@Noah Wixx you're a great and natural speaker and I bet that is the case, even on a topic such as that, because you've come to terms with and dealt with your trauma in a way that you can both talk about it and know that you're helping others (like me) as they listen. Cudos to @BeMe for helping get you there I know he played a big role in that for you.

Amazing episode I just finished it. Again you’re an excellent speaker and your courage and strength to speak on your grandmother and your trauma is inspiring. You seem so comfortable speaking that it made me feel comfortable listening. Excellent job on one of the most important important topics!

Honestly even if im uncomfortable or something hurts emotionally i have always been able to collect and compose myself and speak about it in a way that makes others at ease and feel comfortable, i am very mindful of the audience or people or person i speak with so when i speak i naturally try and connect and come off as inviting for others, I have come to realize people on evo enjoy hearing me speak, so for that reason i do it and accept the podcast invitations, i never thought people would be interested or get help by it, it seems a small amount of people enjoy it so i will keep doing them if invited on by the guys. I don't speak for sympathy i speak for people who like me at one point was afraid of speaking, atleast in the end those people know they are not alone, i feel i think i bleed i hurt i laugh right... off times people see us and think we are like machines void of all emotions.. that is the furthest thing from the trurh, im trying to shine a light on that.

Talking about my grnadma was fucking rough but i knew i had to do it..

Great episode princedaddy! I really like haveing different members on. I get to learn about people i havent gotten to really check out there logs yet and I have found more guys this way that are my age and I can learn from. Like princedaddy and harleyguy. I have had in my mind that tren at my age is out of the question. You have proved that it is not. I am not saying I am going to try it any time soon but there is that chance i could use it one day after i get my experience with the basics like test, deca, equipose, mast, and primo.

I love that you're jumping right in to EVO and you're obviously loving all the knowledge download that's happening. It truly is a gift to be here.
And yes there's a place for tren for guys like us, my tren dose in my 2026 log is going to be under 100mg/week microdosed as TrenA ED. Your low and slow approach with less harsh compounds is giving your body the respect it needs until you ramp up to try a run of something like Tren after bloodwork, etc

Tagging @PrinceDaddy so he reads your post and knows he's helping others.

When I'm in first got on here last year I just read to learn one compound at a time so you know what causes things to happen. So I started with my TRT, then I tried the VaR, then I tried the 500mg of test with some variety, next I am going to try either deca or eq with the test. I think I am going to just stick with injectables except maybe throw in some VAR once in a blue moon. I do kinda want to try some deca and anadrol while pushing the powerlifting when I decide to go back to some powerlifting work since that is a classic powerlifting regiment. At the same time I agree with princedaddy like not using a lot of orals. Then again I also would like to try some dbol just to experience it at least once in my life. I think I would wait to do that when I am leaner. So many things to try out just to experience them.

Yes like you say one compound and one change at a time. Steady as she goes.

@kcates & @HarleyGuy I like that we are discussing our dose responses. I would not be scared of these proven androgens, but I would start with a little and dose up and find your sweet spot. Along with monitoring how you feel and bloodwork. Are you sleeping, how is your general well being, are you getting after it.

For Tren, around 100 to 200 was right for me. My sides were this feeling of being out of breath at the gym, walking. It's like your gasping for air. I never felt rage or aggression, Maybe I'm just too old. I did feel heat, night sweats if I did 200-300mg/weekly. I think Tren with Mast is the finisher for getting as lean and hard for the stage. If you aren't going on stage, you don't necessarily need it. You also at some point will hit a vein injecting and just start gasping especially with tren.

Orals work, but IMO injectables work better, they bypass the gut and get directly into the blood stream. Possibly less liver damage. I do use them when I get within 5 to 6 weeks of stepping on stage. It is a bit of the kitchen sink approach. I also keep oral dosing to a minimum. I don't like the idea of taking 5-10 pills. Maybe 1 or 2.

I used Dbol with EQ to front load in my first cycle. The idea being to get to a more level state sooner. You will get watery with it. A lot of folks scared of injecting start with var and dbol since they are oral and easier to take. If you are prone to estrogen conversion, sensitive nipples I would be careful here.

I have used Anadrol, I do like it if you are planning to push your weight limits. I have used sparingly when going for PRs. I only used it on heavy days and maybe 2 or 3 weeks.

I'm not an expert, but I can speak on my experience. Us old guys are pushing limits, just be careful!

Cheers!
