Hey guys 1st time thread poster so if thiers anything ive missed just hit me with a dm i appreciate all the bro's,keep it locked fam!

So a little bit about me before we commence,im currently 30 and a new wheelchair user (permenently) im a t5 (vertabrae level on the spine,just beneth the nipples) and ASIA-A (scoring category for spinal cord injuries, worst category)

I have been training natural for quite some years 10+ on and off i started in my early 20s and went on from thier,as i grew older my curiosity in PEDS really spiked and i was curious to run a cycle i started dipping my toes into SARMS and orals like anavar.

being quite a lean frame i got results fast!, so you could say i got the bug quite quickly, I took many years off before running another cycle.

now I'm 27 years old I go to work one day and come home one day never the same...cut a long story short I was working for a company doing bush regeneration. I go to work one day have a little tumble off a cliff, just a shy 30m fall not a direct drop but enough to fuck my shit up for life...8 months later i return home from hospital realising i have literally nothing left...my stubbornness got to work,(what do we have left big dog?)….that's right gym...fuck yea!....so we get to work.

here we are NOW big 30 didn't think id live to tell the tail but here we are mfrs loud and proud,the past 3 years have gone by and...tough and fucked up is an understatement so i hope you fellas take some inspiration from this! <3

As i settle into "my new life" as a wheelchair user and train consistently i start to enjoy the changes and my mind starts to think about running another cycle, and so i do...lets get started hey.

So currently I'm training 4-5 days a week i have found myself a gym that is wheelchair user friendly (even the equipment)

my stats as follows:
- age 30
-height 5,8
- weight 65kg (factor in atrophy from legs) prior to my injury i was fluctuating between 70-75kg and was very lean and cut
- training 4-5 times per week or more consisting of push/pull, and yes i skip leg day hahaha
and cardio 30m per day or more all depends what I'm doing in gym or out of gym
- diet is Strick and clean., prior to my injury I never really took it overly serious (poor form)
my macros are day to day
cals: 2650+
protein:170+
carbs:230g
-Sleep 6-8 hours

My most recent cycle was a short and sweet one just 6 weeks, it consisted of Masterton oral (nexnos) and test prop by the same company I was pinning the test prop 100mg EOD along side 40mg of mast AM/PM into split doses, alongside HCG 250iu (mon/thursday) and arimidex 0.25mg on pin days,i thoroughly enjoyed these compounds by week 1-2 noticeable ON feeling slight definition changes,and week 2-4 feeling quite locked in very noticeable gains and cuts and lines,veins also., And by week 4-6 i feel like a spartan, looking very chisled,lean and cut!, the feelings from week 4-6 were top tier full v8 mode training locked in and physic looking very dialed..,veins,contours,pumps all the good stuff.

after the 6 weeks were up i ran a PCT of just nolvadex

I was consistent with my diet and training hitting roughly 2 hours minimum each session as my gym is very close so i can train at the drop of a hat.

I was running supplements along side these compounds in the AM every morning it consisted of
- Taurine 2000mg
- Ashwagandha or KSM-66 (More refined better version of ash)
- Fish oil omega 3's 3000mg+
- Gingko biloba 12000mg
- Milk thistle 600mg
- Magnesium chelate 1000mg

At the end of my cycle i didnt get a chance to weigh myself as being a wheelchair user they do not have scales suited for us at the gym,i cant give numbers to that but will upload pictures aswell so you can gauge my pictures

pictures will be as before (room) and after (elevator).

That’s brutal and life changing, and it’s completely normal to feel like everything was ripped away from you in one moment. The fact you turned that pain into showing up for the gym says a lot about your mindset, and that same grit that got you through the hospital is what’s going to keep building you forward from here. Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them if possible at times, macros would be good with actual foods I see your macros now
If you don't log what you eat, use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

PCT in your situation not really needed imo, you should be on self TRT low dose test

what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
I'm not sure if you have any UTi issues but cranberry extract can help.

