LOG UPDATE



BW starting to finally rise up currently sitting 104ish in the AM which is only 1kg off my peak off season but in much much tighter shape. Starting to feel somewhat normal which is a really good sign, 3 more sessions to give my all before we have a deload and reassess after some blood work. Got a big week socially next week so going to work around that with my diet but we’ll make it work. This off season is going to be a blast can’t wait to send into a proper offseason after this rebound.

Had bloods pulled this AM so I’m very excited to see where we sit at a health stand point currently running 200 test e 100 mast e 6IU GH, I did pin GH PM so reading will not be 100% accurate (sports bb4), if everything comes back clear we will start escalating food and mgs really keen to see how much size we can truly pack on over the next growth period. Everything has come back in range (cholesterol slightly high this has been normal for me and due to genetics we will be implementing citrus bergamot along with multiple other vitamins we already take) main take from bloods was liver is healthier then previous bloods, SHBG is low therefore meaning mast is legit af (RAPTOR never misses) test is around 900 4 days post last pin at 100mg x 2 a week.



Plan is set, deload is done. We moving into a 20 week growth phase this will be 1 of 5 growth phases (with mini cuts/health phases inbetween) before we set for stage again, last push we managed to put on 6kg + of tissue, we are aiming to put on another 6-10kg over the next 3 years for 2028 szn c. I think we’ll do more last push we didn’t even come close to pushing dosages, this time round we gonna grow (still not crazy doses)

Really solid session in the books, going 1RIR feeling super good. Hit an all time high weight of 106.4 this AM couldn’t be happier with the look aswell glutes still in and more importantly abs and quads still in which normally go fluffy first. It always feels good to get in a nice session before the weekend. This way you can relax a little bit and you don't feel guilty. Definitely what I like to see right here. Very good volume the way you throw the iron around. @Bakery112

Accidentally did 2 cardio sessions last week but that’s alright woke up at 109.1kg this AM which is wild for the conditioning we are holding. 5 x 100IU kits just landed from raptor and oh my I’m excited to increase this GH to 8IU. Make sure to try the raptor gold tops absolute best GH u can get. Excited to see how the rest of the week plays out over the Christmas period, most likely won’t be eating off as I’m feeling so great on plan will play by year.

Trained 2-3RIR today push session felt nice to just get back in gym, still coughing up a whole lot of phlegm which is super annoying 9 days counting sick now. Although feels so great to be training again, did my cardio yesterday too which felt good.



This weeks updates from coach is keeping good the same to see how we react with increase in mgs with same food. 375 -> 450mg test e, highest test I’ve ever run by a lot 300mg max prior. Lantus added 20mg daily as BG is sitting slightly high at 5.1-5.3, really trying to stay insulin sensitive through this phase. bloods will be getting done in 2-3 weeks which I’ll update due to seeing test/E2 levels on new dosages. Aromasin added 12.5mg a week too.



Overall feeling maybe 80-90% better hoping to send 1-2RIR next week then balls to walk the week after. BW sitting at 107.5-108 recently.

Trained 2-3RIR today push session felt nice to just get back in gym, still coughing up a whole lot of phlegm which is super annoying 9 days counting sick now. Although feels so great to be training again, did my cardio yesterday too which felt good.



This weeks updates from coach is keeping good the same to see how we react with increase in mgs with same food. 375 -> 450mg test e, highest test I’ve ever run by a lot 300mg max prior. Lantus added 20mg daily as BG is sitting slightly high at 5.1-5.3, really trying to stay insulin sensitive through this phase. bloods will be getting done in 2-3 weeks which I’ll update due to seeing test/E2 levels on new dosages. Aromasin added 12.5mg a week too.



Overall feeling maybe 80-90% better hoping to send 1-2RIR next week then balls to walk the week after. BW sitting at 107.5-108 recently.

It sucks being sick for that long. Must feel good to get back even if you had to take it a bit easy.
