Told me that pens without case were on the way and when he expected them. The following day i checked to see if posted yet as wanted to add to my order if possible and was more than happy to. For anyone wondering this converts to 54.3mIU/L which is the unit most of our blood tested have been reported at , only a few labs reporting in ug/L