So a little bit about me before we commence,im currently 30 and a new wheelchair user (permenently) im a t5 (vertabrae level on the spine,just beneth the nipples) and ASIA-A (scoring category for spinal cord injuries, worst category)

I have been training natural for quite some years 10+ on and off i started in my early 20s and went on from thier,as i grew older my curiosity in PEDS really spiked and i was curious to run a cycle i started dipping my toes into SARMS and orals like anavar.

being quite a lean frame i got results fast!, so you could say i got the bug quite quickly, I took many years off before running another cycle.

now I'm 27 years old I go to work one day and come home one day never the same...cut a long story short I was working for a company doing bush regeneration. I go to work one day have a little tumble off a cliff, just a shy 30m fall not a direct drop but enough to fuck my shit up for life...8 months later i return home from hospital realising i have literally nothing left...my stubbornness got to work,(what do we have left big dog?)….that's right gym...fuck yea!....so we get to work.

here we are NOW big 30 didn't think id live to tell the tail but here we are mfrs loud and proud,the past 3 years have gone by and...tough and fucked up is an understatement so i hope you fellas take some inspiration from this! <3

As i settle into "my new life" as a wheelchair user and train consistently i start to enjoy the changes and my mind starts to think about running another cycle, and so i do...lets get started hey.

So currently I'm training 4-5 days a week i have found myself a gym that is wheelchair user friendly (even the equipment)

- age 30
-height 5,8
- weight 65kg (factor in atrophy from legs) prior to my injury i was fluctuating between 70-75kg and was very lean and cut
- training 4-5 times per week or more consisting of push/pull, and yes i skip leg day hahaha
and cardio 30m per day or more all depends what I'm doing in gym or out of gym
- diet is Strick and clean., prior to my injury I never really took it overly serious (poor form)
my macros are day to day
cals: 2650+
protein:170+
carbs:230g
-Sleep 6-8 hours

My most recent cycle was a short and sweet one just 6 weeks, it consisted of Masterton oral (nexnos) and test prop by the same company I was pinning the test prop 100mg EOD along side 40mg of mast AM/PM into split doses, alongside HCG 250iu (mon/thursday) and arimidex 0.25mg on pin days,i thoroughly enjoyed these compounds by week 1-2 noticeable ON feeling slight definition changes,and week 2-4 feeling quite locked in very noticeable gains and cuts and lines,veins also., And by week 4-6 i feel like a spartan, looking very chisled,lean and cut!, the feelings from week 4-6 were top tier full v8 mode training locked in and physic looking very dialed..,veins,contours,pumps all the good stuff.

after the 6 weeks were up i ran a PCT of just nolvadex

I was consistent with my diet and training hitting roughly 2 hours minimum each session as my gym is very close so i can train at the drop of a hat.

I was running supplements along side these compounds in the AM every morning it consisted of
- Taurine 2000mg
- Ashwagandha or KSM-66 (More refined better version of ash)
- Fish oil omega 3's 3000mg+
- Gingko biloba 12000mg
- Milk thistle 600mg
- Magnesium chelate 1000mg

At the end of my cycle i didnt get a chance to weigh myself as being a wheelchair user they do not have scales suited for us at the gym,i cant give numbers to that but will upload pictures aswell so you can gauge my pictures

pictures will be as before (room) and after (elevator).

and yea bro a complete 180 life changing experience,i have gone through hell and it aint over trust me but we have our brighter days ,gym has deffinetly been a savior and has gotten me out of some dark places,it really is a massive help,ive always been a gym rat so i hold this close to my heart. :)

And ok i have noted all of this in my phones notes now so next log im ready with guns,cheers!.

for the oral, it was 20mg each individual tablet (drostanalone) by nexnos pharma They do an oral version of masteron P

for the trt thats something im looking into a little further down the track,as a WC user my natural T is gunna go to shit later on in life quicker then able bodies so its on the cards 100

As chair user we're at a higher risk of clotting. I would be wary of compounds that seriously elevate haematocrit. They all will to a degree, just about being smart and picking the lesser ones. I highly recommend Anavar over Winny. Even if I wasn't in a chair, Var is just so much more superior. Doesn't dry out your joints which we need for pushing and is much kinder on lipids, meaning you can run it for longer as a bonus.

Vitamin C is perfect but I'd like to have you take a bit extra not just multi dose, another 500mgs ed to see how you feel.

So a little bit about me before we commence,im currently 30 and a new wheelchair user (permenently) im a t5 (vertabrae level on the spine,just beneth the nipples) and ASIA-A (scoring category for spinal cord injuries, worst category)

I have been training natural for quite some years 10+ on and off i started in my early 20s and went on from thier,as i grew older my curiosity in PEDS really spiked and i was curious to run a cycle i started dipping my toes into SARMS and orals like anavar.

being quite a lean frame i got results fast!, so you could say i got the bug quite quickly, I took many years off before running another cycle.

now I'm 27 years old I go to work one day and come home one day never the same...cut a long story short I was working for a company doing bush regeneration. I go to work one day have a little tumble off a cliff, just a shy 30m fall not a direct drop but enough to fuck my shit up for life...8 months later i return home from hospital realising i have literally nothing left...my stubbornness got to work,(what do we have left big dog?)….that's right gym...fuck yea!....so we get to work.

here we are NOW big 30 didn't think id live to tell the tail but here we are mfrs loud and proud,the past 3 years have gone by and...tough and fucked up is an understatement so i hope you fellas take some inspiration from this! <3

As i settle into "my new life" as a wheelchair user and train consistently i start to enjoy the changes and my mind starts to think about running another cycle, and so i do...lets get started hey.

