Cardio 20 minutes incline treadmill per day
Plus a strongman day where I do sled drags and pulls tyre flips farmers walks sandbag medley with 80,100,120,140kg bags for 15m

I plan on running higher hgh with higher anabolics as ive never run it until recently future plan is

I plan on competing November 2026 (powerlifting) goal is to fill out the 125kg weight class but in really good condition and total 900+kg something like S330 B220 D350. I've squatted 330x2 in training 227.5 bench and deadlifted 330 in competition, best squat in comp is 300 I missed 320 for depth and 207.5kg bench I had just came back from a bicep reattachment so bench is on the way back may do a bench only mid year there is a comp in March I may do but on my off season cruise dosage
I'll start tracking diet on here starting in the new year and post some training updates/physique updates
