Monday training
Looks like some good weights on the machine presses mate. Got the volume nailed on the lateral raises as well.

Gotta cut out some shrugs because my lower back was so pumped and numb.
Really good looking pull workout with solid exercises. Do you your lower back is getting pumped from the shrugs? Just from stabilising?

I think it’s fried since i did 3 rows variations on top of a vertical pull, gotta reduce it back to 2 variations @waggat

I got 2 scoops of bucked up pre-workout today it’s got taurine in it, I think I just have to reduce rows variations back to 2 @LevButlerov

How much taurine are you taking? Are you taking any electrolytes?

First your lower back pump messed with your back day.

Now your delts got crazy pumped but you're not really feeling any soreness today.

I'm thinking maybe it's possible the pumps are you're limiting factor and it might be stopping you from hitting your actual failure point.

If you're not feeling any soreness tomorrow I think my theory could be right. I was having a similar issue on anavar with bicep pumps. I'd max out to the point where I couldn't even close my arm to curl anymore but the next day I wouldn't even feel anything in my biceps and could hit them again.

Never heard of nutricost but taurine is cheap. I can't really see someone going to the bother of faking it.

For me adding a Pedialyte pouch to my pre-workout shake helped and I added an extra 2g of extra taurine to that shake, so 5g total. I would take 3g of taurine in the am and 5g in the pm 1 hour pre-workout

They put taurine in energy drinks to help smooth out the jitters. So if you drink coffee in the AM then taurine then would go good with it.

Taurine definitely helps brother - I ran out this week and my lower back pumps and wrist cramps are brutal.

How old are you bro? I’m 37 and I still smash the energy drinks , mostly only the proper ones from the supp stores tho

Tbh i don’t even know, I added Taurine but diet is the same. Maybe I was able to do 90s since last week but I did 85s instead? 2 weeks ago I failed 90s when I tried to kick it up but today 90s feels like nothing. I’m confused… @BeMe

This is week 18th of deca and I wanna be done at 20th week.

After running for this long you should get some bloodwork before hoping back on cycle bro. We talked about this and I know your feelings, but it's still a good idea to have an idea of what's going on in your body after all the time on.

Do you get hooked up for bloodwork since you work in a hospital?

Yeah bro insurance usually cover almost all of it, I only have to pay 20-30$ a time or 0$ sometimes🤣 @BeMe

Whoa that's awesome bro! In Canada our government insurance will cover hormone testing every 3 months and all the specialty tests we pay outta pocket big time. My IGF1 test was almost $100...so thats $73 USD.

That's great that your job offers good insurance like that. So many American bros talk about how crazy expensive health insurance is and they just can't spend the money.

If I were you I'd be doing bloods like once an month lol

Its worth a read with those things. Sometimes you have coverage for stuff you didn't even know. Maybe you can get massages, or physio covered too.
Massage got co-pay and only with hospital, I rather go to Asian massage lol 😂
 
Today is recovery day, and I wanna go to Pizza Ranch (pizza and fried chicken buffet) I wanna smash those stuffed crust meats pizza so bad. However, I feel so guilty to do that on my lean bulk, I barely have any refeed meal maybe 1-2 times during this past 18 weeks. Should i go for it?

Beef larb is a Thai dish cooked with water lime juice fish sauce shallots and herbs no oil use, on the side tons of sticky rice! Macros friendly meal