So currently I'm training 4-5 days a week i have found myself a gym that is wheelchair user friendly (even the equipment)

my stats as follows:
- age 30
-height 5,8
- weight 65kg (factor in atrophy from legs) prior to my injury i was fluctuating between 70-75kg and was very lean and cut
- training 4-5 times per week or more consisting of push/pull, and yes i skip leg day hahaha
and cardio 30m per day or more all depends what I'm doing in gym or out of gym
- diet is Strick and clean., prior to my injury I never really took it overly serious (poor form)
my macros are day to day
cals: 2650+
protein:170+
carbs:230g
-Sleep 6-8 hours

My most recent cycle was a short and sweet one just 6 weeks, it consisted of Masterton oral (nexnos) and test prop by the same company I was pinning the test prop 100mg EOD along side 40mg of mast AM/PM into split doses, alongside HCG 250iu (mon/thursday) and arimidex 0.25mg on pin days,i thoroughly enjoyed these compounds by week 1-2 noticeable ON feeling slight definition changes,and week 2-4 feeling quite locked in very noticeable gains and cuts and lines,veins also., And by week 4-6 i feel like a spartan, looking very chisled,lean and cut!, the feelings from week 4-6 were top tier full v8 mode training locked in and physic looking very dialed..,veins,contours,pumps all the good stuff.

after the 6 weeks were up i ran a PCT of just nolvadex

I was consistent with my diet and training hitting roughly 2 hours minimum each session as my gym is very close so i can train at the drop of a hat.

I was running supplements along side these compounds in the AM every morning it consisted of
- Taurine 2000mg
- Ashwagandha or KSM-66 (More refined better version of ash)
- Fish oil omega 3's 3000mg+
- Gingko biloba 12000mg
- Milk thistle 600mg
- Magnesium chelate 1000mg

At the end of my cycle i didnt get a chance to weigh myself as being a wheelchair user they do not have scales suited for us at the gym,i cant give numbers to that but will upload pictures aswell so you can gauge my pictures

pictures will be as before (room) and after (elevator).

With my sets I was doing 5x12 and really trying to get more sets in, I have scaled back to the classic 3x12 and upped the weight a bit to really fatigue on the last 2 reps.

Good afternoon everybody short sweet one just before dinner,bloods as requested

Hence why im staying idle till end of jan

Running HCG 250iu every mon/Thursday saved my ass

Ball still havent woken up from last cycle but they are getting thier,being a paraplegic im alot slower to recover and as for the TSH.. daily life in a wheelchair is gruelling to say the least so the mental health battle can be hard somedays.

But im thinking if I didnt run HCG Last cycle id be feeling pretty tanked,I do fluctuate moods but nothing drastic,just low mood,libido and cheeriness,But nothing to keep me out of the gym.


But other then that most days I have loads of energy and am in a usually good head space 😌

Will post another thread on my log after dinner 🍽

Nah that level was a previous test @LevButlerov his current levels are however too low imo. Below 50nmol.

all good brother!!,anything medical related to my injury is covered through a funding body so trt,meds,scripts,surgerys,wheelchairs,cathedars,doc/psych visits and anything injury related.

Let's go, man! Good shit! I would definitely look at getting some test and starting TRT asap. The estrogen won't be helping your mood either. Mine went sky high and I didn't have an AI and felt like a moody cunt 24/7, haha.

So today was deffinetly not leg day.:ROFLMAO:

It was arms, focusing on compound and isolation of the biceps/shoulders
i woke up quite energetic and was readdy with a high stim pre (ABE) all black everything (candy ice blast)...man this shit is like drinking unicorn piss sounds terrible but its bloody fantastic,ABE is usually my go to for pre workout,now imagine a menthol lollie mixed with sour gummy worms,it has an after taste that a strong cooling menthol!, WILD but i love it alot its hard to deviate from this choice,kinda like a toxic ex thats good in the sheets 😏😏

They also do a redbull flavour which just taste like flat red bull that's fantastic to,id highly recommend with the two grabbing a soda stream and carbonating them both! absolute game changer...and here's a little hack also,so creatine....yea put a full scoop into a big ice cube tray in the individual squares bamo,and throw in your water or drink of choice.

