And so you should be jealous lol, somehow society had dictated we need to bust our balls to buy shit we dont need then retire broken old men, thats not living. Can't get to specific as ill dox myself.

It's a trade off, I'm on call 24hrs a day 365 days of the year, in reality its prob about 30hrs a week. Even on holidays we got back from Thailand couple months back and I spent 3+hrs each day on work commitments.
No public hols, no sick days, no annual leave.
And I wouldn't change it for anything this is my unicorn.

I make alright coin, but most importantly is living within your means, also dont compare what you own to what others have and never buy anything that depreciates on tick.

Old gym was 200sqm new one is 2400sqm. Huge difference, heaps more options for different exercises.

Hack machine is weird, old one you felt the weight as you dropped into the squat this one you only feel the weight as you push out. But I was loading more weight on the other machine, it'll take some getting use too.

Did you get your IGF from the 16iu?
It was 10iu pre test for GH , that won't effect igf lvls, it takes ages for igf-1 to build up in the system. Plus it's dependent on so many other variables, e2 lvls, liver health, carb intake etc.
Other thing is we don't want high igf-1 in the serum we want it in the cells.
Should get results back next week.

These macros are working a dream atm i would like higher protein but trust coach has got them right so far at least anyway.

Volume is actually reduced, its 2 warm up sets, 1 working set, its really cut the fatigue down, I'm just super focused on mind muscle connection and form during the warmups and still getting just as good a pump.

Yeah was going to comment on your ramping sets. Makes a big difference to fatigue for me while still allowing to push one set. I'm actually surprised at the amount of straight sets I see. Don't think I'm going to go as far as worshiping Mike Mentzer though.

Yeah was going to comment on your ramping sets. Makes a big difference to fatigue for me while still allowing to push one set. I'm actually surprised at the amount of straight sets I see. Don't think I'm going to go as far as worshiping Mike Mentzer though.
Yeah Different strokes, in my 30s loved heaps of hard sets ,now with recovery not being as elite I'm really liking the focus on form and 1 hard set, reduced fatigue means I'm growing more i think.

Can always add another working set If I feel something is falling off

Actually yeah didn't think about the recovery difference. Makes sense though. I remember when I was in my 20's being at the gym for two hours and happily doing more.

Ive been behind the scenes mostly trying to fully get back in the thick of it all, did a few evo podcasts, changed jobs a while ago more blue collar work, an somehow in the process crashed my estrogen lol, so i wasn't around on alot of logs unfortunately, coach and i finally got estrogen fixed with the help of some low dose Npp been fantastic.

My first workout back in almost a month was a 17 movement banger lol, coach requested i back off and not do that for a while lol, everything is much better now that i dont feel like i got hit by a bus lol.

Thinking so, i just came off a 12 week cycle of test at 500 and mast at 150 felt great, dropped back into 200 test and some low dose eq, didnt think anything of it till my whole body felt like i had the flu when i wasnt sick, i just hurt all over anr my knee was in ridiculous pain joint wise, ran bloods lowest e2 here is 10 i came in at 15, felt fucking terrible man, i talked with my coach thankfully i have two 10 mls of npp been running that low dose for a bit and i felt good again, seems i do better with a bit higher ranged e2.
 
Very rare to see the roman chair in use, @Ulter and so effective always feel like a complete workout afterwards for the glutes hams and lower back
yeah its a shame people don't do them
 
She got the Hip thrusters before I went 🤣

Volume is actually reduced, its 2 warm up sets, 1 working set, its really cut the fatigue down, I'm just super focused on mind muscle connection and form during the warmups and still getting just as good a pump.

I told my wife your Tren story about the love making and her response was hilarious. My wife goes "Awww that's so sad" LMAO!!! Nothing even close to what we were saying lol
