Pretty much sums it up Lev, the only things I sometimes have tested on top of these, if having issues with BP, Water retention, or anemic like symptoms is Renin, Aldosterone, Ceruloplasim, Copper and Zinc

On top of that, I get ECG and Echo once yearly

ECG perfect I should have added that. @Dreamer :D

I'd like to have a lot of bloods from logs moved here if possible.
In the log food and training is good but bloods are NOT getting enough attention imo @Allupfromhere

I agree with you. People dont seem to prioritise bloodwork which is pretty crazy. All we can do is keep leaning on the recommendation that its the best way to know their current situation when things get tricky.

Great write up. I've run every one of these tests with my doc except the proBNP. Don't recognize that one but based off your explanation I doubt I'll ever need it. This is some great reference material for the fam!

I doubt you would need it, it is used to rule out heart failure, but more so to assess the level of heart failure when already diagnosed - your doctor is a legend for ordering most of this - i have to pay for it as most doctors in Aus wouldnt even know what 3 qtrs of these are

I think, if you are mid forties + you should also add a coronary artery imaging test of some kind at least once. At a minimum a calcium score but even better a CT Angiogram. Can find the silent killers in us especially seeing we push ourselves. This is even more important if you have a family history of cardiac disease.

Good addition, can be challenging to get these tests ordered in Australia but the info is so valuable

Ya we have the same problem here in Canada. If you don't have some sort of identified condition they won't give you the test. You need to get sick first lol

Such a shit way of approaching health care, prevention is always better than a cure

You guys have a public healthcare system too right? Is there a shortage of doctors and hospital beds there as well? We have the highest healthcare spend with the lowest outcomes in the G7. Can't remember how you guys ranked. We have no private system when it comes to those types of tests so you're at the whim of the government.

Yeah we do, its touted as some of the best in the world but honestly its shit, they will absolutely save your life if your dying, they will help with an emergency, but for any type of health monitoring, preventative medicine its pathetic.
We have a huge shortage and its not uncommon to wait 12-16 hours or longer in emergency.
As the years go on, its becoming less free and less is covered anyway.

My biggest issue is the private system is not much better and still alot of things require referalls that you will never get as the Drs dont think you need it

Here I will go first, I just got mine back today. Just checking estrogen, red blood cell, and hematocrit. I decided to drop my TRT to 150mg a week see if I can get my bloods back inline and drop the AI for now.

Your E2 looks low - what are you running?
All the RBC numbers are elevated - which I am sure you know, were you well hydrated? at .58 a donation might be a good idea man

Sounds exactly like here minus the private part. I remember hearing American politicians talking about the great Canadian healthcare system and I was like huh? Emergency waits so long that no one goes. Hospital beds in hallways. People dying waiting for tests, or treatment.

In Canada our politicians always tout the Nordic countries but they all have 2 tier systems like you guys. We're the only country in the world with an all public system. Even hormone therapy wasn't possible until lately where doctors and clinics have found ways to work around the system. Before you needed to have below 250 free test before a regular GP might prescribe you some test cream lol

It is something I am actually incredibly passionate about, I got really really sick a couple years back which was my first real brush with our healthcare system - no shit forums like these, chat gpt, reading studys and articles and using black market meds and supps fixed everything that the doctors struggled to even diagnose - not through lack of skill, lack of time and care. Australia taxes are insanely high and what we get is utter dogshit, sad to hear canada is similar

Damn that's scary. Glad you got it figured.

Yes it seems the same story for most western countries these days and it's only getting worse. They want to explode our populations to compensate for the low birth rates and the healthcare gets worse and worse.

Like you did, people need to take their healthcare into their own hands these days. Can't be reliant on the system to take care of you cuz it's not going to. Need to be proactive and preventative. Thank god for a place like EVO with so many like-minded people who are also very knowledgeable when it comes to these subjects.

I am running .5 mg eod arimidex. Yes I was well hydrated. I can't donate yet again. My next donate date is Dec. 2nd. I donate every 6 weeks. 200mg a week is to much for my blood long term. I will reduce it and check bloods again in 6 weeks. Also see how I feel and if any low T sides show up. I am going to cut out the AI because I need to see what my estrogen does on lower t before adding back in an AI. I may not need it. I knew I was low estrogen because I felt like low libido and low drive in life in general. I didn't want to discuss it until I had blood work done and could confirm. I pretty much know now when I am high E, right on point E, and low E. This last time when I started the arimidex I could tell when I felt great coming down from high then I could tell when it switched from being in that perfect spot to low and started feeling low. I hate having to go through these things but Its been a learning experience about myself that I have needed to learn. I have also noticed when I am low E it's easier to lose weight.

