. Hahaha I don’t even know what I was getting paid. Haven’t worked for that customer in years. But I have to pay out OT for sure. I was getting hours from the time of the phone call to the time I leave, plus production rates for the footage of the cable I hung and unit rates for the pole attachments and anchors. I’m just not sure what the 2025 rates are. I imagine I made a few thousand last night. Gotta pay the kid and it cost a tank of diesel. Yeah, I need more of these asap. This customer pays 45 days out, but no funny stuff. If it’s approved it’s money in the bank. My other customers need constant prodding, always something missing. I had to hire someone to chase my money, she puts in 25 hours a week from home. I had to climb everything last night, I’ve got one bucket with a transmission just went out, the other needs a generator and maybe more. Work is really kicking me while I’m down rnSounds worth it too me!

Yeah I’ve fired a few in the last year, and had to let one seriously talented guy go because I couldn’t afford him. But should have been able to, he would be a money machine but it’s not worth a damn if I can’t get paid and on time. There are definitely line crews you can get on with a record, any record. Sorry man. My ex tried to kill herself more than once but one time she almost pulled it off twice. My son found her convulsing and called 911 in time for her to survive, the time before that her husband found her. She has brain damage from it, but she can mostly take care of herself. @toddthelineman HOT! touchdown from @domestic-supply.com Greg!Well I’m not ready to do a cycle yet, but I’m a sucker for a deal and I never tried EQ so here it is! 300mg/ml EQ from domestic-supply.
So I’m sitting on primo, deca, test e, test u, test suspension, injectable winnie and now EQ. As well as MK677, most of a kit of serostim, at least like 25 25mg winnies that I’ll never use, a handful of medical 2.5mg vars, cardarine that didn’t impress me.
I just need work to smooth out for me so I can commit to a routine.
I probably have more. I’m an experimenter and a hoarder. I never did any big cycles, I’ve gotten results from lower doses and I’ve gotten side effects too. I probably shouldn’t hoard so much. I wouldn’t want to have to explain it to someone who wouldn’t understand hahahaDang brother, you have a hell of a stash, makes my mouth water …![]()
Talk about tasty brisketAnother oven brisket success.
2 hours at 250° with a metal pan of water near the heat source.
Wrap in tin foil, set oven cook time for four hours 250°. Then just leave it in there til home from work.
Leaving it in the oven as it cools is the one thing that I did out of necessity that wasn’t on the recipe, and it’s what must have made it almost as tender as a smoker.
I poured the juices back onto it and have been eating it since lunch time (working near home). Five pounds. I’ll finish it
