I plan on competing November 2026 (powerlifting) goal is to fill out the 125kg weight class but in really good condition and total 900+kg something like S330 B220 D350. I've squatted 330x2 in training 227.5 bench and deadlifted 330 in competition, best squat in comp is 300 I missed 320 for depth and 207.5kg bench I had just came back from a bicep reattachment so bench is on the way back may do a bench only mid year there is a comp in March I may do but on my off season cruise dosage

I'll start tracking diet on here starting in the new year and post some training updates/physique updates

Thanks brother appreciate it funnily enough the bicep was not gym related I was helping a mate out who started up a removalist business and didn't have the appropriate equipment for the job and we were moving things no one should move by hand one slip and grab of a heavy item and boom she was gone, no stress though I pulled 330 6 months later on the platform so recovery was quite smooth with it. I ran bpc157 and tb500 and continued deadlifting just with a strap so I didn't go backwards. I'm taking a slow off season/cruise until masteron comes back in and ugloz is open for business again and stock up on what I need for a good blast leading into November so plenty of time to get the numbers up

Always been nice clean gear and really good pricing never had an issue and Kiwi fella is super fast with communication I asked about primo ace tabs once and he told me to not even bother he could of just sold them to me and made the sale instead he was transparent and said it would be of no use to me. Just waiting on January 5th to roll around so I can start ordering and get a nice stockpile happening to crank it up

Off season Bench session 27th of december 2025 I'll be using chains for my top sets on flat bench and alternating Incline bench no chains every other week depending on recovery on my cruise dose ill decide if I bench my usual 2 times per week or just once. Ive been natural for 8 weeks and have just started low dose test eq and hgh the past 2 weeks and strength hasnt changed much but its also why I move from competition style bench to a variation like chains, bands, reverse bands, Incline, spots, block press, double paused, floor press, pin press so I still get the positive mental effects of hitting prs etc but also lowering that top end weight down substantially todays session went

Flat bench plus chains
160kg plus 35kg of chain
150kg plus 35kg of chain
140kg 3x3 plus 35kg of chain
152.5kg 3x5 long pause no chain
140kgx10

Goal with the chain set up is 170kg+ for sets of 5 mid to late next year.

Followed with
Rolling Dumbbell extensions 2x6 to 8, 1 set of 20.
Banded tricep over head extension 2x15 heavy band
Hammer curls ascending 6s to a max top set then a backdown set of 20
Alternate curls ascending 6s to a max, backdown set of 20

This is my smaller bench day if I decide to do 2 I'll do Incline at a commercial gym where I have access to alot more machines for accessories otherwise it'll be a back day or shoulder day instead if the pecs are still tender in 4 days time.

Pre workout fuel
2x bananas
2x apple
1x coles blueberry cupcake
1x Powerade
2x l carnitine caps
2x 10mg superdrol caps
1 scoop of oxyshred its the missus I dont have any good pre workout left 😢

Intra workout I'll drink something sugary today it was a can of solo 😎🤣 did what I needed it to do. Ill change this as I try and get leaner once im back on full cycle mode

Thanks brother glad to be apart of the family, thats not my full list of supps just what I could remember off the top of my head i do take a multi with antioxidants and greens. Also a probiotic, vitamin d, Ceylon cinnamon, milk thistle. No digestive aids at this point my diet is quite clean but also calories are pretty low too im not really pushing the food at this stage just 3 meals a day instead of my usual 5 to 6 i seem to just sit at 120ish now even if i dont eat, im giving my body a little break before ramping it all back up then I want to sit up the higher end closer to 130 then I'll drop weight leading into competition as i compete in the 125kg weight class but id like to come in decently lean not too lean to diminish any strength but enough to not just look fluffy and shit i still love the bodybuilding look i just compete in powerlifting the g banger on stage just wasnt for me and i still like a treat here and there. what do you suggest for a digestive aid? Ive never used one before? I do have psyllium husk im just not using it at the moment and i also have magnesium a joint support mix with msm chrondrotin and glucosamine. Fish oil aswell but i dont use it as it doesnt agree with me just gives me the shits and Indigestion.

Morning routine all vitamins and peds i use
I transferred the superdrol packs into a bottle as I had 3 packs and just moved the sticker
I did my test 0.1ml and eq 0.05ml in an insulin syringe have been daily for a while and its way better than the big 23g harpoon twice a week hormones are super stable and 1.5iu hgh as well
5g creatine, 5g glutamine, 1g l carnitine, 150mg ubiquinol + kitamin k2 180 mcg, 1 scoop oxyshred then I have fasted cardio before I take some of the rest of my supplements with food
Breakfast this morning was 8 eggs scrambled 2 bananas 1 apple
Second meal will be half a tub of yoghurt and some more fruit
Pre workout today will be a bowl of cereal 100g carbs plus 2x superdrol and a gatorade intra workout.