And to add to the mix ill throw in some anabolix electrolyte mix (citrus flavour) 10/10 as well
and some acetyl-l carnitine for a bit of fat burn

so lets get to the training, my support worker to take me to the gym she pipes up and sais,"oh i didnt train today can i come?" so i said yea sure hella random but was cool because she is a new support worker for me so it was nice to have a gym lass tag along for the ride.

come 1:30pm roll into gym and start my session off with some dumbbells.

training is as follows.

with the lat pulldown and wishbone bar i have found an easier way to do this,so im not arching my back/chest out i have found it alot easier if i shift my bum 1/4 forward and rest my spine with the bar on the cable machine.

I was getting better control,feeling more stable and also slowing on the eccentric and finding it alot more effective and feeling whats needing to be engaged,enged.

As im enjoying the buzz from my pre (highly recommend it,try it or youll loose 20% of gains tomorrow) i shift mysel to the single arm lat pulldown with leaning forward and isolating eithier side,as a burn through my 2nd set im finding it a little more easier then last week so i adjusted the pin to an extra plate (5kg),little progress for today 🙌

And as for the 15kg dumbbel curls i also went up 1 rep over 5 sets, i can curl heavier 20kg but struggle with getting it on/off the rack and transporting it in my lap to the gym seat so i have decided to fluxuate with 15kg (high reps/sets) or hit the 17.5kgs and compliment that with some 12.5kg hammer curls or whatever i can use to fatigue,even if i dont hit every rep every set i make sure to take a minute rest and blast out the rest,very important to fatigue those fibers.

as for meals same as follows as above i left dinner a bit later because i decided to go for a quick fish,yes i caught a (47cm flatehead),i finish my plan except 1 meal (yes i feel the guilt)
truth be told ill eat it soon 🤣

over all was a great day training left fatigues and in good spirits,and a lovley pump

Hey guys 1st time thread poster so if thiers anything ive missed just hit me with a dm i appreciate all the bro's,keep it locked fam!

So a little bit about me before we commence,im currently 30 and a new wheelchair user (permenently) im a t5 (vertabrae level on the spine,just beneth the nipples) and ASIA-A (scoring category for spinal cord injuries, worst category)

I have been training natural for quite some years 10+ on and off i started in my early 20s and went on from thier,as i grew older my curiosity in PEDS really spiked and i was curious to run a cycle i started dipping my toes into SARMS and orals like anavar.

being quite a lean frame i got results fast!, so you could say i got the bug quite quickly, I took many years off before running another cycle.

now I'm 27 years old I go to work one day and come home one day never the same...cut a long story short I was working for a company doing bush regeneration. I go to work one day have a little tumble off a cliff, just a shy 30m fall not a direct drop but enough to fuck my shit up for life...8 months later i return home from hospital realising i have literally nothing left...my stubbornness got to work,(what do we have left big dog?)….that's right gym...fuck yea!....so we get to work.

here we are NOW big 30 didn't think id live to tell the tail but here we are mfrs loud and proud,the past 3 years have gone by and...tough and fucked up is an understatement so i hope you fellas take some inspiration from this! <3

As i settle into "my new life" as a wheelchair user and train consistently i start to enjoy the changes and my mind starts to think about running another cycle, and so i do...lets get started hey.

So currently I'm training 4-5 days a week i have found myself a gym that is wheelchair user friendly (even the equipment)

my stats as follows:
- age 30
-height 5,8
- weight 65kg (factor in atrophy from legs) prior to my injury i was fluctuating between 70-75kg and was very lean and cut
- training 4-5 times per week or more consisting of push/pull, and yes i skip leg day hahaha
and cardio 30m per day or more all depends what I'm doing in gym or out of gym
- diet is Strick and clean., prior to my injury I never really took it overly serious (poor form)
my macros are day to day
cals: 2650+
protein:170+
carbs:230g
-Sleep 6-8 hours

My most recent cycle was a short and sweet one just 6 weeks, it consisted of Masterton oral (nexnos) and test prop by the same company I was pinning the test prop 100mg EOD along side 40mg of mast AM/PM into split doses, alongside HCG 250iu (mon/thursday) and arimidex 0.25mg on pin days,i thoroughly enjoyed these compounds by week 1-2 noticeable ON feeling slight definition changes,and week 2-4 feeling quite locked in very noticeable gains and cuts and lines,veins also., And by week 4-6 i feel like a spartan, looking very chisled,lean and cut!, the feelings from week 4-6 were top tier full v8 mode training locked in and physic looking very dialed..,veins,contours,pumps all the good stuff.

after the 6 weeks were up i ran a PCT of just nolvadex

I was consistent with my diet and training hitting roughly 2 hours minimum each session as my gym is very close so i can train at the drop of a hat.

