15kg AMRAP burnout set
Temporary push workout today just to make up for some lost training over the weekend. Will be moving back to regular split tomorrow though.
Big session and big volume, was well fed and digested before the workout and had some intra carbs while training too just to try and keep me going.
Too many intensifiers for a push day but as most can probably tell by now i do love a bit of volume.
So 5 weeks in and 5kg down.. mostly happy with where everything is at and i know ill get the 'small' feelings here and there on a cut but once i really push into becoming leaner i think ill find my attention will gravitate towards that and not worry about filling out my shirts as much lol. That can be next years problem

Into the second third of this cycle now and need to stay tight on track, where we sit at the end of the next 5 weeks will determine how hard we need to push on the remaining 5 weeks.