Will update the workout later
This is also my lowest dose cruise I usually run 375mg test year round with anavar pre workout every session and blast in a prep
This time its 175mg test 70mg eq 1.5iu hgh and some superdrol here and there only on heavy days as I use it sparingly for health reasons id usually use anavar but I ran out.

for digestive aid just a digestive enzyme mix i'm sure in AU you can find it

add the psyllium back in :D and digestive enzymes you can have no matter food intake will make you feel better less bloat and more protein absorption @strengthofsamson
for a guy your size and power 20 grams creatine is minimum but split the dose

I've squatted 330x2 in training 227.5 bench and deadlifted 330 in competition, best squat in comp is 300 I missed 320 for depth and 207.5kg bench I had just came back from a bicep reattachment so bench is on the way back may do a bench only mid year there is a comp in March I may do but on my off season cruise dosage

I'll start tracking diet on here starting in the new year and post some training updates/physique updates

add the psyllium back in :D and digestive enzymes you can have no matter food intake will make you feel better less bloat and more protein absorption @strengthofsamson
for a guy your size and power 20 grams creatine is minimum but split the dose
I just started this morning after you mentioned it tastes like ass though haha, I do split the 5g am and pm with 5g glutamine. ive never used more than that though not many ever tell you to use more than 5g thats why I use 10g, im always up for trying anything out though ill go 10g am and Pm thanks bro.

Thats just my fur pelt 🤣 I am covered in hair funnily enough ive never gone over 500mg of test mentally I cant handle any more 375mg is my sweet spot then i add in masteron normally just not in this current day until places start selling it again by far my favourite compound.

Cheers my bro, Dallas Mccarver (rest in power) was why I got into lifting his physique and insane strength on deadlifts etc was amazing, then I started competing in powerlifting its alot bigger where I live and to compete in bodybuilding here entry fees etc are just not worth the plastic trophy they even charge heaps just to watch so theres never even a crowd. Powerlifting the rooms packed you feel like a gladiator walking out onto the platform when they yell bar is loaded
 
You are built like a powerlifter, for sure. @strengthofsamson one thing about your physique is you have very thick muscles, so I can definitely tell that you can pump a lot of iron.
Cheers man yeah theres no way I could go back to bodybuilding my core is so thick and meaty I definitely dont have that small waist look anymore. Definitely helps to throw around big deadlifts though

Thanks brother I appreciate that, I think the wider and meatier i got my shoulders definitely made the midsection look more in proportion but definitely not intentional shaping on my behalf i just love to lift really heavy things. Who knows once im finished with the numbers I want in powerlifting I may do a full bodybuilding prep and see what I look like and maybe compete. I definitely have the discipline to eat and keep everything super strict and on schedule. I live by a schedule one of the things I love the most about the gym is the discipline and suffering. Eating on a schedule taking this and taking that training even when you dont want to. Its a discipline I see alot of people outside of the gym community do not have they dont have that control of their own bodies minds and lives.

Last update for the day, legs after deadlifts today no direct quad work but still reasonably pumped. Legs are definitely a lagging body part for me especially after tearing my calf this year ive missed quite alot of leg days this is definitely one i want to look back on in 12 months and go man ive put in some serious work and grown. I started lifting quite late mid 20s I was 60kgs and just use to eat a meal a day and skate and party all the time. I left that life behind and made a change i dont see any of the so called friends I had back then but it was for the best. I went from in the 60kg mark to as high as 130kg sitting around 120ish at the moment. Bigger adductors to fill out the inner thigh bigger calves. I started out with alot of wrapped squatting since ive swapped to sleeved and bare knee squatting the legs blew up and so did the deadlift as much as I love wrapped squats I dont think ill be going back to them.

Are you okay mate? If i want to call it supplementation im quite in my right to do so. Your passive aggressive comment however is not appreciated. Ive had nothing but support and good rapport with the community here so far, however I was waiting for someone to try and pick a fault or say something negative. And you picked me calling these supplements?! which they are peformance enhancing supplements. I listed regular over the counter supplements afterwards which many could say those are also enhancements with potential for issues. This is a steroid website not facebook. If you have supportive things to say I'll happily converse with, if not then so be it leave your comments on your own logs.