Friday:
Training: see attached.
No cardio
Diet:
Daily supplements and meds
Meal after training: 6 eggs, 2 bagels, and 60 gram protein shake
No snack today
Dinner tonight: just some pics. We went out to dinner for my son's 12th birthday. Fogo de Chao! I ate meat until I was stuffed and had some molten lava cake.
Some crazy looking food. this needs a NSFW warning - I am trying to cut here brother 😂

Comprehensive brother, nice work.

Here I will go first, I just got mine back today. Just checking estrogen, red blood cell, and hematocrit. I decided to drop my TRT to 150mg a week see if I can get my bloods back inline and drop the AI for now.
Bloodwork indicated you're probably quite dehydrated bro and something messing with your hematology - are you running EQ at the moment? Or were you recently? If that's the case, I would speculate that your e2 is far lower than displayed on the test as well.

I am hydrated and I have never used equipoise before only test. I drank plenty of water that morning before blood work. My blood work 3 weeks before was just a tad lower on the hematocrit and red blood but still not good. I drank a gallon of water before blood work to make sure dehydration was not causing the problem. My estrogen had been up even after 8 weeks off my last cycle just being on TRT. My physician prescribed an AI so i started the arimidex at .5mg EOD. This blood test you are seeing is my follow up to starting the AI to see where I was to adjust if needed. Seeing my hematocrit and red blood to keep going up. I have decided to cut my TRT down from 200mg to 150mg a week which I pin 2x weekly. I am going to stop the AI for now and retest in 6 weeks to see where everything is without an AI. I believe estrogen will come down along with red blood and hematocrit at 150mg a week. Then I will see where I am at then adjust from there if I need to. I will pay attention to how I feel on the lower dose of TRT as well. I feel good at 200mg but blood work is not right. I need both. Then my plan is to do another cycle in Feb. Then my plan was to add equipoise with test for the first time. Hopefully financially one day I can get where I can start using 2 Iu HGH a day. Right now with living cost just keep rising specially health insurance there isn't much room for extra stuff right now. I just can't believe that I spend more on health insurance then I do on my mortgage, property insurance and taxes combined.

Mate agreed the cost of living at the moment is brutal. GH will be a game changer for you though.

Curious about your hematology! I'll be following along and am keen to see what your bloodwork looks like in the future. EQ may not be the way to go based on these bloods 😊

You're right. It's gotta be a balance of feeling good and being healthy.

@LevButlerov

Can you tell me why eq might not be a good mix for me so I can learn more about eq and myself?

Can you tell me why eq might not be a good mix for me so I can learn more about eq and myself?
I think @R.AP is talking about your thicker blood situation @kcates
Yeah exactly - a lot of people struggle to keep their hematology in check when using EQ even without any prior concerns. Coming into it with elevated RBC, HMG and HCT would be a cause for concern. Especially if you're hydrated here with these results. Might need to look at another compound to drive anabolism and something else to keep e2 in check brother :)

Ok, thank you. Let's say that my numbers do go in the green at 150mg test weekly and they stay that way until I do a blast would it still be advised not to use eq on a blast? What other compounds would be a better choice?

You can do test and deca, shouldn't be an issue for you, and it really is going to depend on your goals. High test wont be an issue if you use an ai with it @kcates

If your hematology creeps back in range and you can keep in there consistently then I'm sure you could consider EQ again, but you'd want to be paying close attention to your bloods moving forward.

In the current climate it's hard to find a replacement. Typically Primo would be a direct swap but hard to source the real stuff at the moment.

You might like to consider higher test + an oral AI, or, if your e2 is easily managed and you were considering another compound purely for additional anabolism you might choose NPP.

NPP would require some additional planning and prep though because then you're keeping an on both e2 and progesterone.

Almost definitely it would be best to work with a coach :)

@LevButlerov

Dang, you had me all excited to try eq! I wanted to try deca as well I guess that will happen sooner then later!

NPP will provide him an opportunity to clear the compound out quicker if he comes into progestogenic or estrogenic issues 👌 but either is fine. Both are Nandrolone the only difference is the ester. Once the ester is gone, it's all the same.

Luckily arimidex knocks my e2 down. When I did 500mg a test and it was up and my middle blood work I took .5mg EOD and it crashed it so I went to.25 EOD and that kept me around 50. I prefer to be mid-high estrogen that is how I feel best with mood and libido. When I did 500mg my e2 only went up to around 90's with no AI. Actually my hematocrit and red blood was lower then it was lately. It's just been continually slowly going up while on TRT and while I did my first blast. If we looked at a graph it probably wouldn't even have noticed I had been on a blast cause it just kept going linearly up. It didn't run like I was lower then went on blast it went way up then went back to TRT and it went back down. Just been continuously going up. Hopefully bringing my TRT down 50mg will reverse the 📉.

