Veteran Log Testosterone, Equipoise, HGH Cycle Log

We are getting weaker, just wasn't use to it. But yeah its been over 35c 95f for a while now . Still haven't seen a 40+ day yet , normally start around Christmas
Sleeping with no AC is the worst. Do you guys have basements in Aus? If my AC goes down I just live underground lol

I am a big fan of doing these push-ups and then doing the tricep. Really working the back of the arms on that one and working your chest is very important on pushing splits. @Freki

Still amazed how people can get big and ripped just doing bodyweight exercises. @ceo had a mate started out at 20 pushups situps pullups crunches etc a day and kept on adding 1 more rep every day. He got to about 150 and looked absolutely jacked

It's dominated by double brick and tile on concrete slab and quite sandy soils. So basements would end up being pretty expensive
Ah that makes sense. Sand isn't good cuz. You'd have to dig it all out and backfill with gravel and soil. Really expensive like you said.

It's high dose SLU, normally you see it at 500mcg this is 50mg , the lab doesn't sell it capped its bulk so cheaper.

Coach said the tighter i am before the bulk the longer I can go. Looking at early Jan to kick it off, so if can maintain 86-87kg plus lose a kg of fat ill be sitting in a pretty good spot.

Body is holding all the fat in the midsection and a little on the rear but Mr likes a fat booty.

Sorry about the neck problems, that definitely needs to be addressed. @Freki you likely have some type of disc issue going on. It's a good idea to decompress the neck and do some stretching and yoga.
