Veteran Log 16 week Blast Cycle Log

abs and cardio is always a win :D @MarshMonsta and you smashed legs im late to party I think :P
I went in this morning and hit
3 sets- monsta sets on ab Crunch machine.
3 sets-woodchippers
3 sets-hanging leg lifts
30mins cardio on bike
I still gotta go in for legs but im not carbed up enough for mega power yet...6xsushi rolls and 2lts of cluster dextrin will fix that and then its hammertime⚒️

The time off combined with rapid insulin has worked wonders and fast lev....im still working the abs eod but not to worried if they fade away a bit I will clean midsection up later if needed😉

wow that is pretty cool, man. I like the wide press as well. It's important to push yourself and try something different.
Definitely my bro and its good to just find the specific excercises/techniques that work best for your own progression at times also,I know i get better workout with dumbells as opposed to barbell press so that will be my way forward to improving.

Its classed as rural area...small city but heaps land around it for cattle and stuff
we got a lot of cattle too where I live. It used to be a big cattle place a hundred years ago. But now it's a sprawling suburb.

Yeah bro backed the weight down on press a little but slowed it right down and got that juicy boulder shoulder pump regardless...I have dropped the anabolics to 700mg test prop,gh and slin for now and am preparing for a test e change over to go into cruize soon.

Im gunna start to pin test E now as well at around 300mg/pw for a few weeks so I'll still be up.around 1000mg test...there will always be more gains but😀

No great theory behind it bro just changing up things to see how it works,I used to pyramid up with all my lifts and do top sets last but once you do a nice slow set of 100kg or so press you dont need 2 more trust me...my lifts will come down slightly now as I approach cruize mode and I will give body/ligaments/tendons whatnot a chance to heal.

Yea I'm doing the exact opposite and pyramiding for the first time ever. Seems ok so far.

I like going warmup, top set, backoffs. Was interested to see if there was some sorta secret sauce that made you the monsta and I wanted in LOL

I seen some study ages ago that it didnt really matter if you pyramid up,down or even just lift the same weight all 3 sets...the main aim was 50-70 seconds of pure TUT to drive hypertrophy,but it all comes down to personal preference whether you need to warm up to the weight or whatever i guess...myself I like to bang out the top set with extreme precision and own it.

The secret sauce is revealed haha. I'm still in the trying compounds out phase but so far NPP has by far been my favourite. Maybe our recipes are the same haha

What a great phase to be in brother,always exciting to try new compounds and get those first initial affects and stuff from them.
Yeah im the same NPP is my favourite 19nor by far...great affects that kick in fairly fast and sides aren't near as bad as tren,at least for me anyways at the same dosages.

It was very hard at that stage bro i then had to back down to 40's,im winding it down a bit now blast ends in 1 week im only running test also the superdrol and NPP power is over lol or I'll end up tearing muscle off my old man bones.

Hell yeah bro I always keep charging along no matter what till I die in the gym one day,hopefefully on my last rep on a huge set like a real man and in front of eveyone as well.....blast,cruize,bridge or death log I'll make them all good trust me💪

I like the straight bar and cable pushdowns to finish. Those are really looking good and you got 75-80 kg which is a pretty solid amount. @MarshMonsta
 
Im not completely happy to be honest,if I was a new born Spartan baby fresh out the womb they would launch me clean off a cliff for being weak....protein and numbers are going up as of now.
I do love that movie. Often I'll have Sparta mixes playing on they to and add the gym

I'm so gonna miss following your log with you including the superdrol, I've been living vicariously through you as you go. I have some orals of it but waiting til February or when I hit a plateau on this cycle. Tearful goodbye superdrol 😓

I'm at 40mg ED for Tren A right now and the only sides I'm experiencing is a bump in BP and getting a bit hypo now and again at work if I go to long between meals.

At the same time no real jump in gym performance, but man have I packed on the weight and my body composition has really filled out.

Still lookn to see if there's a sweet spot where I get all the good with none of the bad.

A single shot of 100mg NPP and the next day my lifts all jumped by 5 reps give or take a rep. It was insane. Thought Tren would be that but amplified but not so much.

Hearing you say you had similar results really has me excited to run your Anadrol protocol. I got a bunch sitting in the cupboard and if our bodies respond similarly to compounds then that one should be fun

Definitely bro its a must to have both incline & decline in the mix,I know there's a whole gang of incline only fans out there but hey if ya want a chest like a silverback and to have bitches use them for a pillow...then you just do both of them😜
Shoulder health has to be my biggest concern when warming up cose if I bust a shoulder and cant work im proper screwed id have to cruize on a mil/week for ever and be out on the street and working as a male giggolo,that would be just terrible🙄

Me to....I put the pushdowns towards the end as im strong in that excerice or else I lift the whole stack if I do it at start.....but to be honest I owe it all to lazy chicks aka starfish's as we like to call them here in Oz,the countless hours of being over them in Bridge position with triceps locked in while they just stare at you looking goofey lol thats where triceps are really made!!!🤫

Never fear bro im a preworkout fiend/junkie trust me I only ever have a short break then I start muching them again just like I used to munch ecstasy tabs in my town days when I was younger lol sometimes 20 a weekend even triple dropped them for fun to get night started...I'll be doing inject supadrol next week😜

I’ve been researching sdrol vs adrol and so far sdrol is winning. Less water retention where you don’t want it. I mean if you’re gonna hit your liver might as well make it worth it 🤣

I’ve been researching sdrol vs adrol and so far sdrol is winning. Less water retention where you don’t want it. I mean if you’re gonna hit your liver might as well make it worth it 🤣

Yeah it says supadrol is more everything than anadrol but problem is super is harsh and cant be run to long,where as and im only saying from my experience that I can run anadrol for heaps longer at ridiculous amounts so in the end it would win in overall affect,duration and efficiency for me lol but like I have said before no rehab can cure my addiction to supadrol its always in my kitchen next to my vitamins now.

Yeah everyday pinning test prop is ideal bro im really enjoying just running a gram of test for past few weeks and I also started pinning my delts which is good for the quads because the 7 big shots per week start to build up to much scare tissue after awile.

I'm gonna gradually ramp up test and will post a log journal on the weekend..have a different approach for the show now so it's why I have taken some time out..but still consistent with meals and training and sleep improvements is helping growth and training a lot actually