I think after using and selling pot, cocaine, acid, mushrooms, LSD, ecstacy, quaaludes, roofies, meth, oxy, percs, morphine, other designer drugs. I am sure I missed a few in there but point made. I think trying some deca will be ok. Lol. Glad that 20 years of my life is behind me. That was a crazy and fun at times but spent a lot of time in jail or prison cause of all that bullshit.

What changed in your life to decide to stop the drinking completely? Did you get your degree before or after this change?
It was fairly simple my brother :D I decided to stop drinking the night I woke up in the ER with no idea how I got there and saw my girl crying at the end of the bed. Up until then I kept telling myself I was a "social drinker," even though I was blacking out multiple nights a week and constantly waking up on the street.
The next day I went to my 1st recovery meeting and promised myself I’d just stay sober for 24 hours, then kept repeating that. As the fog lifted, meetings helped me face the stuff I’d been numbing instead of running from it. Only after I was sober did I came to the EVO family and it changed my life.
The biggest change was that alcohol stopped being the center of my life, and I started making choices based on who I wanted to become instead of where the next drink was. I decided to dedicated my life to my EVO brothers and sisters. :D

I get it and so happy for you. I tell u what changed me. I just got sick and tired of the drug dealing life. Wanted my life to change and not have to rely on selling drugs to live. Always worried about people trying to steal from you and snitching on you. One day on the way home from my business, only reason I started my business was to launder money but it thrived on its own, so I was working my business all day then running dope at night. I cried out to God and asked him to get me out of it all I was tired. God verbally spoke to me and all he said was your going back to prison! The crazy thing about that is if I hadn't asked for his help I probably wouldn't have gotten busted at that point because the detectives told me during the arrest they had not ever heard of me in distributing in that city. But 4 months after God spoke to me I got busted. Detectives were waiting for me at my house. I been sketched out peeking out my blinds the whole time waiting. After God spoke to me about a month later one of my college kids distributing got busted and turned snitch on me. The worst part was being handcuffed sitting on the end of my bed watching the cops playing with my 2 year old at the time son. The one now who just became a United States Marine. After that I ended up doing a year on a possession charge. My lawyer who was a customer and friend was kept on speed dial got the trafficking charge beat down to a possession charge. Luckily in the State paid lawyers are worth it. Not in the Feds so much. After that I stayed clean for awhile but fell back into selling pot. Then once I started this fitness journey I finally quit selling weed. Now I just grind at my construction work and in the gym of course!

This is amazing brother WOW! I’ve woken up in Emerg at least a half dozen times too. As you know one time I was dead and had to be paddled. I totally relate. The 12-step program changed my life and now so has EVO.

Very refreshing to learn a little bit about our brother Lev. We have similar stories and I totally get this. Mad respect and love to you for slaying that dragon and all you do here for service of others it’s truly part of our step 12 service.

The evo family is lucky to have you @LevButlerov

Naw people are either intelligent or they aren't. There's all different types of intelligence too. Someone as well thought out as yourself isn't learned behavior. You're born with it. Whether people apply themselves is a different story but it's there either way. Just shows the way the disease can hijack the mind.

When I was stuck on oxys everyday I'd think why am I doing this, what is wrong with me, I'm gonna taper off and stop. Inevitably I would just do the same thing as the day before and the next day I'd have that same conversation again. Just takes over your brain to the point where you become a totally different person.

There's also using it.

One kind of 'intelligence' is (applicable on PED use, training and drug etc) 'knowing thy self'. I'd argue that my late brother David (died due to alcohol) 100% had a decent level of intelligence. His memory of prior events, names and places was better than mine. Quite the thinker and very observant of others. But never looked inwards.

You missed the part below where I said whether or not people apply themselves is what makes the difference @Mobster

I know lots of people who underachieve for one reason or another. Just the way she goes as we say up here in Canada.

Ahh but we differ. I could argue that I could have done better - aka applying myself vs my comment earlier of applying to YOURSELF.

By way of example a buddy from Gloucester was that clever. He'd be that guy who knew where a carbon atom was on a test ester. But also fat and on a chocolate milk diet. So great at the knowledge and zero at applying it - and esp to himself

Haha good point @Mobster

All different types of intelligence and levels of application.

A great example is the guy who's to smart for his own good. Over thinks everything and ends up accomplishing nothing at the end of the day.

That's one great thing about people is we're all unique in our own ways.

Pretty good bloods really, HDL is good. Trigs could be lower - but not bad, are you taking any supps?
You would likely benefit from a good dose of fish oil, citrus bergamot and red yeast rice.

What does your diet look like too?

HCT a little high - getting up there, but your Urea was too - were you well hydrated for this test?

Bloods look good bro I see nothing to worry about. Urea was a bit high but you're just dehydrated a little just up your water intake. Next time I'd ask for your e2 levels as well.