I was running supplements along side these compounds in the AM every morning it consisted of
- Taurine 2000mg
- Ashwagandha or KSM-66 (More refined better version of ash)
- Fish oil omega 3's 3000mg+
- Gingko biloba 12000mg
- Milk thistle 600mg
- Magnesium chelate 1000mg

At the end of my cycle i didnt get a chance to weigh myself as being a wheelchair user they do not have scales suited for us at the gym,i cant give numbers to that but will upload pictures aswell so you can gauge my pictures

pictures will be as before (room) and after (elevator).

Ball still havent woken up from last cycle but they are getting thier,being a paraplegic im alot slower to recover and as for the TSH.. daily life in a wheelchair is gruelling to say the least so the mental health battle can be hard somedays.

But im thinking if I didnt run HCG Last cycle id be feeling pretty tanked,I do fluctuate moods but nothing drastic,just low mood,libido and cheeriness,But nothing to keep me out of the gym.


But other then that most days I have loads of energy and am in a usually good head space 😌

Will post another thread on my log after dinner 🍽

You just gave me an idea! I'm gonna make EVO patches for ball caps and wheelchairs to go on the back of it. I have some military ball caps that have only velcro on the front to put whatever patch you're wearing for the day. Nice decked out chair bro!

So today was deffinetly not leg day.:ROFLMAO:

It was arms, focusing on compound and isolation of the biceps/shoulders
i woke up quite energetic and was readdy with a high stim pre (ABE) all black everything (candy ice blast)...man this shit is like drinking unicorn piss sounds terrible but its bloody fantastic,ABE is usually my go to for pre workout,now imagine a menthol lollie mixed with sour gummy worms,it has an after taste that a strong cooling menthol!, WILD but i love it alot its hard to deviate from this choice,kinda like a toxic ex thats good in the sheets 😏😏

They also do a redbull flavour which just taste like flat red bull that's fantastic to,id highly recommend with the two grabbing a soda stream and carbonating them both! absolute game changer...and here's a little hack also,so creatine....yea put a full scoop into a big ice cube tray in the individual squares bamo,and throw in your water or drink of choice.

And to add to the mix ill throw in some anabolix electrolyte mix (citrus flavour) 10/10 as well
and some acetyl-l carnitine for a bit of fat burn

so lets get to the training, my support worker to take me to the gym she pipes up and sais,"oh i didnt train today can i come?" so i said yea sure hella random but was cool because she is a new support worker for me so it was nice to have a gym lass tag along for the ride.

come 1:30pm roll into gym and start my session off with some dumbbells.

training is as follows.

with the lat pulldown and wishbone bar i have found an easier way to do this,so im not arching my back/chest out i have found it alot easier if i shift my bum 1/4 forward and rest my spine with the bar on the cable machine.

I was getting better control,feeling more stable and also slowing on the eccentric and finding it alot more effective and feeling whats needing to be engaged,enged.

As im enjoying the buzz from my pre (highly recommend it,try it or youll loose 20% of gains tomorrow) i shift mysel to the single arm lat pulldown with leaning forward and isolating eithier side,as a burn through my 2nd set im finding it a little more easier then last week so i adjusted the pin to an extra plate (5kg),little progress for today 🙌

And as for the 15kg dumbbel curls i also went up 1 rep over 5 sets, i can curl heavier 20kg but struggle with getting it on/off the rack and transporting it in my lap to the gym seat so i have decided to fluxuate with 15kg (high reps/sets) or hit the 17.5kgs and compliment that with some 12.5kg hammer curls or whatever i can use to fatigue,even if i dont hit every rep every set i make sure to take a minute rest and blast out the rest,very important to fatigue those fibers.

Hey brother! So you can start by increasing your injection frequency if you're not administering every day. This'll help pretty quickly.

Aromasin works by binding to the aromatase enzyme. Being bound up means the aromatase won't be able to convert the testosterone into e2. It's probably going to be the quickest way to lower your e2, and you can start with as little as 25mg day but for your e2 you might like to start at 50mg instead.

You could also look at an injectable DHT like Primo to get e2 in check, though this will take a couple of weeks longer waiting for the compound to hit saturation.