The cybex squat press is my favourite machine by far compared to a regular leg press anyway after regular squats that is if I cant squat for any kind of reason ill use the belt squat as its closest to a regular squat.

and I better head out and get more creatine haha the extra scoops ill be going through some tubs haha. Appreciate any advice though. Have a good one brother.

I really have to start ordering online for sure man its almost $50 aud for a small 500g tub, i dont even bother with a protein powder anymore its $100plus for a 5lb tub a year or so ago it was 50ish dollars massive increase in price here.

I'd rather spend the money on supplements i notice a huge difference on like coq10 ubiquinol plus vitamin k2 so much more energy and blood pressure is so good on it even in a blast. I was sitting at 150/80 my last blast and my doctor said thats fine and I expect that from you I was like no give me telmisartan I want it in a perfect range 150 is stage 1 hypotension closing in on stage 2 the telmisartan dropped me into the 130s adding ubiquinol with k2 dropped me into the 120s/70-60. And its expensive so id prefer perfect bp and organ health.

Alright homies first session back after a nice little rest over new years currently just trying to maintain as much strength as possible while on lower P.E.Ds So volume has been lowered intensity is staying high im just doing the meat and potatoes of my workouts and cutting back alot of the fluff to save room for recovery. Strength wise im happy ill maintain this if it increases awesome ive never needed high amounts of peds for results the more I take the less I eat and anxiety gets to high.

Banded deficit stiff leg deadlifts. (As straight as my leg flexibility allows on a deficit)
Top set 250kgx5 2x medium tension bands 15kg per side

Dumbbell rows
82.5kg banded Top set of 8

Barbell row
170kg Top set of 6 backdown set of 12

Shrugs not that anyone cares about these but they built mountains on my neck

New year another new pr, ive left the wrapped squats behind and will only be using sleeves to squat in competition at years end where I plan on beating my current wrapped squat in comp and hitting a 900kg plus total which once was super elite but these days when the atwr is 1200+ in wraps makes it feel alot smaller now. But its still no small feat anyway on average it will equate to a 330 squat. 220kg bench. 350kg deadlift to make 900. Im not using those silly new sleeves either where they take seven blokes to put them on just regular sleeves slip on with ease.

I've squatted 330x2 in training 227.5 bench and deadlifted 330 in competition, best squat in comp is 300 I missed 320 for depth and 207.5kg bench I had just came back from a bicep reattachment so bench is on the way back may do a bench only mid year there is a comp in March I may do but on my off season cruise dosage

I'll start tracking diet on here starting in the new year and post some training updates/physique updates

Physique update, ive been pretty quiet on here i got a hip/nerve injury tore my calf off jumping on a trampoline ive still been doing what I can and diet is in check im just training on all machines for a while this is am fasted today im up 2kgs from when I started this log which im happy about because body composition is looking pretty damn good. Ive upped the calories a little just instead of 30g dates 50g pineapple for breakfast im having 50g of dates 70g pineapple, and second meal I added an extra Banana and some rice cakes. Other than that im off the hgh I couldnt afford amymore so my cycle now is just 175mg of test e 0.1ml every day and equipoise 70mg 0.05ml per day and one 10mg superdrol on training days. If @UGL OZ @UGL OZ Support Rep wants to sponsor me more hgh I wont say no hahah a man can only try.

Anyway plans for the year are just to build and climb back up to my competition weight of 125kg but leaner than this. And then I plan on committing to a 3 lift competition in november so ive got alot of time to heal and climb my lifts back up to S330 B227.5kg D365 and then I may hang the towel up on powerlifting and move to strong man for a while. I train a few australias strongest man competitors which as the coach I have to show the students im still the boss haha

Monster lifts brother, your going to be an absolute beast at 125kg.

HGH is expensive yes, but I do think you will do quite fine on the test and eq

Thanks brother. Ive used bpc157 and tb500 in the past powerlifting comes with its share of injuries haha ive had my bicep and tricep re attached and they were magic for that but seeing as this is a nerve being pinched or more so pulled hard from the calf recovering and the scar tissue decreasing flexibility that whole left side is super tight im going to let it do its thing and recover on its own my body could do with a good break from the super heavy compound lifts anyway as much as I love them. I'll stick to machines for a month or two heal up then slowly get back into the compound lifts as I prepare for a comp at the end of the year. If recovery doesn't go too well in the next month I'll get bpc157 and tb500 and see if that helps.
