Iv been training since I was 18 so roughly 14 years. Been enhanced properly for the last 1.5 years , current weight is 94kg goal is to get to 90kg witch is massive for me as iv always wanted to be overly big so id always push to sit above 100kg but with guidance from my coach “the gainsman” iv decided to see what I can look like around the 90kg
Current cycle started November 20th after a 6 months cruise on 200 test 3 iu daily

10mg cialis pre training
Currently doing push pull legs , 5 days a week 2 push and pull sessions with 1 leg session , enjoying this split as iv always just hit the typical 1 muscle a session ,

I love this !!! I don’t record my food because I just eat the same thing of my diet plan but give me a day or so I’ll be on holidays I’ll write everthing down , really appreciate all the advice there !!!!! Thankyou brother

@Aliesone you are in the right place. i would say that is a basic stack. some people will like swapping the EQ/test ratios. seems like the aussies like doing test higher then the americans

this is a great job! @Aliesone you could even get away with two or three IU's of HGH if you wanted to, I think. And then you can always increase it later on.

Leg extension with a big drop set
Moved to leg press
Hack squat
Lying leg curls ( I always get cramps when going heavy so kept it light )
Dumbell rdls
Finished with some calf raises And calf extensions !!! I’ll throw some shots in so I can look back monthly to see any improvements
Hope yous all smashed your workouts today
Hit me with any tips to stop the cramps in the hamstrings it’s brutal when trying to do lying curls !!!!

Protein shake 2 scoops with a piece of fruit



Meal 4 : 250 gram lean beef or fish with 250 gram potatoes , and veg

Meal 5:
Chobani or yopro high protein yogurt

Thankyou brother ! Ahaha yes tryna convince the missus to shave them for me 😂, I’ll update the weights as I go! As there nothing to impressive on leg press etc as im limited with the weights I have currently , I have around 260 kg total in plates , so I move that easily will be adding some plates over the holidays

Bro you can do some damage with 260! Tempo and depth will make most weights feel heavy haha

Smashed push workout this morning ! Felt pretty fucken decent ! My sleep has been a big priority for me lately averaging 7-7.5 hours a night has changed my mood and mindset so much !! I’ll post up my entire workout , mind you some of the sets are warm up sets ,
I’ll put my pre workout and intra supps in there I take these every session where I’m not training the arvo ! I was trying to put a video but it kept saying file to large , what’s the way around this lads ? LFG 🩸

Ideally night time for recovery as insulin will be down for an extended period of time. Fasted in the morning can work from a fat burning perspective but even then would have to time the half life peak from a sub q injection to reap the highest benifits.

IM injection 2-3hrs before hand would yeild the most effective approach for the fat burning side of things.

Imo though pm injections is what i do.

You might be able to get the best of both worlds with AM/PM pinning of GH have you talked to your coach about 2iu AM and 2iu PM? I'm thinking of doing it this way for my 2026 log.
